Pitiful customer service !!! Unable to reach them ...

Pitiful customer service !!! Unable to reach them after 10 calls and put on hold. Following a rejection of direct debit, I made the regularization with the supplement by credit card as indicated by their collection service. They represented the debit 15 days later because it is automatic. So I paid twice !!! For 24 days I have written 3 emails and no response from the services or any refund from them following their double billing error! Why propose a regularization via credit card if it is in all cases represented the direct debit with tjs the increase 15 days later !! There is a huge concern for them in their management and customer relations
