Enjoyed the Chicago band concert. They we're performing Live. They also have tribute bands performing at the Rock Yard, these are outdoor concerts that sound just like the real thing.

Clean and smoke free. Friendly services. Over all is a great place to visit.

Went for a concert and was pleasantly surprised by the Casino, buffet and concert venue. It is a little far for regular use; however special events will be on our must do list. Tge staff is amazing.

Buffet was really good and the casino had lots to choose from. They had a great new player bonus. Plus they have a big lot for Semis which was perfect for us.

The reason why it only got 3 stars,y car was broke into my purse ,my sister purse both our tablet ( which we had both just got my pillow) My favorite. Pillow at that it had a 100.00 bill in that billow top ( never found) parked in the front too ) 3hrs aways from were we live . D

Great casino with lots of games of all types wish they had a $5 blackjack tables but the $10 tables are just as good a really good ice cream shop open late and staff is very friendly and after showing proper identification me and my service dog were not bothered for the rest of our time there.

I cannot comment on the rooms or any of the amenities because we did not stay at the resort. My husband and I visited the casino on a Saturday night. If you are not a smoker, you will be overwhelmed with the awful smoke smell. All of my clothes, jacket, purse and hair stunk when we left. Everything had to be washed. Dirty ashtrays were everywhere and many slot machines had ashes on top of the buttons as though people weren't even bothering to use an ashtray.

I actually enjoyed this place and if you ever go there there's a gentleman by the name of Bert at the desk front desk thing and he is amazing and his customer service made me want to return definitely definitely a nice clean fun place to go thank you.

We enjoy the rock yard shows! But the casino looks old warn out, the floor is uneven and there is no known, at least to me, non smoking gambling area.

The Service: Wonderful. Very friendly and welcoming.

The Room: Very modern and well maintained. The bed is very comfortable. Coffee machine in the room. Daily local newspaper.

The Facilities: Several restaurants on site, bowlin alley, concert hall, live music &etc. Gym 5-8pm. Pool 6-midnight. Starbucks on site too.

The Parking: Parking structure and big parking lot

Great buffet. Plenty of options and flood always looks freshly made.

For a small scale casino, it's pretty great! I may be a little biased as I won $1200 on my first visit! Lol. The ice cream shop has good ice cream and the buffet is actually better than expected! Definitely worth checking out if you're passing thru!

Good free play for the slots. Spend $20 and get $60 in free play.

Overall it's a nice enjoyable place to spend some time and try your Luck ! But, the employee at the lower level counter area where you can purchase items, who allowed another patron to walk right up to the counter. Cutting 4 people standing in line patiently waiting there turn, including myself who was next to be helped. I did not make a fuss, though I and the others in line were angry. I did politely inform the employee, that it was not right that she ignored that the woman she clearly saw walk up to her as others had already been waiting.
Her response was a Sarcastic, Snotty....OH WELL !

And continued with, do need something or not, as she stared me down. At this point I was very angry, as I was Embarrassed and Humiliated. And even though 2 patrons behind me commended that it was not right, referring to her actions and response to something she did wrong.

The employee just ignored and helped us with a Bad Attitude and far from a Smiling Helpful face.

I held myself from reporting her, because I am not a bad person.
But I will say this, if this is the type of employees that Represent Fantasy Springs Casino. Then they give us No Choice but to Spread the word of my recent experience.

Los of new slot machines if your into that. But not enough of the classics slots. Valet parking is a plus

This casino has always been good about fa.ily atmosphere when I dine and bowl with my kids and mom. Very grateful.

This review is only for the valet parking staff. upon arrival, Windows of my car all up, air conditioning off. Radio off.. upon return it was 11 p.m. all four windows down. Air conditioner full blast. Radio blasting. Totally inappropriate, very disappointed and wonder why my car was brought to me that way.

Hate All the SMOKE...SHOULD Have Designated Sealed Rooms For the SMOKERS

Great Christmas Day buffet! Everything you could want from crab to prime rib and even awesome breakfast and Mexican food. Servers were extremely attentive and never saw the bottom of champagne glass. Very enjoyable

Rooms are large and comfortable. House cleaning leaves something to be desired. On site facilities are very good. Casino has great variety of machines.

And it s my first time to go there tonight and I m not stay long like use to be because I m working early the only thing I ve notice it a the door the (in/out) it s only one door they use i don t understand and i don t see the logic of that system fantasy i mean it s no logic like what happen tonight I m leaving and i have to wait for the new people to come in and for me is not safe not safe at all i saw inside is clean and every corner you have a sanitizer but no paper napkin because everybody touching the handle of sanitizer okay i hope when i comeback again there should be everything change okaayyy thanks!

Attended a work conference here for work so we stayed at the hotel and hung out here all day. First day we arrive we didn't really have anything to do but we found the bowling alley and bowled for a few games. They dont serve liquor until 3 I think but you can buy beer earlier. Unfortunately the casino ventilation could be better as i don't smoke and that was all you could smell on the casino floor. Kind of to be expected from a casino but stronger then others I have been in. The Pool was nice the bar at the pool has some good pina coladas. Overall fun time. Not a lot of stuff to do to close but definitely close enough to make some trips to Joshua tree and other fun spots around the area.

Great place to stay, only wish is that they would provide refrigerators in the rooms. Amazing customer service. Rosa at the front desk went above and beyond to assist us.

The casino is pleasant one. The machines are all very interesting. The location is easy to get to. The only thing that I would suggest is that they need portable carts for handicap and seniors.

The staff members were very nice and the food was good, but could be better.

Great service every slot machine you could want to play. Great casino staff; from the slot techs to the bartenders to the cashiers, everyone is top shelf. The hotel isn't as nice as Agua, but cant be beat for the price ; a great value especially with the awesome people working there.

My wife and I love this casino. It's about 100 miles from my home. But worth every mile. it not only looks beautiful, but its the cleanest casino I've been too and the one I've had the best luck at hands down.

I went with a friend who purchased the racing form and program. We were in and out quickly. However the casino looks very fun.

Mild crowd for Saturday night. Tight slots of course. Lots of older machines. Wife and I still had fun.

I like the Ice Cream Parlor, there. It's called: "Lique" -- I got the Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream in Waffle cone. YUM!! Played the James Bond machines--Thunderball and Casino Royale! Won bonuses on both.$$$

Hotel was great. Pool was enjoyable and relaxing. Food was amazing. Casino was fun, but could definitly use better ventilation as the smoke smell was overwhelming. Cheaper drinks would have been nice too.

The casino floor here is pretty big. It definitely rivals Morongo and Pechanga. I was here for some boxing matches so I got to see the event center. Very nice venue for boxing and I can definitely see a great concert being put on there. Wish I would've stayed the night so I could have provided a room review as well.

Customer service at the players club kiosk was unfortunate. I was trying to enroll for any buffet deals and was not welcomed to stand in line because I had my child with me. I can understand and respect the rule of minors but there were no signs to give that information and I was not allowed the space to talk or explain. The worker at the kiosk was very inappropriate unfortunately. I ended up choosing to leave the casino and eat elsewhere. It's an unfortunate circumstance because I frequently travel through in order to go to and from California.

We came here for the Pitbull concert, the concert was good and the premise was good. The parking is free and very accessible. We will come back for the Julio Iglesias concert. I recommend it

So much fun and restaurants were open and the Country Thursdays is so much fun . My significant other took me there and we met some super nice people. Definitely be back

Room is spacious, which I like!!!

Stayed over night in our camper. Had food from small convenience store. Friendly and attentive staff. Used camper facility on the way back. Was reasonably priced ($10)and quick work to empty our tanks. The feeling of relief was tangible.

Very well kept and clean. Bowling alley was fun but food is not up to par. I will however give them 5 stars because we didn't come for the food but for the experience. The casino is clean and the workers are very friendly.

Always fun at the casino. Love the atmosphere, the choices of food, entertainment on weekends and the variety of slots.

I did well on the penny machines. In this quiet City this place made it entertaining.
Their kosher hot dog with french fries are very good too. The price was reasonable.
This place is constantly giving things away you just have to have a membership card.

The place is nice, service takes a little bit but well worth it.

Lisa and I had so much fun. I personally have not been Gambling in over 5 years because I never win. I did on this night. We also ate at the Pom. Very delicious food cooked to perfection And the service personnel were right on it. We went to a Brian setzer Concert. Over all a very beautiful place. This was my 1st time there and I will definitely go back

Clean and well appointed rooms and facility. As with most of it's kind the prices for food and drink it's through the roof.

This was my 10th visit to the casino. I enjoy a little gambling, live entertainment and cocktails. On this occasion, we attended a concert in the auditorium. There was a second concert outside in the courtyard that was free to attend. The auditorium holds about 5,000 and has top artists and musicians. We met friends there and had dinner and cocktails after the show at the Pom Restaurant. I did see some children at the concert with their parents, but we didn't bring the kids. But, good to know they can attend future events.
