If you search for incompetent on Google, I think you will automatically come across "PSA Finance France".

My registration card was stolen in April 2019, they managed to block my registration card with the ANTS.
I managed to unblock the situation via a mandate (after X calls) 1 year later by personally advancing the registration fees.

The new registration card is sent in May 2020 and arrives at PSA Finance France on May 12, 2020 (proof of post). It's June 19, 2020, I'm still driving without a registration card ...

And for the icing on the cake, PSA Finance France does not wish to reimburse the costs I advance (50 ) because my file does not allow it ...
The height of incompetence and bad faith!

To sum up, I have been without a registration card since April 2019.

Run away !

Above all, do not go, finance yourself through your bank or another organization ... very difficult to reach already, and then come across incompetent people who don't give a damn about your request. I must have called them countless times because of a mistake they made on my file. Which greatly handicapped me financially. I have made countless calls, with considerable waiting time, each advisor certifying, promising, swearing (to use their words) that my problem was solved with their intervention. I bought a used vehicle at Midi Auto Evreux.
I took out a loan from PSA Banque, because otherwise the guarantee extension was not possible.
I had a serious breakdown in the hydraulic suspension system, which - here is therefore - was excluded from the warranty, then after threat of publication, taken care of by Midi Evreux.
For almost a week I have been trying to repay this loan early. PSA Banque has not responded on the site for 5 days, customer service (which can be reached by phone with many patients, i.e. between 15 and 30 minutes of waiting) promises to send the information by email but one day later the email is still not there!
For me, this is the last transaction with PSA Banque. I also decided to have all the PSA vehicles in the fleet of the 2 companies for which I decide to be replaced by vehicles from brands other than PSA.

You have to be extremely careful with the services of PSA Banque et Finance, because when everything is going well; Apart from the fact that we cannot contact them and have any relation with them, so far it can go but then if by misfortune you have a sample which is rejected for any problem, then it becomes serious or even dangerous!

What is quite astonishing is that despite all the opinions that we can read here, each one as terrible as the other, there are still customers.
This is probably due to the offers made to customers when purchasing PSA vehicles.
Except that you have to make a difference, the banking service has absolutely nothing to do with the quality that PSA cars can have!
At your peril !

When there is a problem with payment, even if it's just once, and the transfer finally passes a few days later, you enter an incredible spiral with methods worthy of Colombian drug traffickers (and I weigh really my words).
You are then dealing with extremely nasty people, real thugs, who hang up on you, threaten you personally and with complete impunity. It's pretty amazing it feels like a gangster movie. With people who tell you for a single rejected debit "we will make you pay us sir you will see ..."

Warning ! Really pay close attention to PSA Banque services!

The result: I don't want to hear from PSA anymore, I sold my cars and moved to another brand where people are much more polite and pleasant.
