Your buffet offered many good choices for being such a TINY buffet. Food quality has improved GREATLY since the last time I ate in the buffet. Things were attractively displayed and everything I chose was delicious. I especially enjoyed the shrimp in verde sauce. It was unusual and very "clean" tasting and refreshing. I have never seen verde shrimp on any buffet or on any menu, for that matter. A great low calorie choice, I assume.
