Went to the lunch buffet. It was quick and I liked the choices. Would eat there again. My dislike of casinos is the gagging smell of cigarette smoke. The dinning room did not smell like smoke but I ate on the patio just to be sure.
I wanted to give it fewer stars, but I can't think of anything wrong! We were in the lounge at the top. Quality jazz, beautiful views. Recently acquired furniture. (Thank goodness.)
Went bowling with the family. The guy at the desk was on the phone yacking away. He paused long enough to tell us that there were no lanes available. Even though we could see at least 3 open lanes. 2 of them were right behind the desk. We watched the people leave lane 2 when we came in and no one was on 5. After 20 minutes he got off of the phone and put us on lane 2. He put the people behind us on 5.
The rooms are amazing. Nice and excellent service, nice restaurant. I highly recommend for you and your family to stay here.
It's always a great place to go have fun , clean , lots of drinks . The casino is my favorite, staff is friendly and always there to help. I definitely recommend this place.
The only parts of this place I can truly comment on are the lit lounge which I truly enjoyed the sound system when the band was playing and going to the Billy idol concert in the concert area. I don't gamble or smoke so the casino portion only made me smell like smoke and I wish I could've reached the other parts without having to cross through the casino at all.
I usually go there for dinner with family and friends, on this particular occasion the family for together for breakfast on a Sunday morning. Everything I've ever ordered, has always tasted delicious! The staff is always very friendly, the restaurant is well lit with multiple views outside. The restrooms are always clean and well stocked. Will definitely continue enjoying many more meals there.

Boz Scaggs concert was fantastic! While waiting, we got to go to their outdoor free rock concert that they have most days. That is a great venue for drinks, music, and sitting out under the stars. They have a buffet here as well, but no senior discounts, which I thought was strange. Hopefully someday they will have a permanent stage for the bigger names, as some of the seating was subpar.
It was quite a gamble but it paid off like always remember to keep that positive attitude along side the music played sounded good night club was piping overall atmosphere was nice lots of parking Hadi cap parking stair or excellater lots of new machines great time lots of fun

Went to Fantasy Springs after a day if golf. Overall great casino with friendly staff. We at at the Bistro restaurant and the service and quality of food was excellent.
First time here and it was great. They had a membership deal where you spend $20 on slots and they give you $60 to play with. Friend and I walked away with $140 each after playing the monty python slot machine for 4 hours and had a great time. Smoking is allowed so be away of that. Drinks are poured heavy and they have great bowling lanes (10 pin). Loved my visit at Fantasy Springs.

Worst Casino ever!! All they do is take & take. Spotlight 29 and Agustine Casino are way better you will never win anything at fantasy springs casino. Ive been there a few times and the drink service the worst. You ask for a drink and you feel bad about asking and the face they all make if you dont tip them is priceless. They ask your for your players card to get a soda or a bottle of water. Dont go this casino unless you dont like winning.
Just stopped by for a quick lunch but didn't eat, only found a buffet and an Asian restaurant. Didn't stay to play, there may have been a sandwich grill but I just didn't see it. Large gaming floor with lots of slot machines, l would stop by to play next time I'm in the area.
It was fun. The valet parking team was awesome as always. My only complaint was that I had to leave my machine and to find someone to add paper.
We stay at least four times a year foods great staff are very nice and helpful always happy to be there lots of fun and slots pay off highly recommend
Nicely laid out, plenty of machines to play. Rooms are small and cozy and reasonably priced. The toilet takes some getting used to because it takes a long time to flush. It works but slow to flush. Overall, happy with staying here and would stay here again. Staff is friendly.

Reasonable pricing on concert tickets. Keep coming back. Tonight seen The Four Tops & The Temptations. They were Awesome, Seen other older musical groups like Earth, Wind & Fire, Frankie Valle & The Four Seasons. They have current artists as well, Robin Thicke , Pit Bull whatever music you're into. I'm not a gambler. After the concert enjoyed dinner at Pom Restaurant in the Casino. There's this place Lit for a little dancing as well. The only thing I don't like is the smell of cigarette smokers

The tables are really expensive to play which doesn't make it a lot of fun. Plus, it is very smokey..I didn't find any of the staff welcoming or interested in is as customers.

We went to see the legend Tony Bennett and it was an incredible concert. It was our first time at fantasy springs and we will definitely be going back for sure. We didn t make a reservation and we wondered in to The Bistro Restaurant and it was incredibly busy!
The young girl at the front desk was so polite and said if we waited a little while she would squeeze us in for dinner. She gave us some menus and we had a drink while we were waiting. I am so glad we did because we had an incredible meal we both had filet mignon and it was one of the best steaks we ve had in a long time. The service is really top class and we are definitely going back! Can t wait
The venue is small, but the acoustics and sound system were great, an excellent concert by Michael McDonald.
The rudest security staff in history I was humiliated by them and then escorted to my car, I will never step foot there again.
For a quick and local getaway, this place is amazing!! The only and one issue i would have say is that the pool staff takes their job just a little to serious.

I spent most of my time in the bowling lanes attached to the casino. The facilities were clean, and the staff were more than accommodating to our large group. Definitely the best casino in Indio. The concerts held here are organized well and the acoustics are great.

We went for the buffet. Service was very good - refills on drinks, plates cleared and even fresh silverware. Coffee was great, not bitter. Food was all fresh, well prepared, and flavorful. After eating we went upstairs to the Lounge to see what it was like. Very friendly staff, even though we didn't order drinks. He let us know their hours, and told us about live music 4th Sunday of the month. I hope to go back soon!

People are nice and treat you well. The Fantasy Buffet has improved with a variety of choices. Staff was very attentive. Joy Asian restaurant was delicious for the area with great service and the Pom had enjoyable atmosphere and dishes. Luckily I was able to eat at all the restaurants including the Bistro, higher end cuisine including sushi. The lasagna at Pizza Kitchen only served on weekends was delicious for $. Slot returns were slow this weekend. The Rockyard cover bands are great. For a weekend getaway in the low Desert area, great place to visit.
This place I did not like every dinner place to eat was crowded. The quick food places had no where to sit down and eat a slicenof dried up cold pizza. We ended up sitting in the lobby of the hotel area. As for getting a drink the bartender just kept walking pass us totally ignoring us. Finally had to flag him down heay buddy how abot a drink. Not planning on going back disgusting place. They need a total overhaul.

One of my absolute favorite places in the world. This place has never disappointed me! Lots of food options - and they're all good. Live entertainment and shows for those who want to take a break from gambling in the casino! Also, they host a lot of larger concerts by national artists. It's even fun to take a day and just order movies and room service.
Fun casino and event location. I love to wonder around and watch people, gamble a little, take in a show at the Rockyard/Lit, or eat at one of the delicious dining establishments. The Hotel rooms are comfortable and clean. I have seen some great shows at the event venue and enjoyed dancing after at Lit. The lounge on the 12th floor has a spectacular view and a comfortable upscale atmosphere. There are always great events going on at Fantasy Springs.
Fantasy Springs is my husband's and my go to place. The only complaint we have is the waitress service. They used to push a cart with coffee and soft beverages that accommodated many casino patrons. Since they had it taken away they use cocktail trays. Many times we wait hours to get a drink and I mean hours. They really need to bring the carts back.
My fellow Canadians please DO NOT GO HERE.... We played in a blackjack tournament and won and when we went to the cage to collect our small $250 lol exciting for us... They said they will be with holding 30% for taxes. Now in a contest yes you must with hold but in a tournament which we payed to enter its the same as winning at slots which dictates any winning over 1200 is held. Now heres the kicker. No matter whos right or wrong we have now been standing at the cage for 20 minutes after being treated with smug attitutes by Ariana and Liz and then their manager who had to get get another manager to make sure shes right. We still wait as i write this.... lol wow heres the picture as we wait lol ok so final decision is we get 167 from 250 lol they were willing to give us a bit more but not all the money lol so they can make a bit of a deal but not the whole amount we won lol no signs, no warning, before we spend money just a big surprise after ....Update we were just aggressively approached by officer Ramirez.... security... who was told by the lovely Luchu the casino host that there was no need for security its ok no problem ...then out of no where in front of my wife and to the casino hosts amazement i say there is no problem and the officer puffs his chest and says im not giving a problem but if i Mad Dog you it can get real bad real quick .... this is a quote at which point Luchun dropped her jaw and yeah that happened

Dine in restaurant down stairs gave me a over cooked burger asked server to get a new one then he brings back undercooked burger thing was still bleeding, noticed after I took a bite. Hope I don t get food poisoning.

Beautiful Casino and Resort Hotel. Stoped for some lunch while traveling hoping for a Buffet and to our pleasant surprise. A great Buffet. I mean great. I would not hesitate to go back for the Buffet while traveling down the highway. I also noticed a top of the line entertainment calendar here. Will have to return for show soon. Currently staying in a room and the ac doesn t work.. my whole family is uncomfortable and not getting much sleep. We come out this way often to visit family.. won t stay here again.
The fresh grill buffet has one of the best buffet options in all of the Coachella valley. From the made to order pasta bar to the actual grill to get your meat cooked to order. My family has been eating here for the last 10 years so they must be doing something right.

Disappointed! Attended a concert at the fair, won $50 via text, went to claim, no one at event after reading and concert, that I had won. Head to casino to redeem and dance, thinking more enjoyment with free win, casino floor supervisor would not honor, told had to go another day to Fair and redeem for a coupon.
Should not advertise on big screens without details and having staff on hand to work booth until after concert is done. As well as honor when next best is to head to place of business, so much for customer service and long time player's card holder! The band in nightclub was descent otherwise..
My husband and I were there for the first time to attend a concert. The staff was very helpful when we couldn't find the venue. The valet was professional and kind. We will definitely be back.

The casino was clean, although a bit smokey. We ate at Pom restaurant and highly recommend it, the food and service was great! We didn't stay at the casino hotel, there's a Quality Inn 1/4 mile away for less than half the price.
My wife and I went to Fantasy Springs Casino for the first time. It had a old vibe of the last Vegas back in the day. However, we had a good time celebrating my sister in law birthday today.
Clean casino. Has a starbucks that opens at 530AM. Allows overnight parking in first lot on the left when pulling in, easy to miss but you'll see all the RVs.
It was great but I wished you would get the machines fixed where you put your Club card in they are not working right and I do not get credit for all the money I spend I would give you guys a five

The games are set on lose. And thats for sure. The staff was nice enough. And they kept it clean. It sure could use some updating. They have a lot of machines im gonna guess that half of them are older then me. And the other ones are basic and same as all the other places. What happened to the good games they used to have. Ican see myself returning there soon.
Have beem there several times and never won more than about $50 at a time. They do have one of the best pizza joints in the valley and the "Rock Yard " is a happening place on the weekends. But all the lipstick in the world on a pig doesnt change it Its still a pig. Ya know......
