My family has always purchased Toyota cars because their cars are so reliable and dependable. Excellent buying experience from sales with Jeff Cummings and financing with Ian Nixon. Customer service was great and quick and all my questions and concerns were answered. Would highly recommend Falmouth Toyota for all your car needs. I am so happy with my new Rav4. Anthony, Amy and Townsend went above and beyond to...

Anthony, Amy and Townsend went above and beyond to help us purchase this vehicle! Anthony went beyond the scope of Customer Service in taking our many phone calls and tirelessly answering questions and reassuring us. Townsend was so helpful and friendly when we picked up our new Rav4. Answering even more questions and helping sinc my phone right away so I could use the Bluetooth feature. Amy made sure the transaction went as smoothly as possible! Being from out of state, this deal was done almost entirely over the phone until the day we picked up our new Rav4. The staff at Falmouth Toyota gets a 5 star rating from us in every way!

Nice doesn't always mean they know what they're doing. I agree with the other reviewer, these guys are a joke. The service manager, Tony Martino is an idiot with a tie, and should be fired. They worked on my truck and now it vibrates going down the road. I took it back and they said it was normal, yet I have had my truck for almost 4 years and it never vibrates. Mr. Martino told me there was nothing wrong with my truck. What a joke!

Four (4) visits to repair an air conditioner??? Five (5) if you include an extra trip to install a part that wasn't ordered. On top of it all the glove box was all scratched up. Okay, you did credit me for the parts I didn't need in the first place and the car is 15 years old car but you are a Toyota dealer and service center with "trained" mechanics. Did you have to treat my car like it was 15 years old? Do you realize that service gets most of its work from customers that purchased a car there? I'll probably make a point of going to another dealer to get my next Toyota.

I used to work for a car dealership many many moons ago....I am a second time buyer of the Toyota Prius...my 2010 had 82.000 miles and it was time to start thinking about purchasing a new one. I looked at other hybrids and my research brought me back to the Prius....I had been looking for about 6 months...in other states, on EBay ( I have purchased 5 vehicles this way) and all over New England. I was very specific about what features I was looking for and usually buy a used certified vehicle a year old.....I was contacted by a sales person by e-mail....he first searched for a 2014 with my specifications and also came up with nothing. He then outlined the financing and discounts being offered on a 2015....I did some checking at MA and RI dealerships on a similar car then went in to the dealership. Nicholas met me at the door, didn't futz around with me. I knew what I wanted and what I was willing to negotiate on. We got right down to business....he gave me additional options available to me but never pressured me to purchase anything I wasn't interested in.....transaction was smooth, transition to the new vehicle was smooth.....I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. I intend to return in 5 years....perhaps an all electric Rav 4 by then? Thanks to all of you.

My wife and I met with Matt Murphy and knew they didn't have the vehicle we wanted on the lot. We described to Matt the type of vehicle we were looking for and he said he would find it for us. He did. He called us, in less than a week, to let us know the vehicle had arrived. We worked with Anthony Spagone (our sales person) agreed on the price and the sale was complete. Best vehicle purchase process I've ever been through. I would highly recommend Falmouth Toyota.

Overall a terrific experience. I moved to this dealership (necessitated by location move) after being loyal to Watertown Toyota for over a decade, and I have to say I am very pleased by my interactions with Falmouth Toyota and look forward to developing my loyalty with them. Jodi was so nice on the phone when arranging my appointment. Chris was delightful to speak with about handling my Prius' services. And Jennifer gained my full trust via no pressure at all, that when I am ready to upgrade or change my current vehicle I most certainly will make a point to deal with her.

We actually live only 5 minutes from another Toyota dealership, but were not treated well there so we now make a trip 30 minutes away to Falmouth Toyota because of there superior customer service. Great team players and always willing to work with you to resolve any issues you might have. Keep up the good work and we will keep coming back and recommending your team!

I recently purchased a used Prius from this dealer, with Coby Signs as the salesperson. My experience from start to finish was great. Everyone I met there was professional and friendly. No high pressure sales. And one thing that has been helpful to me, they have been there for me post sales. I have had a few questions for them, and Coby always gets back to me in a timely (and friendly!) manner. I would definitely recommend this dealership to some one. A great experience all around.

Falmouth Toyota simply does an exemplary job at making the customer experience great. No pushy sales people, everyone with a smile, if they don't know the answer, they find someone who does. Negotiating my deal was unhurried from my perspective. It was easy to communicate my needs, and the salesman, Townsend Wells, was professional, informative and a pleasure to work with. Amy Killoran made the paperwork effortless, and was always available by phone when questions came up. But what I have to call out that stuck with me over the years, was the helpfulness of the service staff. We weren't always Falmouth Toyota customers. We purchased our Toyota Highlander in 2009 in Wellesley, and had it serviced in Kingston. But when mechanical problems were not addressed at the previous dealership to our satisfaction, I stopped in at Falmouth Toyota and Tony Marino, the Service Manager, jumped in my car, listened to my problem on a short test drive, and had the problem fixed at no cost to a total stranger! His "can-do" attitude can be seen in any of his staff. As an example, within minutes of signing the deal for my new RAV4, Taylor Voner, an Assistant Service Manager who has worked with us many times, sought us out while we were still in the Business Manager's office, and congratulated us on our decision. Taylor has been a great resource for us during the past 4 years for many reasons, but we especially appreciate his friendly, outgoing manner. So hats off to Falmouth Toyota, and thanks again, Townsend, for being a sales professional, not just an auto sales guy.

Best Buying experience ever.
Jennifer Brissel is the best ever.

On Monday, 25 MAY, our 2011 RAV4 was being serviced.
I walked over to sales to find out about the Memorial Day Sale.
Jennifer came right up to me and asked to help me.

On Tuesday, 26 MAY, my wife came down to ask about the deals on a new RAV4
and to choose colors, etc. Jennifer was very helpful.
The paperwork was done and the deal was closed.

On Wednesday, 27 MAY, we picked up our new 2016 White RAV4.
What a great experience. NO hassle. No problems. Easy and quick.

But wait... we had left an "important" nursery rhyme CD in the 2011 RAV4.
On Tuesday, 31 MAY, I drove down to pick up some gray mats for the 2016 RAV4.
Jennifer had been nice enough to go out on the lot to the old 2011 RAV4, and
she retrieved the CD...which makes our granddaughter very happy.

All in all, a wonderful buying experience.

I owned a 2007 Toyota Tacoma for nine years and incurred little more in maintenance costs than tires, brake pads and oil changes. It was terrific. I now own a 2016 Tacoma from Falmouth Toyota and I love it. New styling and handling improvements combined with an assortment of electronic gadgets make it a joy to drive. Falmouth Toyota is a smooth running machine as well. Easy to do business with happy people and a terrific new facility. If for no other reason, stop by for an excellent cup of coffee and a cookie!

Do yourself a huge favor and drive a little further to see Ken and John at Falmouth Toyota. I've never experienced such a high level of transparency, service, authenticity, follow-through, and genuine rapport with any other dealer in 35 years of car buying. Ken made my purchase possible with a very fair deal and delivered exactly (no, more than) what he promised - a rarity these days! John handled the financing details expertly, explained everything in plain language, and made me feel totally at ease all the way through. Moreover, the entire sales process was smooth and easy, taking far less time than I anticipated; This is what a car-buying experience should be. I LOVE my 2014 Prius 3, and the dealership did an amazing job certifying the car, touching up the paint and making it better than I expected. The icing on the cake was the full tank of gas they gave me for the drive home. I'm so happy I made the drive down, and you will be, too! In fact, don't go anywhere else. Falmouth Toyota is THAT good.

I needed a new ignition key. They can cut/ provide a key with your VIN number. Perfect! Untrained hardware store employees have a hard time duplicating double sided keys..So this is a once and done solution.
I also needed a tail gate cable. Easy-peeze. Great customer service here!

I just bought my 4th vehicle at this dealership and I have to say each and every purchase/lease has been a great experience. I have owned too many new cars to count, and by far ,Falmouth Toyota is my favorite dealer. I purchased my 2 most recent vehicles from Ken Collings. He is very honest, really listens to your wants and wishes and does everything he can find the perfect vehicle at the right price. Everyone at the dealership treats you like family.

I also use Falmouth Toyota for all my maintenance. The are very easy to deal with and scheduling appointments is a breeze, they are always very accommodating. I have taken previous vehicles to a Toyota dealership that was a little closer, but the service does not compare.

To top it all off, I received a call from Matt Murphy-General Manager today to be sure I was thrilled with my car, asked if I needed anything, just wanted to be sure I was happy. NOW that is what great customer service is all about.

I had been researching new Toyota Avalon Hybrid ve...

I had been researching new Toyota Avalon Hybrid vehicles on Cape Cod, having had a great experience with my 2011 Avalon Limited. I was looking for 2013 leftover hybrid vehicles and I discovered two dealers who had them within a 75 mile radius of my home. The two were McGee Toyota in Hanover and Falmouth Toyota. I had done the Consumer Reports research and having had two previous Avalons, was not only aware of the vehicle, but was satisfied. I was interested in the Hybrid for obvious reasons, and was comparing dealership offerings on their respective websites.

I started at McGee because they had a Hybrid 2013 touring edition at the same price as Falmouth's 2013 Hybrid XLE. I should have know right there that there was an issue. I contacted McGee and spoke with Channing, the internet Sales Manager. They had to return my call to see if the car was still in stock. Upon calling back, they informed me that it was in stock, and we set up an appointment for the following Saturday. When I arrived at their dealership, they transferred me to a new salesperson. I informed him that I too was a salesman, and that I just wanted bottom line, without the ever annoying good cop bad cop routing of multiple visits to the Sales Manager. He returned to give me his best price which was $6,000 higher than the internet price. When I questioned him, he doubted the price and we looked online together to verify that I was correct. He danced around the issue to inform me that I would have to qualify for every possible rebate and incentive, including new college graduate, etc. I informed him that I was headed to Falmouth Toyota to buy a similar car. Frankly, he could of cared less, except to say if Falmouth doesn't work out come back! Fat chance of that ever happening.

After that terrible customer service experience with McGee Toyota, I made a call to Falmouth. Jack Moloney who I had spoken to earlier in the week was not on, but his associate Craig Kinney was available. I was met at the door by a very pleasant gentlemen, Tom (who happens to be the owner's son, working the door greeting!) who led me to Craig. I told Craig of my situation and asked immediately if their internet prices were bottom line, or like the, in my opinion, unethical folks at McGee, laced with unobtainable incentives and rebates. He assured me immediately that the internet price was indeed the sales price! He was not surprised at my story, I guess it happens more than a few times. Craig was a consummate professional, introducing me to both Matt Murphy, General Sales Manager and Tom Murphy, both of whom are the owner's sons.
Craig set me up with a test drive while they appraises my car, and when I returned, I was presented with the bottom line price along with a very acceptable trade value for my vehicle. We made the deal immediately! I optioned body side moldings and made an appointment to pick the car up in a few days.

Yesterday I went to pick up the car, and met Jack Moloney, whom I first met over the phone. Jack was personable, friendly and very attuned the his clients needs. Both Jack and Craig are professional, friendly, and are excellent examples of fair and honest salesmen.

The entire Falmouth Toyota team obviously takes their reputation very seriously, and have little room for lack of ethics in their industry. They all apologized the situation at another Toyota dealership, and assured me that the experience with Falmouth Toyota would be one of trust and honesty. I believe that all consumers just want to be treated with respect and I feel that the entire Team at Falmouth Toyota embodied that. I can recommend them wholeheartedly and look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

I have been a customer of Falmouth Toyota for 20 years. My husband and I have purchased several vehicles from Falmouth Toyota and consider ourselves Toyota loyalists. For this recent purchase we ventured to many different dealerships to test a variety of car makes/models in an effort to do more due diligence. We used Toyota products as our scale for vehicle comparison and Falmouth Toyota as our benchmark for customer service. We ultimately purchased from Falmouth Toyota. We have confidence we have bought a reliable vehicle. We were treated exceptionally well by our salesperson, Ron and the rest of the sales team. For example, Ron helped to streamline the testing process by lining up several vehicles for us to drive one right after another, versus how we were treated at other dealerships where the sales associate would bring us back into the showroom between each vehicle test. We were welcomed into the dealership by name by the General Manager and the Sales Manager. The Service Manager, Tony Martino helped us through the difficult time post-accident/full vehicle loss by coordinating insurance reviews, vehicle towing, vehicle removal and a personal handoff to the sales team for vehicle replacement. We recommend Falmouth Toyota to our friends and family. Falmouth Toyota is one of our favorite companies to do business with.

I was nervous to buy a new car as I would be makin...

I was nervous to buy a new car as I would be making all the decisions and negotiating on my own but my salesperson, Coby, made the process actually pretty painless! I felt he actively listened to my concerns throughout, addressed them, and treated me with a level of respect a single woman going into a dealership doesn't always receive. At the end of the process I feel I got a good deal and will happily be recommending Falmouth Toyota as often as I can. I'm planning on returning in a few months to check out cars for my sons.

Almost 20 years of dealing with Falmouth Toyota and the service AND the staff have always been excellent. Service performed in a timely manner and all questions answered to our satisfaction. The staff are professional, courteous and kind. We wouldn't go anywhere else. We purchased a one year old Camry LE at a reasonable price. With the addition of the Toyota Certified Used car warranty the drive train warranty was increased to 100,000 miles which increased the value of our purchase. Jesse Abbruzzese , our salesperson, was very helpful throughout our purchasing process.
It was also a nice feature to purchase from a merchant who is located within one mile of our home. My wife and I considered this a significant factor in our purchase.

From the time I first called Keith (whom I have dealt with and lease a vehicle from before), to Shallana whom I have known for a very long time and who walked me through the process making sure that my every need was being addressed not to mention the follow up phone calls, then to Peter in Finance who made sure that the leasing paperwork was in process and ultimately to Justin who finalized the paperwork the day I picked up the vehicle, just like the last time I leased from your dealership, all went extremely well.

Matt, the underlying factor with everyone on your staff who became involved with this deal, was that it was all about making me happy, meeting my expectations and resolving any and all of my concerns.

My wife, son, daughter and I are in the Hospitality Business........I believe I know great service when I see and experience it.......I did.

I have to agree with the consensus: Five stars for purchases, One star for service. They had my car for SIX WEEKS for a five-day repair. Only after 5 weeks did they even offer me a complementary rental! If I hadn't kept calling and bugging them I'm sure my car would STILL be there!

I wasn't happy with the local Toyota dealership so a friend recommended Falmouth Toyota. I was looking for a specific vehicle and found many to choose from. After spending some time looking, I approached a young man and asked if he was in sales. He said yes, my name is Evan how can I help you. Smooth sailing from there! Everything was done quickly with excellent and friendly service. I came back to have a remote starter installed and the service department was extremely helpful and courteous. They do believe in service and it is much appreciated!

I bought a "like new" (2018) car from Falmouth Toyota.....I love doing business with them which started back when they were located in East Falmouth many years ago with Tom Murphy (1970's).....They are wonderful people to deal with.....My favorites are JUSTIN HALSTEAD, JOHN O'KEEFFE and TAYLOR VONER along with many unseen, hardworking members of the Falmouth Toyota family....You are treated fairly, they are accommodating and always very pleasant. They're ok, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly, but they charge a lot of money. You really have to know a bit about cars to not get taken advantage of here. They wanted almost $100 to run diagnostics on my car when most places do it for free with a scanner.

My Toyota Yaris is 10 years old with over 227,000 miles on it. In all that usage, I've never had anything replaced except tires, brakes, etc. and a small exhaust repair. I have never been happier with a major purchase in my life. After that all that time, the Yaris had a rough few weeks and finally needed a bit of emergency work. Falmouth Toyota saved the day repeatedly. Jared, in particular, went out of his way to make everything as easy as possible. I was in and out smoothly and I couldn't believe that it was a cheap as my local mechanic. I will be coming back for any future repairs and for my next car for sure!!

Went back after I get out of work 9 hours later and they hadn't even touched my truck So now after wasting my time I have to go back tomorrow and hopefully they actually worked on it so much for great service

free coffee and comfortable accommodations. Big screen tv. Friendly staff. I paid just under $1,000 for brakes and and an oil change. I went to another mechanic later and got the same for $550. I would give this place a 5 star rating if it weren't for the extremely high prices. Handicap accessibility, they offer to bring you home and pick you up when your car is done, and they are fast. But... boy are they pricey.

Buying our new car at Falmouth Toyota was a just about perfect - we had to move quickly for reasons to long to explain and never felt rushed or under any pressure whatsoever. Amy Killoran , the Sales Manager, does a great job for the company but also has a wonderful way of making the customer feel like she is rooting for you - kind of unique in my experience. Ronnie, our salesman, never ceases to amaze with his grasp of detail and desire to be helpful. All the staff are well trained and professional and appear to feel good about working for this very fine company.

I have been going to Falmouth Toyota for many year...

I have been going to Falmouth Toyota for many years. I have always found the sales, finance, and service departments to be consistently amazing. While there are many Toyota dealerships in the area, I keep going back to this one. Ronnie, in sales, has always offered the best possible deal on either a purchase or lease. And when I go to pick up the car, everything is ready exactly as he promised. When service has been necessary, it is always easy to schedule--and they always complete the service on time or ahead of time. In summary, if you are looking for a dealership where the customer is listened to, Falmouth Toyota is a perfect option.

My recent experience at Falmouth Toyota could not have been better. Craig Kinney and Ray Bourgeois were extremely helpful, and created a no-pressure atmosphere which had a positive impact on our buying experience. I highly recommend Falmouth Toyota, and those 2 gentleman in particular.

I recently purchased a 2017 Prius Prime Advanced.....

I recently purchased a 2017 Prius Prime Advanced...which was overall a fabulous experience. The sales manager was personable and helpful...and it was perhaps my easiest auto purchase in nearly 50 years (I'm 64)! I LOVED the fact that the salesman, Glen, DID NOT PUSH at all. NO Pressure, which is unusual in my experience. He was a true gentleman. But, he had virtually no experience with this particular model. We were in it together to figure out many of the bells and whistles, and believe me there are many. I'm still reading the hefty owners manual 2 days later. I'm conflicted in saying anything negative about him...he's REALLY a nice guy. But, when one is purchasing a $30K item, a salesman should be intimately familiar with it. But overall, the experience was GREAT, and I'd HIGHLY recommend Falmouth Toyota to friends, family and all of you!

About three years ago, I had been in the market fo...

About three years ago, I had been in the market for a new truck. After going to several dealerships, getting non-stop sales calls, and salesmen pitching vehicles that weren't even close to what I wanted; I stopped looking. My mistake - I didn't go to Falmouth Toyota first. This would have been my first and last stop.

Prior to the appointment, I spoke with John in the finance department, who was personable and had lots of good information.

I had the pleasure of working with Jesse. He was friendly, straight forward, and knowledgeable about the vehicles. Most importantly, he didn't waste my time or my money. I bought exactly what I was looking for.

Ian took care of the purchase agreement, which was painless. He did a great job explaining all of the paperwork, and breaking all the information down for my understanding.

In total, it took two phone calls and about two hours of my time to find the truck I had been wanting for a very long time. They weren't pushy or rude, and not what I had expected - in a good way. If you hate vehicle shopping, go see these guys; they can change that for you.

Great service! Family recommended. Its definitely worth the ride. I will have future maintenance and repair work done at Falmouth Toyota. We live in Canton I had work done at a nearby dealer brought it back twice they told me it is safe and the noise should go away? Made an appointment at Falmouth Toyota on Rte. 28 in Bourne. Found the problem completed the brake installation that was left undone by previous Toyota dealer.

This the best place EVER, it was my third time visiting Falmouth Toyota for different reasons and I'm always leaving this place happy and satisfied. Through the years I've been to many places but this one provides the BEST and FASTEST service, people that work there are always so kind and helpful and not to tell you about the delicious coffee (never got used to the machine though and always lucky to have some of the guys to the rescue) bunch of a fresh fruits and yammy cookies are on your way (my favorite part) that makes the waiting very enjoyable. Best team Falmouth Toyota!!

Buying a brand new vehicle (I purchased my last on...

Buying a brand new vehicle (I purchased my last one here) is a huge deal for me and I can get nervous. Not with John O'Keefee. I have never felt more at ease. All my questions and concerns were answered honestly and respectfully. I really appreciated it when John told me to MAKE SURE I call him directly if I EVER have any questions regarding my vehicle. I will.
More importantly, John treated me like an old friend and we had never met. Great vibrations.

I feel secure with Falmouth Toyota and thank John. I also want to thank Tom Murphy....who started the ball rolling here.

The main thing that stuck out to me about my exper...

The main thing that stuck out to me about my experience with Falmouth Toyota was how incredibly friendly EVERYONE (and I mean everyone I encountered) was. I've been living on the Cape for almost three years (originally from the southeast) and these are by far the nicest service people I have ever encountered here. They take the time to make the customer feel important and respected, they are reasonable with their prices, and they do good work. I grew up in a family that knows a lot about automobiles and I can say that I believe the mechanics at Falmouth Toyota make the grade. From now on, I think I am going to take my Highlander to their shop for anything that needs to be done and you should, too!
