Took my new vehicle into fast rack because it came...

Took my new vehicle into fast rack because it came with 2 yrs free oil changes. Got home after its second oil change and I originally thought there was condensation leaking off the vehicle because there was a wet spot in the drive way. Drove a few times and then left out of town. Got home and there was a massive oil puddle underneath it. Took back to fast track and they said there was no leak and it must have been residual from the oil change. I showed them a picture of my drive way and he said they washed the underneath and it was good to go. They said they topped off the oil because it was a little low... Huh. Yea it's in my driveway. I wasn't asking for anything in return but since they didn't want to own their mistake by obviously not tightening either the oil filter or plug, I feel the need to write this review. They seemed to be defensive about having any liability for what had happened. Now their customer service is very professional so they get 2 stars.

I was contacted by the manager of Fast track immediately after posting this review. He wanted to know the situation and my car was still had a very small leak so I had gone back so they can track down the problem. This time the leak was residual. In the end problem fixed and they were sincerely apologetic that this had happened. I know accidents happen and as I stated previously, their customer service is awesome. I couldn't ask anything more from them and glad it got worked out.
