These guys are great! Austin was able to get me in quickly for an oil change and even gave me a coupon to use towards it. They were about $60 cheaper than the Audi dealership. They were very fast professional and curtious. Definitely go here for your car maintainence!

Mckenzie and Austin are amazing. I literally waited until the last possible minute to renew my registration. They were able to fit me in and get me on my way quickly. Even better, Mckenzie text me to let me know there were recalls on my truck and asked if she can take care of them. How awesome is that?!! I won t go anywhere else.

I went to the Layton fast track in November 2016 t...

I went to the Layton fast track in November 2016 to register my vehicle. They failed my safety for a lightbulb that went out in my third brake light (the brake light in my rear windshield). They told me they could put a new bulb in for me, but it would be difficult because they had to go in through the trunk. They told me the bulb was going to be around $26 and the labor would be $26 (due to how difficult it was going to be to replace). I told them to hold off on replacing the bulb. I felt $50+ to change a light bulb was pretty steep. So I went to auto zone and got the bulb for $2.50. It took my husband LESS than a minute to put it in!!!!!! He did not have to go in through the trunk. So these guys lure you in by not charging to print your stickers, but they get it out of you in other ways. I have had other experiences here that weren't bad. They do have cheap oil changes. And I used them to switch out my tires from regular to snow, but that was because I was there doing the safety and emissions. After this experience I will pay more to go to the auto shop by my house for oil changes and registration needs.

DON'T SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE. I've never been anywhere so slow & unprofessional. They ask that you make an appointment. Scheduled an oil change for 10:30. They said it would take an hour. It's now 11:25 and they still haven't even pulled it in the bay yet. This happened to me last time as well and as they say, fool me once.... It's poorly run, nobody seems to care, and it reinforces my commitment to tell everyone I know not to deal with Young Auto Group.

It's been almost a year and half since Casper sold...

It's been almost a year and half since Casper sold us our Traverse. Since that time we have also bought a Chevy Silverado truck for my husband. I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about this dealership. They are so helpful and go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. One of my favorite people to work with is MJ in the service department at Fast Track. I literally will not talk to anyone else. He has fixed every issue we have had from minor things to very last minute oil changes. He is understanding that I am a mom of three kids with different school schedules and extracurricular activities. He goes above and beyond to make sure that if I have to leave my Traverse for service that I am not put out and left in a bind without one vehicle. He's just so great to work with and I never have any issues.
He's always smiling and willing to help. It makes dealing with the dealership so much easier when there is a friendly face and you don't feel like just another number. MJ goes above and beyond to make sure that I'm always happy with the service at Young Chevrolet.

Sales reps are on commission. It can either work in your favor or work against you. They are willing to negotiate on price if that tells you anything.

One rep told me it would be $1800 to fix a problem that the dealer fixed for $100. Gave them a shot on a different occasion and was quoted $150 higher than the previous day for brakes. Horrible service.

We recently had our car detailed at Fast Track and they did an awesome job. Rachel was fabulous help, very professional and kind! We were able to get in quickly and are extremely happy with the results. We will definitely bring the rest of our vehicles here for future services.

Thank you again Rachel. We will definitely recommend this location to friends and family because of her excellent customer service! Give this girl a raise!

They were very quick and efficient. If i could give 6 stars i would. if you need service go talk to Kenton or Rachel they were very helpful!

They told me to make an appointment versus walk-in, otherwise I'd be waiting 1.5 to 2 hours. I made an appointment, showed up right on time, and waited just under 2 hours for my car to even get into one of the bays. Total wait time to do an oil change and multi-point inspection was 3 hours 41 minutes - I'd be accepting of that for a walk-in appointment, but not for a scheduled one.

I've taken the car I bought from Young Chevy here ...

I've taken the car I bought from Young Chevy here for service several times because the service was complimentary. The first few times my experience was sub-par, enough so that I wrote a couple emails to them about my issues, mostly dealing with scheduling system mess ups and poor communication between sales and service.

However, this time I showed up and the experience was completely different. Almost instantly after taking my name, Rachel pulled up my appointment info and service histroy and was knowledgable about everything I needed. Perhaps they started looking through their appointments ahead of time. Not only was I treated well, but every other customer interaction I witnessed while waiting for my vehicle was respectfull and helpful. I hope Rachel is working every time I need to service my vehicle and this trip led to re-think my plan to stop taking my vehicle here for service after my complimentary visits were used. Thanks for a positive experience.

Was told i would only have to wait 45 minutes, ended up waiting 2 hours. 2 customers came back with complaints and one was missing all of his valve stems skull caps. Which sparked a fight between Burke and a mechanic that got physical... my truck was just sitting in one spot for no reason for 30 mins before I had to make them aware that it was done. I get you guys are busy, but this place is a mess for many reasons. I've never had a good experience in this place ..... Iv

Came in for an Oil change and they found that my Tacoma needed an alignment and new Serpentine belt. Austin took care of me and was very professional and helpful. Entire thing took 2 hours and they gave me a free token for the car wash around the corner. The price was reasonable. Thanks for the great service.

They did a great job performing the oil change on my car.. The prices on the oil change are cheap even with a tire rotation. They have popcorn there while you wait and 2 big screen TV's to watch.. I will be coming back. Great place

Took my new vehicle into fast rack because it came...

Took my new vehicle into fast rack because it came with 2 yrs free oil changes. Got home after its second oil change and I originally thought there was condensation leaking off the vehicle because there was a wet spot in the drive way. Drove a few times and then left out of town. Got home and there was a massive oil puddle underneath it. Took back to fast track and they said there was no leak and it must have been residual from the oil change. I showed them a picture of my drive way and he said they washed the underneath and it was good to go. They said they topped off the oil because it was a little low... Huh. Yea it's in my driveway. I wasn't asking for anything in return but since they didn't want to own their mistake by obviously not tightening either the oil filter or plug, I feel the need to write this review. They seemed to be defensive about having any liability for what had happened. Now their customer service is very professional so they get 2 stars.

I was contacted by the manager of Fast track immediately after posting this review. He wanted to know the situation and my car was still had a very small leak so I had gone back so they can track down the problem. This time the leak was residual. In the end problem fixed and they were sincerely apologetic that this had happened. I know accidents happen and as I stated previously, their customer service is awesome. I couldn't ask anything more from them and glad it got worked out.

I bring my vehicles here for their annual safety and emissions testing. The staff are professional and courteous. They usually get me in and out within an hour, even when it seems they are swamped. I also like that I don't have to go to the DMV renew my registration. One stop shopping...Thanks for the great customer service!

Iv gotten lots of work done on my car at fast track in Layton over the past couple of months & I would like to say there Customer service is awesome! Austin Shetler has helped me every time iv gone in, & hes absolutely amazing. Very friendly, informative, and thorough. All the staff there is wonderful & always gets me out fast. 5 stars! 10/10 would recommend to anyone needineeding work done. Big or little! And dont forget to ask for Austin, he definitely helped to make the experience better.

Usually had pretty decent service for my wifes car until recently. She went in for an oil change which was done, however after parking it in our garage I noticed a substantial amount of oil on the floor. I get people make mistakes so that's not what bothered me. What really irritated me was what transpired today. She took the car in to have the leak fixed, found out it was a washer ( that the technician admittedly stated that they go bad ) should've been replaced when she got the oil changed in the first place. But the main reason for this review...........when she got home I went to check the oil level and saw oil spots all over the front right light, fender and bumper. Plus the top of the engine looked as though someone carelessly dumped oil in then just left it without trying to clean up after themselves. Really poor service in my opinion

I'll keep it quick. Fast Track, even though they are owned by young, and I have personally have had the worst customer service experience with young to the point I will never look for a vehicle from them, fast track is pretty honest and fair for price.

Fast track is probably the more expensive option for an oil change, but I have never had a problem with them. They use the best, in my opinion, oil; Mobile 1. Staff knows what they are doing, only problem, if you have a truck, check your hub covers. I have had hub covers come off and was loosely put on. Reason why 4 stars.

My experience with Young Fasttrack has been nothin...

My experience with Young Fasttrack has been nothing short of amazing. My two most recent visits included an order of 4 new tires for my 2002 Ford Explorer. I initially began working with MJ but also worked closely with Austin. I spoke with both gentleman expressing my needs, concerns and price range and they quickly came back with results which far exceeded my expectations. They are so kind and friendly too!! I had the same experience when I was experiencing braking issues. They made sure my concern was heard, they understood what I said and again I was impressed with my experience entirely. Austin kept me informed, he understood my concerns and did not pressure me into purchasing something I did not need or want. I wish I could give more stars. Thank you MJ and Austin. I appreciate your hardwork and I will definitely be back!

MacKenzie was AMAZING! She got me in really fast and helped me find a place to plug in my new phone so that I could set it up while my oil was changed! The oil change included so many awesome services besides just my oil change! I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

I waited here for 4.5 hours while my car was originally just going in for a free oil change covered by our warranty. I was then told that the brake fluid needed to be flushed, which would take an additional hour, which was ok, but 1.5 hours later I was told our brake pads also needed to be replaced, which was estimated to take another 1.5 hours!!! If I would've been aware this was going to take so long sooner, I would've taken advantage of the shuttle service, but since everything was being over promised time wise, I thought it would be a waste to get home and just have to turn right back around to come back for my car! All in all I was very unhappy to have spent the majority of my day sitting in the shop. And I was offered a $20 off coupon for a future oil change instead of being able to use it against the $26 charge I was charged after being told everything was covered... that $20 will just go to waste because now that our 2 years of free oil changes are over, I won't ever be coming back here! Young Chevrolet in general has been a disappointment between our buying and maintenance experience!!! I won't be buying anything from here again!

I went to Fast Track to get some scheduled maintenance done on my vehicle--it was my first time there. The customer service is courteous and knowledgeable, and the mechanics are good at what they do. My maintenance took less than two hours, and I even had them fix a rock chip, which was also a prompt and professional fix. I will be returning to them in the future for work on my vehicle when the need arises.

First time here with this car. We came in because of a coupon we had recieved in the mail. The oil change with the coupon turned out to be more than we normally pay. European brand. Normal oil change price of $100. I called MJ and explained the situation and told him what I normally pay. He adjusted my bill and was even willing to go below what we normally pay. I told him that it was not necessary to do more. We liked how we were able to make an appointment and they got the car right in at the appointed time. MJ took care of us. The overall experience turned out great in the end.

Holy cow brought 2 cars in for service Jermey bishop and Mackenzie greeted with with big smiles. And it only got better. I ran Jermey around in circles trying to get everything handled. If I were him I wouldn't be smiling but he still was and SUPER HELPFUL.
I'd recommend these guys any day of the week. Thank you so much!
