Decent for the price charged. Towels need to be changed.too old!

You get what you pay for.

Room size was good. Nice and cool even without AC.

We could not get extra towel or extra pillow even if we offered to pay for pillow/towel.

Despite massive size (7000 rooms) was fully booked and teeming with rowdy mainland Chinese tourists.

Check-in reminiscent of self service Kiosk in airports with just as many counters.

Smoking was the rule rather than the exception.

Staff hostile and unfriendly.

Staying in this hotel is a torture. I suggest just go back to KL at night or pay more for another hotel.

If ur tech and know how to use self check in its easy else it's a long queue and wait time...

Tower 1 needs refurbished however i stayed at tower 2 and it was nice, kinda warm but overall ok. But Hotel lacks in room amenities.

Billed as world s largest hotel in the world. Always had a bad impression of this hotel based on feedback of crushing crowds, long queue for rooms, small rooms etc. They have improved with automated self checkin which make checkin much simpler and comfortable. Room is quite ok in size and quite clean. Drawback is there are other charges if want early checkin, different floors, etc. computer room matching leaves much to be desired as it allocates a room without a view. But overall my impression has changed

Clean and tidy, friendly, easy to check in & check out

Room is ok, just the bath room & toilet is separate and small. Cleanliness can be improved. Self-check in with kiosk is easy for us check in late. Pay Parking coupon machine is nearby Watson, far for those park near lobby staircase.

The machine for car to go out cannot receive ticket properly and caused so many trouble

Rooms are very small. Of all the places visited , this room is the smallest. The reception people are very proud and not at all senior citizen friendly. Will have to wait in the queue standing. The cable car journey is superb. But the lang kavi one is even better and more scary

Helpful staff, good food and satisfactory free room

for the price i and my girlfriend paid, it was well worth the night of stay. we didnt even need air conditioning

Yes, good food, good environment. Very convenient for check in and check out of hotel. A large variety of food to choose from. The weather was cool, however there was burning smell even I was staying on the 25th non- smoking floor. Too bad haze period. It not it was a very good stay.

Value for money, simple hotel with simple amenities.

For standard rm 90 (booked from agoda)its basic comfy fulfils the bare minimum to provide a place to crash for the night. Convinient as just adjacent skytropolis and sky avenue. Would be great if there are more choices of room with extra facilities.

Room is just okay, kinda small and do not have air con.

Enjoyed my stay at First World Hotel. Facilities and service is satisfying. Well done Genting!

Air Asia for hotel. Now everyone can sleep in Genting.
Strip everything down to the basic.

As low as Rm 45 to as high as Rm 210 peak rate for a standard room.
Room is very basic, with a fan, tv(no remote control) and towels.
No hair dryer.
No wifi. But you can pay to get them. (Rm10 per hour/ Rm15 per day)
But is clean.

If you pay at rm45 it will be super worth it.
If you pay at rm 210 for a weekday, it will be a rib off.

Tips: Add Rm5 for a window

Tower 2 & 3 are quite new, all basic you need available. No air cond just a fan, that's something you don't see everday but the weather are chill so acceptable

Don't take indoor theme park tickets..it's waste of money. if u want, you can purchase onspot. Rooms are very small, no ac in room, no drinking water. Casinos are awesome, plenty of places to eat, carry a thin jacket as its cold. Hotel check in is tedious as you have to wait in long ques. Two night stay is more than enough. Hotel is very huge and a must vist place.

My room was at tower 1, the toilet door is spoiled, toilet bowl handle broken and the tv is super small..... The price is super high rm400+

Room 1821 in Tower 2 has a blur TV set and noisy fan. Can also feel insect bite on the bed sheets.

Nice place to experience cold weather in hot and humid Malaysia. Very crowded even on week days.

Standard room is really standard, small, full of smell of smoking and its quite costly. Stay there once awhile is fine anyway..

We enjoyed our stay in the First World superior deluxe room. My son 6 years old likes the room especially the bath tub and space. We have been there many times and we always enjoy especially when there is new hotel bigger room category extended to us. This time of the year there are so many highlights and discoubts to lookout for. We really enjoy ourselves. Thank you.

Very big hotel with 7351 rooms. There are many self check in and check out machines. After big renovation this place is more interesting. Many restaurants, foodcourts, food stalls with many kind of foods. Some new attractions are ready in indoor playing ground. Outdoor playing ground has not ready yet.

Very small standard room . Hard to go inside first world hotel room toilet. . One can hardly wiped cleaned after done one's business inside the toilet.. The rooms is quite smelly after the foreigners left. The present counter staffs are quite rude and having untidy hair. Unlike those golden years where staffs are courteous and neat looking with tied up hair into a bun. Majority of them cannot speak proper English. Overall, management is getting from good to bad and forever giving wrong info. None of the staff there can give a proper location to where we should collect the free singing concert tickets. What to do if one want to feel the cool breeze up there.

This hotel is neither the best nor the worse hotel to be at, however it is efficient and fast, the people who work are at least nice and kind enough to help. When you come here, it is not the most dazzling hotel, but at least it is clean and comfortable. The food is a little on the pricey side, generally speaking and it is kinda hard to avoid because there is no alternative food that is cheap so prepare more. Overall Untill the amusement Park is open, genting is only a place worth visiting if you wish to gamble and do nothing else for a few days. While you can bring your family, you will be spending very fast and soon have nothing much to do

This is so difference from 10 years ago. Not as cold as last time so warm. Non smoking floor full of cigarette smell.

1ts too spacious to walk... 2 towers of building. But its bit hard for old folks, shall prepare some facilities. Hope the management will consider. Tq

Stayed at both Tower 2 and Tower 3. Tower 3 is the newest part of the hotel and the design is both modern and chic. Tower 2 on the other hand, looks dated and can be quite dark during daytime depending on the room you get.

Room fairly good and cheap. User friendly check in and express check out kiosk.

Managed to check in quickly with the self check in booth. Room cleanliness could be improved though. There's few strands of hair on my bed. Wonder if bed sheets were not changed or housekeeping has hairfall problem.

We enjoyed very much except the room was smelled with cigarette smoke .

Stayed in Y5 deluxe room. Great accommodation, but there is a strange odour along the pathway.

2. Im paying RM470.00 for the room Y5 triple. I expect at least the toothpaste toothbrush. But was disappointed me as no provide.

Room was not spacious. Pillow was too soft, woke up with neck n back ache. Ammenities was scare. No toothbrush available, towel was of inferior quality and no table and chairs for sitting. Checking in was very inconvient. Staff was short-handed and the queue for their help was very long in coming.

Easy and Convenience Check in Check out. Room was amazing. Even for a standard deluxe. All was fine. Saves budget. Will definitely to come again soon.

Good budget hotel, remember to bring along tooth brush and tooth paste.

Crowded and expensive. Room is tiny and everything else in the room is Mini incl TV, towels etc. One has to pay for WIFI and car parking. Do not stay overnight in Gentings if you can help it.

Love this place! Not because of the room but the places you can go from this hotel!

On the 13-15th Dec u have launch a rebate of cash vouchers of $50 or $100 for spending more than $500 and $1000.
Shops attendance not familiar with the Terms n conditions.
1) How many receipts can u combine.
2)Not able to advise Cx combine receipts must be of the same Genting member card holder.
3)Receipts *without* claiming Genting rewards points, also not eligible.
4)Not able to give clear directions on where to redeem Cash Vouchers.
5)To redeem for buying the theme park pass @M$18,must be utilised on the same day! If I shop in the night, your theme park is closing, why do I buy the pass n not able to enjoy yourself? Should I say u trying to discourage shopping after 6pm.
6) Utilising the Cash vouchers also need to go through a few staff from RICH DAD,they are not sure this vouchers is valid for payment!
The incompetency to run the campaign have create a lot of unhappiness when we redeem our vouchers.
A) I was directed wrongly by store assistant to customer service centre,
to redeem vouchers. (Worst it even give me wrong directions to customer SERVICE centre)
B) Upon payment nvr inform Cx on campaign going on. I happen to see my DIRECT MAILER send out by Genting on this campaign.
C) Staff Not familiar with Terms n Conditions of campaign, will not able to give customer the Good Experience of your intent of the campaign. It looks like a gimmick then.
D) Utilising the vouchers created embarrassed moment for us to explain. Feeling that we not able to pay.
Please ,a Big MALL like you need to run FESTIVE CAMPAIGN more professionally.
