Have never stayed at this hotel, looking forward to it

First time there, nice place to spend a weekend. Good chance of walking out a winner.

We go for the buffet and the music on Friday nights. The buffet is a little small, but they really pack a punch! Almost all of their dishes are very well done and very tasty. They have a cutting station with different meats as well as a chocolate fountain with fruit and marshmallows! They also have sugar-free desserts for my DH. They have free live music out in The Rock Yard on Friday nights as well as live music inside the casino (and great concerts, too, with big stars, which can be pricey). We usually can hang out for a couple of hours eating, listening to music, and playing the slots. Not too smoky and not too crowded.

Fantasy Springs is a very nice Casino and that's not easy for me to say because I usually always leave without money. It's extremely clean now since the Covid 19 virus demands it and they have limited the amount of people that can go inside and they take everyone's temperature at the entrance. I had fun and felt safe .

It is like a hot Sauna in this casino. They REALLY need to turn the heat down stat.

The food at the buffet was just average, however the service was good.

Lovely hotel! Quiet rooms, amazing pool area and dinner at Joy was lovely.

I ate at the Pom restaurant. I had the prime rib and it was excellent. Eric the bartender did an excellent job, all the other staff was wonderful will come back soon.

Outdoor concerts are the best!!! Lit is always a fun place to end the night.

The casino itself was very nice and clean. We went to the buffet. There were a fair amount of choices, but I wished for more. The food wasn't the best, but it served its purpose. Overall I would go there again.

I went to this place for dinner, they have several restaurants to choose from including buffets. The setup of the casino is easy to navigate and it's very organized. There is plenty of parking close by so you cand do self or valet parking. The restaurant we went to was for Asian cuisine. The portions were perfect and the food was great. The price was a little higher than what I would expect at an authentic asian food establishment but it's worth the fresh meals. The casino has a pool that can be seen from the top floor. It seems nice and around it there are palm trees with hoses spraying water on guests enjoying the sun. Staff is super friendly and helpful everywhere you go. I would stay at this place if given the option. I think it's a good place to spend some relaxing time away on the weekend.

Went for snoop concert good little venue decent enough casino it's a big aged but is what it is.

Nice casino. Slots are not too tight. Some good paying machines.

Typical casino getaway. We ate at the buffet which was exactly what you would expect. Had a little variety from different cultures with an extensive dessert table. Food was fresh and service was friendly. Slot machines and Bingo were no different than the typical Las Vegas style gambling halls. Drinks are NOT comped here so anyone traveling from out of town be warned!! Even when gambling they will still cost you $$$

Small, normal casino. Clean and slots pay a little... just for fun.

It's usually poppin between 4pm and 7pm. I start off with a round of drinks and tour the dance floor with the party or by myself. I guess I'm looking for the right dance partner. It's all about patience. It's my quick getaway.

After patronizing Fantasy Springs for the last 7 years that we ve lived in Indio we were pleasantly surprised to receive an invite to a complimentary nite.
I promptly made a reservation for June 19, my husbands birthday and invited friends to join us at Joy for dinner.
We left for Europe on May 24 and returned on June 17.
We packed a bag and arrived at the front desk at 2:45 having noted the 3:00 check in. We presented the card that was mailed to our home and our playing cards.
We were told we had no reservation but we could pay $108 for a room.
I had countless confirmations from the hotels and tours we had in Europe but it was then when I realized I had nothing from Fantasy Springs. We chose to leave. After 7 years of recommending the hotel to family and friends we were looking forward to seeing the room for ourselves. We rerouted our friends for the birthday dinner but we re surprised that an accommodation couldn t have been made given that the offer was initiated by the hotel. We have other casino choices nearby and simply - you ve lost a few customers.

I attend every year whilst on holiday and love the selection of machines and the friendly staff

All staff are friendly, helpful. Smoking odor is a major detraction.

A very good golf course to play. This is my 2nd outing at Eagle Falls. It's summer, so the fairways are somewhat dry (to be expected). The course is challenging, but fair. This time it was much cooler than the previous visit. Thank goodness the cart girl made frequent appearances. Some I'm not much of a gambler, I can't fairly comment. However, my golf buddies seem to like it a lot. In the evening, I ate at the buffet before the show. It was reasonable and tasty. Please remember, Las Vegas-like variety it does not offer. Lastly, I went to see Diana Krall in its auditorium. It was a good show as she's always entertaining. Beware that if you're expecting plush seats and stadium seating in this cover hall, then you'll be disappointed.

Fantasy gets more starts really. The restaurant Joy gets 0 Stars for their rude service, & management. Fantasy needs to replace that corner with restaurant. Panda Express is better.

Spectacular pool. Nice clean casino. Staff cordial and friendly. We'll be back.

Your buffet offered many good choices for being such a TINY buffet. Food quality has improved GREATLY since the last time I ate in the buffet. Things were attractively displayed and everything I chose was delicious. I especially enjoyed the shrimp in verde sauce. It was unusual and very "clean" tasting and refreshing. I have never seen verde shrimp on any buffet or on any menu, for that matter. A great low calorie choice, I assume.

Nice casino. Concert was good there. Loved the night club Lit afterwards, as well as the late night ice cream shop.

I have fun I just can't leave even when I'm winning I will leave with nothing and cigarette prices are very inexpensive so don't bring all your money in save it for cigarettes if you need them have a great time people are pretty nice

The rock yard is the best this time of year. Perfect weather.

Wonderful Casino, great Buffet. Plenty of slot machines. They also have a great Bingo room.

Went for the July 3rd fireworks display and even with the gusty winds the show was still enjoyable, with music to accompany. After the show it was time for pizza inside the casino - delicious! and the staff there was great!

The coffee it is delicious and I went to make money

The building, decor, pool and fragrance of the air are exquisite. There were 20+ machine out of commission in the casino though. After returning, I have found new updated machines in their places. I also appreciate the safety and convenience of restrooms. Their placements enable convenience in rejoining your party.

Walked in and out a 20 in the dollar machine and on my second spin won a Jackpot... Bought a car and paid my bills... Thank you Fantasy!!!!!

They now have a nice non-smoking room with new and old slot machines, but the air conditioner isn't working properly, and they said they can't fix it. That's what we get for being a non smoker.

Machines all went out Sunday evening for 45 minutes and nobody cared. had to track people down hotter than the Dickens in there didn't offer any water anything. Had absolutely no process running like chickens with their heads cut off

We come here everyone we visit my grandma since she loves to gamble! Lots of slot and table options, and also offers a non-smoking area which is nice. Highly recommend, and will always come back.

Big wins. No more truck and or rv parking allowed anymore. but you can park at the arco and walk

Great place to play .I Just hate they smoke inside the casino.Restaurants are really good

Because it's a smaller venue, there's not really a bad seat. I've sat in the furthest row back, and very close to the right of the stage. Obviously, the closer seats were better, but both times the concert was enjoyable. There's plenty of restrooms, a snack bar, and free standing bars. The bartenders were good, cash only. I've seen Robin Thicke and Snoop Dogg there, and been to the outdoor concerts adjacent to the venue.

There are play of options to eat and drink before a show. My favorite restaurant to eat at before a show is the Bistro, located upstairs in the casino. It's my favorite palace for sushi in the entire desert, but I've never been disappointed with anything we've ordered off the menu.

Fantasy springs is a place where everyone should go once or more. Go to the players club and get you fifty dollars free play you put twenty in and access to the free play starts when you play twelve dollars of the twenty best deal in california...

I was really looking forward to visiting F.S. as I did not recall a trip with my old employer 10yrs ago....I thought it was my 1st time there and since it was my birthday month- that I would be a WINNER with the slots. It's a very nice casino and with gambling there are no 'for sures' but the FANTASY here-quickly gave me the MONDAY BLUES, I played 5 different machines and either i wouldn't hit much of anything or i never got the bonus playing the highest amount on any of the $ inserted or 'FREE PLAY".. I was very broke and very disappointed in hr 1 of a 5 hr casino bus trip from L.A. score:

Fanasty appreciates the local patrons and it shows! Buffet is always fresh, Bistro one of my favorite, includes the sushi bar . Rock yard is an opened air venue, every Saturday, I'm just getting too old for the heavy metal bands.

This was a beautiful resort. The pool was amazing. This placed is tucked away and I definitely see why

Didn't stay here or come here for an event. I had bought tickets to an event later the month and now can't go. I wanted to sell the tickets but they do not email tickets out and you just pick them up in person. Other than that the casino looked fine, smelled of smoke of course. Would rather go to Vegas.

Went to see Frankie Valli. This Casino Resort is great. The staff here is always pleasant. The Buffett lunch is great too. Nice variety of foods and dessert choices. The Casino is typically very busy.

Not very hospitable, had to leave my machine to find something to drink, water.

Easy to find. Lots of available free parking. Helpful staff. Just like any other casino, it's smokey inside.

7/12/2020: Double deck blackjack.

Dealer hit on a hard 17, pulled the card and busted. Proceeded to take the card back when they realized they made an error and swiped my chips. Pitt boss just let it happen on a $100 hand, casino is great but some of the dealers are real shoddy.

As a courtesy they should ve let me push the hand from dealer error. Pit boss was short and rude about the interaction. It was 5 in the morning and not during peak hours.

This experience soured what was otherwise a good visit, but I won t be coming here again if this is how they treat players. Dealer error aside how they spoke to, and treated me as a customer was unconscionable. This is bad business practice.

THE MOST WONDERFUL HOTEL EVERYONE IS SO PROFESSIONAL AND KIND. WE WILL COME HERE AGAIN. THE POM RESTAURANT IS GREAT

Patio seating all stained and dirty. Food that was supposed to be hot on the buffet was room temperature.

Very impersonal. Not one drink offered entire time I was there est 3 hour.machines were doing alright. I left with a profit though so at least that was good. However the cashier didn't ask any questions at all no smile either. But still at least I left with a profit. I started with $40 left with $96. So thanks for that at least fantasy springs.

Attended a Counting Crows concert here last week. Small ish (~4,000 seat) venue so makes for a pretty intimate experience. Stayed the night at the hotel - comfortable room, great dining options. All round positive experience.

Went to a business luncheon at Fantasy and I loved it! The food was fresh, the staff was very professional and accommodating and the venue was beautifully decorated. Fantasy always does an outstanding job with events

They always put on very good shows wish they could get cher to visit i would definitely buy tickets.

My husband and I stopped there after spending the day off-roading in the desert. I felt a little under dressed but I didn t care nor did anyone else. Sat down at a 3 Card Poker table without any knowledge of how to play and was greeted with kindness that I haven t seen in a while at other casinos. The dealer and everyone at the table taught me how to play and I had a great time. The casino itself is beautiful, nicely decorated, and easy to get around. Service throughout was also great and the food at POM was delicious. Can t say much about the slot machines other than they kept taking my money lol but I d go back and eat there again OR maybe see a show. They have a really nice lineup this year.

It has been a few years since our last visit and the updated newer version is very good.
Latest slot machines with a good variety and the New look makes it look like a Las Vegas type casino.

Gotta love the Pom restaurant here. Great food and our server was fantastic. It wasn't very busy so staff were checking on our party and keeping drinks fresh and it made for a wonderful dining experience.

I really like the how during a boxing event the Lit room provides screenings at all available angles.

We went to see We Will Rock You! The Show was great - so much talent!!! Then we played the slots ( won some $$$) and a had delicious pineapple upside down martinis! All staff was courteous, helpful, friendly. Call it a perfect evening out!

Empty just tour bus people after that it was empty. No hits . Most Machines never paid after 100 spins ,,, one cents and .5 cents.
Went to spot light 29 and it was worst than Fantasy Springs casino.
Would not recommend . If it's empty someone going to loss money and it's you. Casino has to make money .

Nicer than I expected. The buffet was small but still had some excellant choices and surprised me how good the food was. The smoke was a little much but I like that they had a non smoke area to play the machines.

I enjoyed the $60 Freeplay they offered for becoming a new players club member.

Amazing. Well worth the drive! Had a late lunch at the buffet. OMG.... The best buffet we have ever had. And we lived in Vegas!. Everything was FRESH...

Has everything. Great pool, fantastic restaurants, free valet parking and fun machines.
Several entertainers perform here and the viewing venue is a welcoming where ever your seat happens to be.

Don't EAT AT Bistro! I got Food Poisoning and they did Nothing spent over $200. And it was My Birthday! Lousy Service and I'm a Blue Card!!

The food is very good at the Buffet. Customer service is very friendly. I went to Julio Iglesias concert, it was a great show.

Great casino to visit whenever I'm in the area. Usually, I spend time with family and friends to grab a few drinks and play some slot machines. The machines are loose. My girlfriend won about $1k once. She also received $25 dining credit for her birthday and spent it on the Rocky Chocolate Mountain shop. Great times all around!

Buffet was good but they are greedy on payouts. I played keno at which morongo and San manual casino pays out are the same as vegas payouts. I hit 10 numbers on .25 per card out of 2 cards and it only paid $80 which if were anyother casino as the ones I mentioned that would have been $400. Basically they pay 18% of what the other casinos pay. Not worth IT and a rip off

Aside from all the drug dealing and loosers lingering I would say it's okay. Have won money here but I would call this place a number one option.
