I have brought both of my cars here multiple times and have never been let down. Tye, Hunter, Natcin, Cassius, Trebor, Braxton, Brain, Hussain, and Ben are amazing technicians and would trust them with any service on my car. Thank you Fast Tracks for taking care of me!!!!!

I was hesitant to come back here; I had a bad experience with wait times last year. However necessity dictated that I come back and I was pleasantly surprised by the change! I didnt recognize any of the people and the place is completely redesigned. The service was fast and super accommodating! Taylor was fantastic, I will definitely be back(in three months when my registration is up!)

I had my New Chevy SS 2015 maintenance at FastTrack always.then an employee tried to say that someone there had damaged my oil pan else where. I said this the only place I take it an i don't touch it an not paying for some else damaging my car trusting them and ask to be referred to there manager. Had to come back and spoke with ( Manager Michele) Hey took care of it all as soon as possible. Then a week later I also had a screw I'm my tire from who knows where ? on the road ? Came back to fix it. Had to replace the tire. He also went beyond again and took care of it fast.

I would recommend Fast Track to anyone! I am a young college student and was in a super huge hurry to get an oil change! Austin Shetler was helping me and I told him about my bind, and instead of the usual consultants everywhere that don't care about your personal life, he took my bind seriously and was able to get me in super quickly. They finished the job quick and were super helpful. Great experience!

I had never been to Fast Track in Layton before, we just moved and decided to try them out for our traverse. Austin was so helpful and really went above and beyond!! A sensor was on because of low tire pressure. I filled it up and the sensor wouldn't go away. They actually found a nail in my tire, which they fixed promptly. What a relief! Austin informed me they could register my car very quickly as well........So I got my vehicle emissions, safety inspection and registration done as well. Which was great, I was already 4 days expired. Austin was great to suggest just what I needed, he was personable, and pretty much saved the day for me!! The technicians were fast and thorough while I kept adding more things I needed to have done! Fast Track will definitely be seeing me again with my traverse!

Worst experience ever!

Worst experience ever!

My husband went yesterday to do an emission test, they were booked for the day so he made an appointment for this morning at 7am.

He gets there, gets checked in. 30 minutes later he notices his vehicle is still sitting outside.
He asks about it...their technician is finishing up a job from last night, so they are trying to get another technician from the dealership to come over.
It took a total of almost 2 hours for my husbands vehicle to be tested...come on guys!!!

Then he asked if he could get a discount for their mistake and they told him no.

I had never used Fast Track for any details on my vehicles up to this point. I would have to say that I was quite pleasantly surprised and pleased with nearly the whole experience from beginning to end. The customer service representative's, both Austin and Mackenzie at the front desk are extremely professional and a huge asset to the Young Chevrolet corporation.
The only drawback was that in my Suburban's detail, the seat pockets as well as the tray holders were not detailed. Other than that, I was very pleased with both details on my Suburban and Lincoln. I would definitely go back again!

Rachel is the best person to work with at the store, she made my entire experience easy with peace of mind on my end. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, and a 40 point inspection. She personally showed me all my fluids, alignment papers and explained them to me and showed me what needs attention now and what will need attention in the near future. She is amazing, has a great attitude, and treated me amazing. I would highly suggest Fast Track to all of my friends and family and strangers as long as they get Rachel as their service writer!

I have been there for a oil change & then inspection & emissions. Both times I was told it would be a 45 min. to an hr. wait. Both times it was over 2-1/2 hr. wait. I even had appts each time. I don't feel like my time meant anything to them! Very frustrated!

One of the worst experiences I ve ever had with an auto repair company. We were quoted for new brakes an amount and then when we came back for our appt at 10 am (which we were told would take an hour and a half) we ended Up waiting until almost 2pm. THEN they had the audacity to tell us they had to put more expensive rotors on (not one time mentioned in any of the several phone calls that WE made-as if they know what s in my bank account) and that we were responsible for the cost and our new total would be almost $200 more than the original quoted price. The employee sat and argued with my partner over the cost for more than 30 mins and only when she said she would be willing to sit there until they reviewed the cameras and confirmed the price written down on his sticky note were they willing to cut a deal and still had us pay $30 more than the original quoted price. In my opinion, you may have to pay more somewhere else but at least you would have some work done with integrity. I will NEVER take my vehicle here again and I will make sure every person I know never wastes their hard earned money on this place.

Went there and they told me I had to replace my brake fluid and wanted to charge around $100 do so. Luckily I didn't do it. I told a family member who is car savvy that FastTrack told me I needed to flush my brake fluid and they offered to help me do it on my own so I didn't have to pay a lot of money to do so. When we started to work on my car, my family member checked my brake fluid only to find out that it was clean and didn't need to be flushed. FastTrack is a reason why I don't trust car shops and I will never go there again, nor will I recommend someone to do so.

My husband and I came up from Southern Utah and walked into the Layton Fast Track @ 5:38 P.M. We were then told that they couldn't take any NEW appointments after 5:30 P.M. At that moment Austin Shetler came through the door and asked if he could help us. He was SOOOO polite and professional and even though we had been told it was too late he said he would take care of us. He also periodically kept us up on the progress of our car and we really appreciated his conscientious care of both us and our vehicle. This was a warranty procedure and so we were not charged for the service!! Thanks Austin, sure appreciate your kindness.

I have been following the manager at Young FastTrack for years, MJ, where he works I'll be there. He always makes sure that he and his staff do the right job the first time... and if a mistake is made (which is rare) the issue is resolved quickly. He and his staff have been awesome to work with! I always get a fair price, great service, friendly staff and worked in quickly. They take care of all my personal & business vehicles. I strongly recommend these guys.

A while back I had a blow out on my front passenge...

A while back I had a blow out on my front passenger tire so since all my tires were in need of replacing anyway I got all new tires. After that my front passenger tire continued to slowly leak air and I found out that I had cracked the actual wheel. I talked to multiple businesses and was told a new wheel was $600. Then I went to Fast Track and talked to Austin who contacted a road hazard insurance company and found out that I had coverage that I was unaware of. They ended up replacing my wheel and getting an extra brand new tire that I now have as a spare. A total of $849 and I was out the door in 30 minutes without spending a single penny. Austin went above and beyond and everyone else there was very friendly! They definitely earned my repeat business and I will recommend them to everyone! Thanks guys!

I made an appointment about one week in advance for 10:30AM on a Saturday, I got there a little ahead of time they said it would take 30-45 minutes at about 12:30 my car was finally done, I truly don't mind if they have delays but no one came to tell me it was delayed at all, but every other person waiting had someone come check in with them and tell them about their car and what they did for them/what they were doing for them and the progress. I felt like my service didn't much matter to them. When the register called my name, she said sorry and gave me a car wash token worth $5 but I would have rather had the person working on my car apologize and tell me what they did for my car. I think I kind of got pushed to the background. The work did only take about 30 minutes, I know this because I saw when they pulled my car into the bay. Anyways I do appreciate you guys doing my oil change, but feel I have been left wondering if my oil change was even done right. I'm sure it was, but it'd be nice to talk to the person who worked on my car like everyone else was able to. In closing, I think going here would be a good option because they did seem to care a lot about the people, I just got forgotten which kind of bums me out.

So this week we had a terrible experience here. They had poor customer service and and didn't complete our service as requested. So I left them a one star review, then the next morning MJ, the manager, called us to make it right. He knew what mistakes they had made and wanted to let us know that as valued guests he would make it right. When we went back in to purchase our truck tires, he made sure we had top notch care and made sure we were given a fair price. Prior to this week, we have been coming in for maintenance on our vehicles because they have great prices but now we will be coming in because of their renewed focus on customer service. It's nice to know that even when a company falters, they're willing to admit their mistakes and correct it. So because of that, I have edited my review and plan to continue using their services.

I needed a rock chip repair and got it done the same day as soon as I dropped it off (with no appointment but I did call first). It was done so expertly that I couldn't tell where the chip was and thought I'd imagine it (yet it happened that same day on my side of the windshield).

I work for another automotive company but we don't do alignments or tire balances so I had taken our vehicle to fast track. They gave me a great deal and got it done faster then any other place I have taken our vehicles to! Mackenzie was awesome she did a great job up front and Brandon made sure to get us done quick and right in the shop! I most likely will start taking all of our vehicles here for our alignments. Great job to you guys at fast track thanks for helping me out and getting us taken care of!

Update 2/18/2018: Was contacted by the manager of the Fast Tracks personally (Note: I didn't actually give my name or phone number, which required considerable effort for them to find.). He apologized for the confusion and personally offered to do anything with in his power to resolve the issue. While I may still not totally agree with appointment based express lube business model, they do seem to be focused on customer satisfaction.

2/9/2018: Went over to have my oil changed as I got several with the purchase of my car. Note this is my second visit. First time I sent no appointment and was in and out I'm s couple of hours. This visit didn't go as smoothly. When arriving at nine I waited in the car for almost ten minutes and no one approached my vehicle. So I decided walk in. After approaching the service desk I was abruptly told that appointments are required and that they wouldn't be able even check in my vehicle for at least two hours. After going back and forth a couple of times I ultimately decided to pay someone else to service my vehicle.

Express lube should be just that express. No appointments should be required and I'd rather pay some one else then jump thru hoops. This is not the way to incentize repeat customers.

Rachel did an amazing job at answering my questions to the best of her ability. She also did super great at listening to my own concerns and relaying them on to those checking my vehicle.
