I bought my 2017 RGS from the Tampa Harley, they treated me great from the second I came in the door. I have called the service in the past with questions that dealt with my purchase, mostly about upgrades and the service personnel were very accurate and patient with me and my extreme lack of motorcycle mechanics.
I am writing this review because of an item for the bike that I was having fabricated in the UK, not sold by Harley Davidson. They (the fabricators) asked for precise measurements of areas on my RGS and I knew immediately that I would screw it up. So I called Tampa Harley and talked to Jason Kitzmiller in service. Jason took the time, several phone calls and emails, to help with the measurements needed. He did this knowing that neither himself or Tampa Harley would not make a dime out of it. Folks, this is old time customer service done the right way. Jason went above and beyond as far as I am concerned. Most companies today barely answer the phone much less take their own time to help out someone in need...without any compensation. I want to publicly say thank you to Jason Kitzmiller for his help that was very deeply appreciated. Tampa Harley has a customer for life with me!
