Despite some initial challenges, CCS did a fantast...

Despite some initial challenges, CCS did a fantastic job. I would recommend CCS for small business looking for scale. If you plan on working with them, make sure you would treat them like employees of your own company. You get out what you put in, and we certainly could have added more effort on the initial setup for best results.

Not a place to work for. Applied for over nights inbound. Quit my other job with promises of no outbound. 2nd day on the job I found out there was no night shift available and they hired me pretty much for outbound sales! One outbound job ended and they took me off the other one just to fire me. Luckily I was already looking for other jobs and had interviews lined up. I was lied to about the pay also.

Very unprofessional management! High turn over rate. Not a great company to work for.They do offer a variety of shifts to work depending on your schedule.They do offer insurance. Super tight lipped about pay raises.Your not allowed to speak about pay increases or what you make an hour. They have little care for employee s overall well being.Management can come and go as they please and nothing gets said about it. They lie, and will terminate as soon as you submit a written two weeks notice.It doesn t matter how long you ve been with them. They will do anything to fill seats Lots of GREAT over-worked and under paid employees!! If your not management or have ties with management your at the bottom of the barrel.Many past employee s have walked out due to the no care attitude of the company or rudeness of management. Great job for someone looking for temporary work but not long term. Get in and get out.

If going for an interview...beware to be made to f...

If going for an interview...beware to be made to feel inadequate for job...told your resume is not good enough...and if you have a past..be prepared to be judged on your past, not who you are today!! I have 23 yrs experience in Call Center Service, Inbound/Outbound CSR and never in all my years have I been made to feel the way I was when I interviewed here!

I had a great experience with my interview. I was given options for schedule, the pay is above average for the state, I was treated with upmost professionalism. I have seen many comments regarding that. I am looking forward to working for such great people.

Karla the secretary is a liar. Paperwork was sent ...

Karla the secretary is a liar. Paperwork was sent to them to fill out and they would not fill it out for Medicare. Lied for over a month saying it was sent to pay roll then suddenly it was HR. Son was denied insurance because they won t send paperwork in. He went to orientation and then they decided not to hire him so then they decided they wouldn t pay him for his time he was in orientation. Took over a month to get paid $20.00. This was because every time he called payroll was on vacation for a month. But somehow other people where paid. I think Karla the secretary calls the shots and if she don t like you then your sol.
