I ordered a front and rear brake kit for my vehicle and the wrong rotors came. Yes, this is a 5 star review! I believe that customer service starts as soon as you have a problem. So, back to the wrong rotors.... It was a Sunday when we realized that the parts were wrong I emailed Scott and he emailed me back immediately and told me that someone would get back to me ASAP. First thing on Monday morning I was contacted by several people from FCP, they told me that the correct rotors had been overnighted and would be sending a shipping label for the incorrect ones at my house. I was really impressed! Thank you FCP!
