Have self service and all of the needs is prepared cause in the hotel there are a lot of shops in it

No airconditioner but can sleep not hot. Affordable price. Try to avoid the room that have no view. Just facing to other room on opposite side and very close.

Check in n check out no hassle, DIY but room noisy n if u r not a smoker take the non smoking floor

The bedsheet has black stain probably is shoe polish stain

Carpet had stain

Toilet too small is hardly can be fit.

The room and the view is ok, but the room could be cleaner, the hotel is connected to shopping mall and leads to another hotel in the other side. Distance from Kuala Lumpur airport around 2 hours.

Busy and nice pleasant hotel to stay with lots of choice for food outlets

No wifi is never mind, but our phone also cant connect our own data ~>_<~

Nice but room assesories are expensive. Better carry at least water bottle along with you

And yah, Malam kena kacau, after midnight heard children playing and running outside the corridor this goes on for nearly 10+ mins ish.

The first would hotel too many people, the ducting compressor too noisy.and parking fee too expensive.

Room condition was general good. Food outlets have very much improved. Attitudes of Genting staff in most areas including the casino were perfect. I enjoyed my stay. Will make more trips.

Simple and small hotel room. Without Wi-Fi facility.

Even though the place is abit run down. The room upkeep is great. Its also the closet hotel to to the new skytropolis indoor theme park. Me and my brother had so much fun there. Something to take note of is that some rooms have 1 socket only. So it would be advisable to a multiplig along with you.

Check in easy and fast,room are clean but the only unsatisfied is the ceiling fan that can not control the speed.The only speed is top speed.

The manager in charge, Ms Karen is kind and patience to help when we have language communication problem to get our rooms. Too bad most if my friends miss the vegetarian food at your previous food court.

The hotel room is not big, with standard facilities. Self check in, see me self check out. But near to the new casino and shopping area.

very basic room. broken down washroom - moldy shower curtain, broken drain cover where crawlers came out, rotten toiler door and they call it deluxe room. Wonder if there is ever maintenance over the last 10 years? I would gladly attached photos for this review but there is no way I can do it for readers to view the dilapidation.

worst experience.. it's not a hotel but a dorm... more than an hour queue for check in... our cash got stolen from our luggage from it's bell room...and we can't do anything..

Room was on high floor, at tower 2. I prefer rooms at tower 2.

Wasting precious time queuing at reception counter as self-checkin kiosks failed to process my check-in requests!

A very crowded hotel with a very unique decorated lobby. Room is considered small. It is very accessible, you can get to the shopping location and theme park easily.

Good, cheap hotel. You get what you pay but excellent location. No need to pay for a expensive hotel to enjoy the genting.

Great ballroom area, suitable for events. The rooms are clean and great place for guests at events.

Check in and booking using kiosk and easy to use. Room is great. Toilet and bathroom are separated and both of the door cannot be lock (seriously, they are made from glass and don't have any lock on them just slide) which I don't like it so well but it's ok. You can have two room card if you want to, just provide 2 identity card or passport (need to be at least 18 years old). There are 3 towers, tower 2 and 3 are connected. Check out does not need counter, just put your card in check out kiosk and automatically checked out. (Remember to check the room before leaving, regaining room card require quite some times). Parking fee is RM2 per hour on normal day and RM3 per hour for public holiday. Cabel car is also available.

Biggest hotel in the world with 7310 room available. The amount of tourist here is overwhelming which 90% came from China and they came here for the main purpose of gambling at Sky Casino. The main lobby of the hotel constantly full of crowd. Luckily check in here is done very fast using the self checking system but be advice, all food here is twice more expensive than other place around Malaysia. Simple Roti Canai cost RM15.00. Room is cozy with super magnificent view of mountains at 23rd floor. Every room no aircond since its very cold at every hour of the day and night. Entertainment wise there is Ripleys believe it or not, Jurassic park, Zombie's maze and Snow world. Price for entrance varied starting from Rm30.00 to Rm60.00. You can get cheaper deal if booked online.

For Genting Rewards members, the RW Genting group literally floods them with endless stream of marketing emails and SMSes to entice them with free hotel rooms, so that they d spend their money in the casinos.

The Good:
- Beautiful view and cool weather
- Superior Deluxe Room has multiple power sockets and USB ports for charging

The Okay:
- Basic amenities in the room

The Bad:
- User-unfriendly self check-in machines and website for booking
- No free Wi-Fi in hotel rooms in 2018??? Seriously. And they charge you for RM15 for a day to use it at the hotel lobby
- It takes quite awhile to walk to the shops and restaurants in SkyAvenue, since First World Plaza is mostly under major revamp. Once you go back to your hotel room it takes tremendous effort for you to want to get out, and vice versa

Room size quite big for it's price. Self check in kiosk saved a lot of time and even provided free baggage drop off.

Out of the world view and totally worth the money!! Will go there again n again just for the view outside the window. They have 24counters at the lobby,self kiosk machines for room cards....just classy!!

The good things about this hotel are:
- it has automatic check in and check out machines,
- it has big and very luxurious receptionist lobby,
- it has located inside Genting Resort World,
- it has big fan on the wall roof of each room,
- it has a lot of rooms,
- it has a hair dryer in the room.

Rooms can be a bit small, but clean and comfortable for the night sleep.

U can fulfill any desire under one roofs about ur life. U can save specially ur time, if u have another plan to go anywhere.

Beautiful location well maintained malls, restaurant, event management but rooms are horrible. Not recommended for night stay since its hardly one hour journey from Kuala Lumpur.

Genting is a nice abs cool place. This is a good hotel to bring your family to unwind.

I enjoyed my stay here everything was good and i am happy
