A young woman named Rachel helped me. She was so personable, friendly, and kind. She explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. It was clear she is a very smart woman who knows exactly what she is talking about and how to do her job.
The mechanics do not do a good job in keeping your vehicle clean of their mess (my car have black stains all over the steering wheel, door and floor). But, they are quick on getting service done.

We always have our vehicles in for oil changes, tires, emissions, you name it. Austin has always offered great service and takes care of me no matter what the need is. Highly recommend fast track to anyone.

Took my car to get an oil change. Noticed my car was smoking a little, so I check the oil. To my surprise it was very dark and looked like it wasn't charged. I took it to them to check it out. They proceeded to tell me it, that they didn't know what was in my engine etc.. basically telling me it was my fault and they had changed the oil. I'm supposed to drive another 5000 miles on my oil when it's dark as f***. Also received a call about bringing in my other truck for an alignment when it was supposed to be done a while ago....wondering if they even worked on it. Service was ok till now.
Rachel is amazing! I went to Fast Track for my oil change and tire rotation included with the purchase of my vehicle. She made everything easy and fun. She made sure I was comfortable. She reviewed everything with me from the notes the techs made and even walked me out to my car since I was the last appointment and no one was there. I have later gone back for the same service and she was NOT there but she still made sure I got the appointment I needed (to work with my new jobs training schedule). When I went in for my service, the guys working inside were not as friendly and did not review the service with me. I had to ask what everything on the paperwork meant. It was boring and impersonal. I REALLY like Rachel! Keep her around!!!!!
Stopped by jiffy lube to get an oil change but they couldn't do it because there was something wrong with the plug, but I stopped by Layton fast track and spoke with Austin S, I was extremely satisfied with their work and was able to get out of there in under an 40 minutes they definitely earned my return busines!
My family and I always choose Fast Track in Layton, they always take care of us and definetly go the extra mile. We go to Austin Shetler everytime, he is always making sure we are taken care of and he always goes the extra mile for us. I can't say enough good things about the kid, highly recommended and great job Austin!

Austin shetler has done a great job with all of my cars I send in! He's very detailed in everything from tires to making sure my washer fluid is full!! He's a great hard worker!
MJ was very professional and took care of the service concerns that I had. A true measure of service is how a company ( MJ the manager) takes care of a client when something goes wrong. I appreciate the customer service that was promptly given and remedied after my concerns were made known. MJ is the reason I will continue my business with Young Chevrolet Fast track.

Better people than Young Buick. I go in and tell them my expectations and apologize for being picky, but after what I've dealt with across the street, they understand. No complaints. My expectations are met and get me taken care of. Thank you for your professionalism.
Do not come here! Mechanics are inexperienced & do not do work correctly here. Got my tires replaced they stripped & over twerked my lug nuts, can t take off some of the lug nuts now. I can t even drive my vehicle because of this business! They broke my tire cap & never said a word to me, found out all of this was broken & so un happy with this business. Don t recommend coming here.
Driving on the freeway and my idler pulley siezed, lost all controls. Went to Young Chevrolet and they were closed, they directed me to Fast Track, they were closed, but Austin came out and asked if we were okay, I told him my situation, he asked a mechanic Preston if he would be willing to stay and he did. With my truck down and no parts available, Austin lent me his person vehicle to go get the parts needed to help us out! They guys did not have to do this for us and went above and beyond! Very impressed and will utilize they guys and recommend them to anyone!
It s clean and inviting. The staff is fantastic and always treats me with courtesy and respect. Communication is clear and concise. I especially appreciate Mackenzie. Her customer service is clearly something she prides herself on and it shows. I won t go anywhere else.
I had gotten a flat tire just before I was supposed to head out of town both of which were pretty stressful. The lobby was busy, but everyone all the employees worked through it with ease! They were beyond friendly, so kind and professional. Rachel Dixon helped me and she even stayed after her shift to make sure my needs were met. I m Completely grateful for her help she kept things calm and collected while keeping the ball rolling. I ve always recommended Fast Track, but today I ll definitely RAVE to people to come here!
