When I started the house search process, I immediately decided to shop around for the best mortgage package (rate & closing costs). I looked at a bank (with whom I already had a mortgage and was VERY happy wiht) and two brokers, including First Class Mortgage. After going through the process, I wish I had listened to the person who referred me to First Class and didn't waste my time with anyone else! Not only did I get a great initial rate, when rates decreased, the team fought to relock my rate at a lower rate (which they did - by 0.25%!!!) they were amazing to work with. Everything was done on time and as promised, the closing costs ended up even lower than what they initially quoted. And I stand by all of this despite having a very good experience one year ago with the bank I got a loan from. First Class surpassed that experience hands-down!

Besides our opinion, after the closing, our real estate agent could not stop talking about how the First Class Mortgage team was one of the best she ever worked with! A win on both sides!

So if you're looking for a mortgage and want a worry-free, best price solution, really don't waste your time with anyone else. Make sure to call First Class instead!
