I've purchased twice now, and the second time definitely sold me. There's nothing like planning a project for a Saturday, realizing Friday you forgot something for the project and being able to order and chat first thing in morning Saturday and then head over to meet the person you spoke to in person who has everything ready for you, no matter how simple it was, it was a big deal to me and the project.
