Abysmal customer service and malicious business practices. Upon purchase they did not give me $10 off as the invoice page/their ad stated. When you go to their credit card payment page their price mysteriously increases $10. I had to email them to get my money credited back to my account. Also, they refused to credit me the free shipping even though their ad said specifically "SITEWIDE FREE SHIPPING"! They claimed that I selected expedited shipping which was an outright lie. Also, you cannot call them since they do not have a phone number listed on their web site! Their website seems to be intentionally designed to maliciously overcharge their customers and conceal/obscure their shipping charges with practically invisible text/selection options. This is the most blatantly obvious malicious web site I have ever used. I vaguely remember them doing this very same thing (overcharging me) the last time I ordered from them. I very seriously doubt this is all attributed to clueless web site developers. It seems to have been designed with malicious intent.
