staff ok lending the computer although it is closed at 5pm but using at 12am

High quality hotel, all the reception and service mostly is computerized

The room is spacious n clean better if can provide toiletries

Mini fridge,Wi-Fi,water dispenser.You name it they got it.Luxurious hotel though but pick your favourite one.

The non-smoking deluxe room was clean. However the room had a very bad scene. We stayed overnight and i didn t feel well.
( First world hotel gave a nasty room to a platinum member, so disappointing)

3 star is for the room service for stealing my things infront of me when I was about to enter my room would recommend to go there if you want your items to get stolen

Tiny uncomfortable room with black walls that felt more like a jail. TV service plays same 3 programs on repeat. Awful black walls. My wife and I requested a double at booking but got given a twin. Had booked for two nights but left after the first as couldn't bring ourselves to stay.

The first room assigned to me was below satisfaction, the floor was sticky. Although we understand the room was a smoking room, the smell in the room was unbearable. The replacement room was much better hence I believed the first room was not cleaned properly.

We paid MYR 450 for a deluxe room. Room is very very small. Bathrooms don't come with locks. No water bottle provided. There seems to be some water dispenser in the corridor which we are supposed to use. Windows open without any grill. Risky if you are travelling with children. No wifi in the rooms. They claim to have a Guinness record for being world's largest hotel but I am pretty sure the quality wasn't considered as part of the award. Won't stay here again. Honestly I don't think MYR 450 is worth this place.

Room was decently clean but curtains had mold spots.

The world record holder of Largest Hotel in the World and Hotel with Most Rooms. A great and cheap place to stay if you don't care about the accomodation. The rooms are small, but already larger than a lot of Japan hotels. It is not extremely clean, but is still in acceptance range.

Normal hotel, takes ages if you wanna call for service.

Standard room bedding is not clean, whole body itching till whole night can't sleep as well, visit many times, first time of this problem.

We have a enjoyed but outdoor and major indoor amusement is under renovation and we enjoyed the old cable car but the new one also under renovation. Weather and location is excellent

Toiletries sometimes not function. Pillow not comfortable staying 3 nights last night the pillows too high and hard can t sleep whole night Tower 2 first floor

It's one of the biggest hotel in the region with more than 6,000+ rooms, ideal for budget travellers and meant for Asean size travellers.

The air was frigid cold, there were not enough beds for a family, the prices of food at marked up 3x normal value.

Nothing change. The last time i went here was 2 years ago. They should renovate their lifts and carpark. It's really tight for car like Hyundai Starex to drive into.

The one i hate is the Indoor Theme Park. Long queues and the worker at bumper car is taking his own sweet time! Talking to colleagues while ushering people. And the other thing is the rides. Keep breaking down. And the main rides is breaking down. Came for the roller coaster but it's close. Nonsense. Even the Berjaya Time Square theme park rides have been for years is doing fine.

Great hotel but wi fi fecility is not in every room..

I got the room for less than RM60 (USD15) with a twin bed, it's cheap. Although the room is quite small, it is located in the same building with the mall and theme park. No free parking for hotel guest (unless you have a Genting membership) and no breakfast offered. If you're trying the light Malaysian breakfast set at Ground Floor for RM13.90, don't take the nasi lemak. It is just bad.

It was a great experince although i have visit and stay at first world hotel, genting highland for many times. The room was spacious and clean. The other things like toilet, bathroom, television, bed,light, fan and so forth were in a good condition. It bring benefits to customers. The staffs were kind. Overall i will give 5 stars. I hope these efforts and momentum will continue and maintain especially after the completion of outdoor theme park because it will attract double, triple, or more tourists or local people compare with now. Keep on going.

This place is so stunning yet elegant but the water heater was taking 1 hour to heat the water up

Affordable. Functional. No frills. Small. Good for just a night's stay. Nothing else.

Service provided is not bad.
Cleanliness is good.
Easy to find parking.
Parking rate is quite cheap if compare to other hotel parking rate.
The outside of the building looks quite old. It is linked and the closest to SkyAvenue. Currently, there are rooms that are equipped with free WiFi service. Hopefully, in the future, all the rooms are equipped with free WiFi service.

Good view and nice room except the toilet light was spoilt

Overall experience is good but we needed a connecting room but was not able to get it at reservation. Should allow us to reserve connecting room at point of reservation, since we pay for it and not at check in kiosk. This should be flexible to avoid inconv for family. For this reason i rated 4 star instead of 5 star rating.

I alwz like bigger rooms. Being given a place at World Club is indeed great

The room is small and the hotel has 7500 rooms its cheep if you will stay only one or two nights. I like how you check in and out by the kiosk machine just scan your passport and get the room key after you customize it (queen6bed, mountin view,...) no need to meet the customer information. Unfortunately there is no an internet there just in some floor...
