Difficulties having salespersons meet for test drives. One car we drove smelled strongly of smoke and it had been on the lot for a while. We tried to find a car to fit for nearly five months. We finally went and brought a brand new Jaguar from Land Rover Minneapolis and we love it!

Response to dealer response: The dealership replied that the car had not been detailed before we test drove it. We were told that it had been on the lot for a while already and this was why the smoke smell had reappeared. The lack of communication within the whole establishment, and their response, reaffirms our decision of not purchasing a car here.
