We closed on our house last week and are happy to be home! Casey is fantastic with great customer service and was even able to go out on a limb for us to help us with an interest rate issue we ran into. This was a huge help to us. I rated 4/5 stars because even though working with Casey was great, another member of the team provided a little bit more difficult service with unclear emails. We would definitely still recommend First Class Mortgage to family, friends, and anyone else.
