Cleanliness completely failed, room conditions is undervalue, pillow n bed is dirty dust.

Very bad service, very small rooms, very congested hotel, too big to care about any guest, never recommend it to anyone

Room has improve a lot but there is room for improvement. Appreciate more smoke free area whether is room or casino in the near future. I like you to look into extending the senior discount for bus fare and cable car n etc to foreign senior as the general practise worldwide. Why is it only applicable only to M'sian senior.

I put 2.5 star. Its not OK and I dont disliked it. They dont have AC which is 2. A small room which is 3. A good budget hotel which is 4. Difficult check in which is 2. Go figure!

Overall satisfied with the stay, the only problem is using the lift during festive season, always occupied and have to wait a few turns before we got the chance, pro tips : if you are going down, enter the lift even when it's going upward, usually people prefer to stay at their lobby instead of entering the lift when it's going up, so sneak in the lift before it is fully occupied

Budget hotel and very crowded. Small quaint rooms with no view but at least clean.

If your mom smoking room faces inwards, it's gloomy and the corridor it faces has windows blacked out but cigarettes are dumped there. It may be a fire hazard. Also more like a hostel than a hotel. Drinking water is a common faucet. Hot water comes spurting out almost scalding you.

FWH is good, but I mainly play at main casino, it took me more than half an hr to walk there.

Although it the world largest hotel , their room interior really cannot make it.. everything are old or spoiled.. window kinda dirty outside when you open the window.

Apart from being the largest hotel, there's nothing to look forward for a pleasant stay. Rooms are very tiny. Even basic amenities like a tooth brush or soap is not available in rooms. 3 in 1 soap dispenser is so cheap and low in quality. Even this is not kept in adequate quantity. The staff are not courteous. Every enquiry from room telephone, you get a standard reply to go to lobby ans speak with the staff there. At least 10 mins wait in the queue to speak to someone, before redirected to another counter.

Only positive is the mall surrounding the hotel, where you can spend enough time without getting bored.

Twice was being allocated end lot rooms, people might not like rooms like this, but I loved it! View is great when you can look at the mist and mountain outside, even when curtains are drawn, you can enjoy peaceful privacy without anyone being able to see inside your room.

small room. non-smoking room smell of smoke. 4 of my 5 rooms has smell of cigarettes. only provide towels n shampoo. mine was empty when i checked in. only good thing is the free wifi in tower 3.

Its not that big but yet still nice. Its only provide ceiling fan perhaps because the weather already cold enough. Even the flat screen not that big but Im still enjoy with it as it full with entertainment and non-stop MOVIES. Hangers are quiet limited so please bring extra on your own if you have more than 5 clothes to hang. Coffee maker, & mini fridge are provided but not the iron. You can make special request for iron with deposit of 50MYR (limited) or just go to the iron room nearby the elevator. Safety locker also available but please claim the key at the reception desk.

Bathroom just nice, both standing shower and the sink got hot and cold water but only the toilet space quiet small. Oh, mirror only in the bathroom so to woman who love makeup please bring extra mirror. lol :P

Check in and check out process are so convenient as you can just do it via the kiosk machine rather than need to que up at registration desk. Will book the same hotel on my next visit. Thanks for the services.

It was very cooling and close to the water dispenser .

It's linked to Sky Avenue Casino as well as Genting Casino.
There are lots of shopping lots, food and beverages outlets as well as entertainment outlets available.
You'll like to go there once you stepped into the surrounding entertainment, shopping as well as food and beverages outlets awaiting you to explore.

The hotel room are great, spacious and comfortable with 2 beds single plus double beds available.

Room hygiene. Especially on the blanket and pillow cover being recycle and smell noticeble. Room being renovated. And heavy glue smell.

The biggest hotel that I've ever tried !!! Nice room and so cheap if we booked in advance and not in holiday or weekend.

Wait until outdoors theme park should give 5*. Right now not much exciting entertainment unless gambling

Damn..it is the largest frikkin hotel in the world...and everything there is automated even the check in and check out. Although the rooms are a bit cramped and the bathroom doesn't have any kinda locks which is really weird because all the hotels I stayed in and around Malaysia also didn't have locks in the bathroom. The view and interiors are mind blowing. And there is a theme park on the first floor which is like the main attraction of Genting. The theme park was really beautiful so Were the shops around it.
