Fantasy Springs Resort Casino Reviews

Came in on a Weds. Really nothing but enjoyable experiences here, I'll be back. The bill was appropriate.

I am not a fan of writing negative reviews. Anyhow, I am doing this mostly to protect you guys from being robbed just like I was. The roulette machine decided to bet 81 dollars on 00 without my consent. I did not even pressed anything anyhow as I realized it was betting 81 I tried to hit the cancel button but it will not work so I sit slowly watching the timer running out of time with 81 dollars of mine. Long story short management socks they admitted machine is new and it has been doing that anyhow refused to give money back. Stay away. Machines are controlled.

Why are they getting rid of so many of the old style machines that we like. Just not the same anymore!

Holiday buffet was delightful. Plenty of Friendly serving staff available. Very long 1.5 -2 hours in line to get in. Restrooms only fair conditions, could use some TLC. Valet service was quick, kind, courteous, tipped both going in and going out.

You like if you liked that Japanese food you'll love this place

Had a great time. The room was terrific. The food was great (we ate from three restaurants). The pool was the highlight. It was very relaxing. We also went bowling for an hour with a $5 off coupon. I'd love to come back and stay longer. Maybe to attend a concert.

The rooms here are not that great, the pool looks nice but the food here is pretty good.

Surprisingly well put together place. Only complaint is there was no where to buy water late at night, only Dasani sparkling berry water junk from a vending machine.

Buffet was awesome but not as awsome as our server cloudia.

Food and service are great. We were there with guests from Japan for brunch and bowling.

we love this casino! Everything is perfect on this casino and we love staying in the casino, the bellman are always so nice! The slot machines are nice the only thing the I don't like are the security guards in the casino! They are rude. But I still give the casino and hotel 5 stars cause is a awesome place to get away to

This place is a lot of fun I came in to use the bathroom which were very clean. I decided to take a couple bucks out of the ATM and try my luck boy I think I'll have to stop here more often to use the restaurant because I had a lot of fun in the short amount of time I was there

Seen a concert here in the convention center. The seats are like folding chairs even in the rafter area, not comfortable. The convention center looks like a large gymnasium.
The casino is average looking, the outside of the hotel looks very nice, never seen any of the hotel rooms.

I am beyond furious with the lack of security and assistance. My mother and aunt stayed at the Fantasy springs for New Year s and both their purses were stolen from the hotel room. When they complained and asked to see a video they said More

Stop allowing smoking and you'd lose all your guests, but I'd come more. I should also only give you one star because you took all my money! Ok, ok, I at least had fun losing it. . Fun casino with lots of good beer on tap. Not too crowded and they have penny slots! Oh, almost forgot to mention. Great concert lineup in their special events center.

Saw America in concert the band and buffet were both great!

Had a great stay. Rooms are clean comfortable with beautiful views. Staff members are helpful and friendly. Will be returning!!

Its bigger than I expected has a bowling alley and race tract betting very nice casino with resort and pool.

Great place to see a show. Concession stand prices are very high.

Keep an eye on your valuables. Don t leave your tickets on the machines or it will disappear. This place had thieves and a rougher crowd the evening I was there. Had to call security.

Just went for their buffet. Overall food was great. $17 lunch. Friendly staff.

Went to the Paul Anka sings Sinatra the staff were very personable and our seats were Amazing

Fantasy Springs is a large casino with a very nice hotel and several good places to eat. The Sunday buffet with bottomless mimosas is very good with loads of options with a variety of shrimp, crab, great prime rib, fresh omelets, waffles and crepes. Desserts abound even with sugar free selections. Great value.

Beautiful resort, friendly staff and a super comfy bed made our stay memorable. Can't wait to stay again!

Friendly, helpful staff. A fun place to go, with a bowling alley attached for friends that don't want to gamble or older children .

Typical casino; great line-up of events. Would benefit greatly having no smoking sections like in Vegas. Beware non-smokers...your hair and cloths will stink of cigarettes'smoke

I always eat at Joy when I come here, it's an Asian restaurant with a lot of great options. My favorite is the crispy lemon shrimp. They also have $10 lunch specials. I also really like the casino, it's aways clean and there's lots of games to play. I just tried the new Simpsons slot and it was super cool.

We go to the Fresh Grill Buffet a couple times a week. Excellent variety of choices for food and it s always great. There is a carving station, Oriental, Mexican, Italian, BBQ plus various salads, soups and desserts. Saliya Wijeyamanne, the Maitre d , and his staff, especially Rosie, Claudia, Omar and Alejandro always make us feel welcome. Highly recommend eating here if you re in the area.

My best friend & I went to go see Caifanes on the 8th of February and my experience was fantastic. Every person that assisted us from handing me our tickets to showing us our seats was very polite & welcoming

The only thing I didn't like was that nobody checked for weapons or contraband.

I sign up for the first time and I didn't receive my free play as advertised but my fiance did I'm pretty much disappointed in this. I traveled all the way here from Los Angeles CA. Nice casino though and good drinks also...

This casino has new gaming tables, new slot machines, and free drinks (sorry no alcohol). Very friendly staff that helps with anything and answering questions. They make you feel very comfortable even if you are asking many questions. The best part is that you can sign up for a free card and you get weekly free slot money. The more you go, the more you get. Including free night stays in the hotel. Here is one of the slot machines. Can you guess what show this is? Plus it has chairs that have speakers and also vibrates when the slot is rolling. Fantastic!

Great venue for special events, etc. Attended Tony Bennett's show. Iconic.

So Smokey in this casino could barely breath the next day, the ventilation and air circulation needs some work. Seemed like the slots were super tight as well.

Went there for their new players promotion, New members play $20 and receive $60 on the house free/play. The casino it self big has that Vegas feel.

Great place, I can honestly say this property has figured it out!!! It's a true Oasis in the middle of the Coachella valley.

Love bowling there, the food in the buffet is out of this world. I just don't win when I gamble.

We went to gamble. There was a concert that night and parking was hard to find. There were lots of slots to choose from but we left smelling of cigarette smoke. Would love more ventilation.

Fantasy Springs is a great Casino and Resort. The slot machines pay really good and it's a good environment. I recommend Fantasy Springs to anybody.

Their rewards program is awesome no matter what level you're at. Staff is always respectful, professional and enviting. They make you feel welcomed and comfortable. THEIR SLOTS PAY MORE THAN ANY OF THE OTHER CASINO'S AROUND! (@ least for me)
Loved the poolside cabanas and the service from all the hotel staff from the manager to the girls at the pool to housekeeping waS 5 .

Everyone is friendly and we like to go dancing on Thursdays they have a cowboy band and Randy from the big 106 as the DJ..

The service at this Casino is superb! I love it that the employees are very attentive. I love the complimentary valet, especially on the Hotel side. My car is parked in the shade and I don't come to scorching car in this 110 degree plus summer heat. I'm closer to the concerts but do need to walk a bit to the casino.

1 star. I did like this place until I got a minor injury. I slid into a booth in the Lique restaurant and my right leg brushed across something sharp sticking out of the upholstery. I didn't think much of it until i started walking. I rubbed my hand across the back of my calf, when I looked it was covered in blood. I went to security for some help and advice. They gave me a bandage and proceeded to tell me they would do nothing for me except call an ambulance which I would have to pay for. I wanted something in writing stating that the incident occured for insurance purposes and again was told by security they would do nothing for me and that I was on Indian land and while there, they were the law and I would not get anything and went as far as to say if my car had been broken into in their parking lot, they wouldn't be responsible for that either. Over all I was deeply disappointed with their smug attitude and lack of concern for another human being after being injured on their property.

Best hotel in the desert. Of I didn't lose at the tables every now and again I would give 5 stars..

Loved the prime rib buffet. Look at that picture (last one)! Totally worth the price. $4.50 Shock Top in a plastic cup served with a glass...strange.

Update: Went to the Thanksgiving buffet today. Big line all afternoon. Requesting the patio might get you in faster. Excellent buffet. The prime rib was too rare. Great service.

I always enjoy going to Fantasy Springs. Being a local it's a nice and clean and beautiful place.

Fun. That new member $60 free play sure does go fast though.

It was the worst experience I been going to Fantasy springs For years and that day was the last day there securities are the worst at serving you and helping you out... security disrespect and yells and insults you that s not a professional security they need to be train or not hire them they get to aggressive and run there mouth they need to take a look at there wannabe police officers ur just a Security. I have 4 ppl that s saw they mistreat me I have them in videos as well see u in court

Just stopped into the casino to get off the road for a few minutes. The walk from the parking garage into the casino was gorgeous and makes me want to book a small vacation there. The casino was busy, drink service at the slot machines was quick. Otherwise normal casino operations...
