A shame, and professionally inadmissible for a banking service. Impossible to have a human on the phone, they take twice without warning on the pretext of the covid and an overload of work. The people at the end are as lovable as a prison door. Ha yes miracle when you have someone this one tells you that they cannot access your file. In short, complete incompetence and so French in the end that I understand better why people go through foreign organizations. Well done for your incompetence !!
