I've taken the car I bought from Young Chevy here ...

I've taken the car I bought from Young Chevy here for service several times because the service was complimentary. The first few times my experience was sub-par, enough so that I wrote a couple emails to them about my issues, mostly dealing with scheduling system mess ups and poor communication between sales and service.

However, this time I showed up and the experience was completely different. Almost instantly after taking my name, Rachel pulled up my appointment info and service histroy and was knowledgable about everything I needed. Perhaps they started looking through their appointments ahead of time. Not only was I treated well, but every other customer interaction I witnessed while waiting for my vehicle was respectfull and helpful. I hope Rachel is working every time I need to service my vehicle and this trip led to re-think my plan to stop taking my vehicle here for service after my complimentary visits were used. Thanks for a positive experience.
