Just checked in on the 3rd floor, rooms are clean & pleasant. Bathroom also is clean with a modern touch, the French doors offer a beautiful view of the pool & mountains along with palm trees as a backdrop. Thumbs up.
The casino was okay. Since I was signing up for the player's club as a new member, I got $60 in free play after I played $20. I did actually win with the free play. It was way too hot in the place though. They need to turn on an air conditioner or something.
Fantasy Springs Resort Casino is like home away from home for me. Awesome Country night Thursdays. Late night munchies can be found at Lique for very reasonable prices. They went above and beyond in meeping things sanitary for Covid.
Nice and cozy, great places to eat, feel welcomed by all staff an great machines to time play and win.

Hotel was good staff is great this place paved the way for indian gaming in southern California i wish i could stay longer but only had one night comp but i thought it was great i only wish i had a couple more nights compt. But overall its one of the nicest place to stay in the Coachella valley

Great buffet! I stopped on a Sunday late morning and was pleasantly surprised to find King Crab legs AND Prime Rib on the menu....along with literally hundreds of other delicious items. All you can eat at a very fair price cooked much better and presented much nicer than 99% of the other casino buffets I have been to. More than usual service from waitstaff. Then, to top off a nice brunch with my sister, I deposited $20 in a penny machine on our way to the parking lot, bet the maximum bet and won over $700 on the first spin. All in all a pretty satisfying morning! :)
Went to a concert. The seating is horrible. All of them. Most uncomfortable place to go to a concert

Great Casino! Lots of loose slots! Getting some great top talent for many of their shows. Some top entertainers exclusive shows. Small intimate venue but very plain utililitarian and not super posh concert venue/ampitheatre. As another review put it... like a high school gymnasium but with better acoustics. SO anyways, when was last time Ringo Starr and his AllStarz played your high school gym? Or any other national act or genre? The staff seems a bit overworked and somewhat tired but they remain friendly and give great service none the less. This place is comfy and casual or as formal as you want to be.....
It's a casino. What more can ya say. Several name entertainers come here with good veiwing. Plenty of bars in and around the action. And it's a casino. Need I say more?
Place looks great food was old this time around the server was very attentive the gym was awesome...but the pool situation was very uncomfortable with the staff I mean I'm enjoying the cool water in the hot and all the sudden a pink haired girl come huffing and puffing asking only me and my party our names and what room number more than once ..I felt harrased and why out of 60 people was I only asked for this info and not only did she single me out but acted as if she cought me up do something wrong ....I then asked a couple of people next to us that where there before if she did the same to them they stated that she didn't ...if your gonna ask ask all not only the minoritys...I wouldn't go back...

We have been taking bus loads of family and friends down to indio to fantasy springs casino. It was just great. If your dont want to gamble they have a bingo hall and a bowling alley on the property. Good place to hide the kids in the alley while you try to make some$$$.
15.99 for buffet on saturdays, including drink. Nice assortment of foods and desserts. If your goibg down on the weekends check out their named brand entertainment. Always a great time.
It was fun to be back at Fantasy Springs after so much time in quarantine. They were diligent in enforcing the rules of masks & social distancing. Their staff was out on the floor to continually clean and disinfect machines.
I was there to see my favorite band Steel Rod performing in The Rock Yard. They were awesome & it was fun to out with people. Good drink specials too!
Overall, good time, except inside casino there were several areas which were noticeably hotter than others. And with the mask, it makes for an uncomfortable time.

Best casino ever!
Everyone was happy the energy was so much better then the Morongo casino the staff was so kind and went out of there way to help. Maybe it's a happier place because the spirits are happier. Morongo was just down the road a little ways and as soon as I got there I could feel negative energy and the lights hurt my head it's as if your being looked at constantly.

Fun place. A nice casino. They gave world famous musicians playing there every weekend. Live entertainment outside and inside as well. Visit the 12th Floor hotel bar. Great view.
Best slice of pizza in the Desert. Upstairs at the Fantasy across from the Starbucks. The have plenty of seating . You can order by the slice or a whole pizza .

Im trying to waste money and they still ask for ID when im 24 years old and have a date right next to me and she does show her ID and shes 21 but only sales liquor to her ..how embarrassing and all cus i forgot my ID
My only experience was the casino and my favorite and only game to play is Roulette so my scope is not very broad. Unfortunately, the new electronic Roulette table is awful. The touch screen table that you use to place bets is not accurate to the touch at all. Could not even use it.
The buffet is good. They have a large variety- fish, prime rib, Turkey, Asian, Mexican, and italian. Salad and soups. Lots of choices of deserts. For the price it is great. I prefer it over Pom or Joy.

A surprisingly good place to see a show, if your seats aren't too far to the rear. The sound system is quite good, which of course makes a huge difference. The Casino, like all Casinos, is smoke-filled. They do have a small smoke-free area but you have to go through a lot of the rest of the Casino to get there. It did, however, pay off to find it...
Nice casino. Friendly staff. Practicing social distancing. Had a great time. Did experience a issue with the hostess and manager at the restaurant not accommodating a table preference for 6 people. It was clearly obvious they were trying to assign us to a specific waiter. But rather than having the waiter walk 10 ft out of his area they lost our business. We went elsewhere.

Fantasy Springs Has implemented amazing guidelines when I visited a couple days ago. With closing down every other slot maschine and being WAY LESS CROWDED in general which is a PLUS, vs agua caliente who have been slacking with keep their casino environmentally safe and occupancy control. Besides Fantasy got cheaper buy in on tables

Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons concert was AMAZING! The venue was well organized. Except the VIP seating seems like a waste of money. Unless your tribal or invited, can you meet the artist... VIP seating also means you may be standing the whole time as well.
Does NOT allow overnight RV parking. The casino is pretty dated.

With the current situation Fantasy Springs provides an entertainment outlet for the community. They follow all CDC guidelines above and beyond, providing safe environment for the guests.
I went bowling with my girlfriend and her sister at the Fantasy Spring Lanes. The staff was friendly and the environment was nice. They have an arcade room where it was easy to kill time about 15minutes where we waited for our lane. They have good food and snacks, along with well-priced beer. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
Except the part where they opened the door without knocking.

What can I say, this casino has it all. From a pizza by the slice that is cooked in a brick oven, to one of my favorite restaurants is Joy's Japanese food, we love to go and sit in the bar they have a bartender Winsten is his name that will make your night a fun night to remember. They also have great bands that play there. This place is a must visit.

Gone to the lunch buffet twice. Good food. I prefer veggie and chicken dishes, and they have enough options. The Chinese style eggplant and tofu is probably my favorite. The smell of cigarette smoke is always around though, since it's in the casino.

Been there 11 times came home 100 to 400 winnings 9 times. I want use my card or the same money ticket, as they track your winnings & other activity, so when you build to a fair winning cash out & either just hang out , or go home. My limit is start with 60 & when I'm up 160 or more I cash out & listen to music , eat, get drunk on 2 beers & wife drives home.

Best casino I ever been to. I love the cheap combo meals they have and I ended up winning $1030 here. Maybe next time I'll go to a boxing event there and get a hotel room there. Definitely will be back. I love getting food comps lol
We went here on a Friday night for a comedy show and a dinner buffet. It was a great experience. The buffet was extensive and the food was great. I thought it was a pretty good value for the many selections of food and the variety of international cuisines available. There was Asian, Mexican, American. The service was also great.
The comedy show was fantastic. The performers were hilarious and the value could not be beat. I wish that they would keep these shows at The Improv going year-round rather than selectively and seasonally.
As far as the casino, a friend of mine insisted on gambling between dinner and the show and I very painfully watched him lose about $800 in 10 minutes. When I couldn't take anymore, I walked away to get us seats in the comedy club.
Quite a while away from where I live but it is worth making the drive out. I love the amenities such as the pool, jacuzzi, and fitness center when stay for a night or two.
The rewards are quite good as well. Frequent 25 dollar dining credits and many opportunities to enter into events to win more things throughout the week.
My parents especially like coming here for the concerts as they host many Country artists as well as international singers from Hong Kong and Vietnam too.
I look forward to coming back again in the near future
Went to Lit bar, which was great. Saw live music with "Country Nation." Tons of line dancing. Didn't care much for the smoky casino or the buffet restaurant, though.
My favorite place in the entire valley. The resort is like no other in California. Excellent service and incredible dinning. Thank You for always being the best hotel in Coachella Valley.
