My family has been going to Falmouth Toyota for years. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. But Jared in services and John O in sales rock. They always help me with anything. John even took the time to help price out an upgrade car for a back up plan, if my repairs were more then the value of my 2003. They are always on the ball. I wouldn't change a thing!!

My experience with Falmouth Toyota was great from the start. I saw the truck I wanted on the web site and within the hour I was talking on the phone with (Tom Murphy) one of their representatives. They never pressured me into buying the truck I didn't want and told me ways I could save money and still get what I wanted.

Craig was terrific; he picked me up from the Steamship Authority on a Saturday afternoon with out hesitation. During the 15 minute ride to the dealership we formed a working friendship that made the buying experience that much more personal to both him and I.

Everyone at the dealership was friendly and everyone was on the same page in getting me into my new truck. It was a great experience from the day I saw my truck to the day I drove it off the lot.

Toyota personnel was very helpful in helping us find a new car, without undue pressure . Staff very helpful and willing to answer our questions and explain warranties, servicing, etc. would recommend Falmouth Toyota to anyone.

I think the sales team is great. Caleb was knowledgable and prompt with information! The financing took a little while to get through, but it was truly transparent and fairly easy. I felt like I honestly mattered; my personal preferences were honored (they found me a manual to drive!!!) and my questions were taken seriously.

The only thing that I would have changed in order to give a 5-star review is the promptness of the actual services. My car came in with a scratch, so they fixed it, but it was promised that I'd pick it up on Monday and it wasn't ready until Tuesday. They missed a small dent and promised I would have the first appointment at 9am on Monday but the guy wasn't there until 11.

Back a few years ago I accompanied a friend to Falmouth Toyota when he was looking for a vehicle. I found the staff and dealership in general treated him with respect and kindness, something I had never experienced at any dealership before. They even treated me the same way and I was just the friend, not purchasing anything. I was asked by several members of the staff if I wanted coffee or if I needed anything. He did purchase his vehicle there.

Now in need of a vehicle for myself, I decided to talk with the same sales person my friend did business with. This again is a good sign, the same salesperson was still employed there and has been for five years or more, his name is Ronnie Sjahfiedin. Again I was very impressed with the salesperson and the dealership. They were all nice and treated me with respect. I found that they don't negotiate price too much, but their prices are competitive. They were excellent with financing and paperwork. Everything was explained to me and I was not rushed through the paperwork. I did purchase the vehicle I was interested in originally, but, was shown any vehicle I wanted to see, less expensive or not with no objection or bias from the salesman. Ron tried hard to match my likes to a vehicle.

In general I found my experience with Falmouth Toyota to be excellent. I highly recommend the dealership over any others on Cape Cod or the south shore. I would not hesitate to recommend, or purchase another vehicle from them.

In short they are a great dealership, check them out, you won't be sorry.

Ron Sjahfiedin has sold my family many Toyotas, from the Corolla to the RAV4 to the Highlander, and we have gotten great deals on all of them, and haven't had any problems. Our daughter drove her Corolla for 15 years. We will always return to Falmouth Toyota.

Bought a 2006 4runner a week ago and so far seems to be a great truck. Jack and Ken were very easy to deal with during the process. They were not the high pressure type sale people with big fake smiles like you sometimes get. Ken drives the same truck, different year so he was intimately familiar with the functions and continued to give me tips even after I commited to the purchase. He even called me yesterday to see how the truck was treating me and if I had any issues. Even thought I live in RI I would drive back to Falmouth to buy again.

I had to go to Hyannis Toyota three separate times...

I had to go to Hyannis Toyota three separate times for the same issue that they couldn't fix., this went on for an entire year. after the third time they told me they were not able to fix it and it told me to reach out to other dealers so I came to Falmouth Toyota they knew what the issue was and they fixed it in one day.

Convenient location in Bourne (not Falmouth). Remarkably friendly and helpful staff. Our favorite Toyota service department. Anyone living/visiting the Cape should use it and certainly know about it.

LOCATION: Just over the Bourne Bridge (Cape side). Conveniently on Rte. 28. Easy to spot. Easy to turn off. Piece of cake. Not Falmouth.

STAFF: Best part. They saved our trip to the Cape. Thank you! Townsend helped us on the phone and when we arrived. Explained everything and gave accurate time/price estimates. Jon did the work. Fast, understandable repairs and helped with recurring problem. Maddie welcomed us and moved the car for us. Incredibly pleasant, welcoming and nice. Even paying was easy, polite and fast. Used 11 Toyota dealers in 4 states over the years, no question...the friendliest Toyota experience ever.

FACILITY: Updated facility. Lots of room for waiting including a double wide area, a separate quiet room for work and even a kids room. Complimentary fruit, various cookies and drinks. New bathrooms. Spacious, drive-in area that helped with awful storm outside.

TIPS: Call ahead to check wait times and best time to visit. The neighboring Sunset Grille at Brookside Club (short walk up the hill) is a great place for lunch/early dinner. Sit outside, amazing view. Quality food, reasonable prices, like the menu and friendly servers. The best place to spend 1 or 2 hours when your car is being repaired.

We expressed an interest in a car that was a color that they did not have on the lot. They did not try to sell us a car in a color we did not want but instead made a trade with another dealer for the car of the right color that had the features we wanted.

We were very pleased with the whole experience. The car was for my wife and Brian did not try to sell me the car he talked with her. This is not always the case at many dealerships.

The entire process, from initial visit to vehicle delivery, exceeded my expectations. Maria, salesperson, was knowledgable, professional, courteous, and kept us fully informed throughout the process. We interacted with Amy, Sales Manager, on several occasions and she was equally a true professional. Ian, Business Manager, completed the final paperwork and explained all options available to us. The call we received from General Manager Matt Murphy after the sale expressing his appreciation for our business reflects this dealerships interest in the satisfaction of their customers. We will definitely tell our family and friends about our buying experience and be a return customer in the future.

Had a first class experience recently purchasing a new to me, previously owned Certified Toyota RAV 4. From the moment I walked into the front door with information I had found on the internet, Brian Nascarello quickly helped me to navigate the field of vehicles available and helped me find the one that fit my budget and needs. Once a great vehicle was identified, Brian introduced me to John O'Keeffe, who assisted me in picking the best financing package along with additonal maintenance coverage that was in MY best interest. This was the greatest vehicle purchase experience I have ever experienced and at my age I have purchased more than a few cars. Falmouth Toyota and every staff member I met, do exactly what their radio ads say they do. This is a very user friendly, customer service oriented FAMILY oriented business. You feel like you are part of their family right from the beginning. I visited this dealership when my friend picked up car paint for her new Rav4 Hybrid. She loves her car and enjoyed the Falmouth Toyota dealership experience when purchasing it a few months ago. She told me that she had gone to other dealerships and was turned off by the sales methods and chose Falmouth Toyota due to the service, the friendliness and overall experience.

I am in the early stages of purchasing a new vehicle and was considering a Toyota but had no plans to car shop that day. I was hesitant to walk into the showroom due to my prior experience with car salesman. I was pleasantly greeted and asked what I was looking for. During the conversation, I was "heard" and no attempts were made to sell me anything that I did not want or would not meet my needs. The test drive of a used 2015 Toyota Rav was friendly and I was explained the features and enjoyed the drive.

Jeff provided me with all the information that I needed, and understood that my husband would want to see the car and discuss next steps. A friendly follow up occurred over the internet. I did not end up purchasing the car at this time, due to other constraints, however, I would highly recommend Falmouth Toyota. When I let Jeff know that I would not be purchasing at this time, he was friendly and supportive. This was never my experience purchasing or not purchasing a car.

I recommend and will end up purchasing from this dealership in the future when I move closer to the cape.

I recently went to the newly renovated Falmouth To...

I recently went to the newly renovated Falmouth Toyota and it looks great! Lots of open seating and tables, a more private area and a cute separated kids area with books and a chalkboard. I was greeted with a smile at the new drive in service area. Jared, as always was kind and helpful. I went there for my 60,000 check up and also had to get new tires, back brakes and an inspection. I had my 6 year old son with me who love the kids area with the books and someone walking by noticed him and gave him a package with a coloring book, crayons and a color your own puzzle that he loved and kept him entertained! Thank you for such great friendly service!

I have been buying new cars since 1956 and I started to rent and buy From Falmouth Toyota in 1994, (approx.) and have had nothing but great service from them. My sales rep is well versed in my likes and dislikes and has always been right up front with me. He has always presented himself well and has always been very polite. I rate Falmouth five star in all respects. What else can I say.

I bought a slightly used Prius here during COVID-19. Everyone I spoke to, from Tom Murphy the sales manager I was emailing to start the process, and Justin who actually showed me the car and handled the sale, and the man who handled the paperwork with me, I'm sorry I forgot his name, but they were all great to deal with. I dread having to buy a new car, because I never know what I'm going to get, and I had one bad experience with a sales guy who completely fit the bad salesman stereotype, so I always drag my feet and wait until I absolutely have to. I will definitely come back to Falmouth Toyota and won't be dragging my feet ever again! They even have followed up a couple of times both by email and phone call to make sure I was happy with my car and didn't have any additional questions or concerns.

I am an old-school guy. I believe a customer who is consistently loyal to an automotive business should receive certain incentives when anticipating making a new car purchase/lease. This past week, my old school philosophy was put to the test.

Until last week, we were a two Prius family (both 2010 leased at Falmouth Toyota.) We have been pleased with the cars and I anticipated purchasing my Prius at the end of the lease period in April (2013). Financial Lease Incentives direct from Toyota appealed to my old-school philosophy which had me reevaluate my decision to purchase. While having new tires installed at Falmouth Toyota, I decided to investigate the Camry Hybrid and was approached by salesman Ian Nixon, who asked; Can I answer any questions today? Ian was knowledgeable, sincere, and most importantly, a gentleman.

I had a tight buget on how much i could afford a month due to being out of work due to injury caused by someone rearending me. My dad recommended Maria O'Neil. She was wonderful. She understood my situation and tried her hardest to find me a vehicle that is 4WD that i could afford with zero down.. I did try other dealerships before Falmouth Toyota. The other dealership in brockton tried doing some shady stuff to me adding in stuff without my permission or discussion with me when i was interested in a used 2009 ford explorer xlt.. So i told them no because they did not listen to me making it higher than i could afford. Anyway my buying experience was so much better with Maria at Falmouth Toyota. She ran the numbers on so many suvs for me. The moment they got the 2006 Toyota Highlander Limited from a trade she called and let me know about it. She made sure everything i wanted was done to it. Also she made aure that it was in my budget. Falmouth Toyota made it look like it was brand new instead of 10 years old. Maria and the toyota team laid everything out for me and made sure i understood everything and if i had any questions (especially since i am still suffering from a concussion). they also didn't try hiding anything from me, they had everything written down for me and explained everything. They didnt try to pressure me in to buying from them. Maria helped to make sure that it was a great experience and not stressful or overwhelming. Thanks to Maria O'Neil i was able to get a vehicle that made me feel safe again and one that she knew would be great for me and met my needs that i told her about.. Thank you Maria I love the 2006 Toyota Highlander Limited that you worked so hard on getting me and that the numbers worked for me and my situation. After a rather DISTURBING visit to a Toyota dealership on the 'Dark Side' of the Bourne Bridge, my wife and I visited Cape Cod's Falmouth Toyota, looking for a pre-owned pick-up truck. Brian Nascarella greeted us, actually listened to us, and then showed us several Tacomas that fit our needs and our budget.
After we drove a Tacoma Access Cab that had caught our fancy, Brian provided the service history of the truck, explained the extended coverage and benefits of the Certified Pre-Owned program and professionally and politely asked if we had other concerns or questions.
When we told Brian we wanted to think about it and consider other options, he did not try to tie us to a chair, hide our keys, or subject us to a parade of managers intent upon insisting we 'do the deal today.'
I researched this particular model on-line, comparison shopped another make of truck, and became convinced that this Tacoma was the one I wanted. We returned to Falmouth Toyota the next day to negotiate a fair price for the truck...without drama, pain or suffering.
The entire process was pleasant. Amy Killoran, our Finance Manager, handled the paperwork in a courteous, expedition manner.
The truck was ready when it was promised, clean, with a full tank of gas. An hour after taking delivery, my cell phone rang. Matt Murphy, the General Manager of Falmouth Toyota, personally called to ensure that we were entirely satisfied with the truck and our buying experience. More importantly, Mr. Murphy thanked us for buying our vehicle from Falmouth Toyota.
My wife and I have been buying vehicles for over 45 years. We've had good experiences and we've had bad experiences. Our buying experience with Falmouth Toyota, especially with Brian, Amy, and Mr. Murphy, ranked right at the top.

I found the car buying experience incredibly daunting. The whole process was made easy by Tom and Ian, my confidence level with them meant that I didn't even take a test drive. It was a no pressure sale, I got what I wanted with nothing added or forced sell.The day I signed paperwork was the first day I viewed the car and I was totally impressed what they had arranged for me.2 months later and I am very happy with my purchase.The car runs great. I would recommend them and the dealership to anyone even thinking of buying a car. The warranty coverage also gave great peace of mind. I intend to be a repeat customer. My next car will be a Falmouth Toyota car.

I had many questions throughout the financing process as my boyfriend and I went about purchasing a certified pre-owned 2015 Tacoma. We live 2 hours away, and it was our first time buying a car together. John spent lots of time on the phone with both of us answering our questions, helping us to understand the process, and helping me to better understand how the financing agreement would overall affect my credit. He was consistently patient and helped me to learn rather than discounting my questions or brushing them aside. He also helped us to navigate the complications that arose along the way.

I am 74 years old and have learned that it is best to buy the dealership more so than the car. Falmouth Toyota has always treated me honestly, in car purchases and car service. I understand any company needs make a profit to survive and grow. On sales, I ask them to give me a fair purchase price and they do. On service, if they say I need something fixed, it is true and I trust them to do the job right the 1st time. Their employees seem to stay with them forever, another good sign of a happy work force. I have had great experiences with the service department here. They really go out of their way to help you out and everyone I've dealt with in that department has been a pleasure to work with. I had the first real problem with my car (at 170k miles) a while back and after the way they handled it all and got me fixed up I'd never bring my car to anyone else. We recently bought a new car for my wife and the sales team was very fair and professional, We never felt uncomfortable at all during the process and got a great deal too! Can't really say enough good things about this place, really.

Matt Murphy, GM, is a man of his word. We had a few issues with a new car that we recently purchased. Matt listened carefully to our concerns, and he found a Toyota loyalty program that allowed us to trade in our car for a newer model which had resolved these issues. Problem solved! Matt and our salesman, Mike Usher, really cared about our satisfaction. My wife and I are very happy customers and wouldn't buy or service a car anyplace else.

Let me tell you about my experience with the staff at Falmouth Toyota. I walked in on Saturday September 9th after deciding to finally retire my very old Jeep Cherokee. I explained to Brian Nascarella, the Sales Consultant that I met up with, that I was only browsing and would like to see the selection of Certified Pre-Owned Camrys that they have on the lot. Of course, the first one we took on a test drive wound up being the vehicle that I purchased just a mere hour later.

After explaining to Brian what I would like my monthly payment to be, he worked with Todd Davis in the Finance Department to get the exact figures I wanted. As a matter of fact, we came in $80 under what I initially budgeted. Every question I had was answered with honesty and transparency. Both Brian and Todd could see that purchasing a vehicle was something I found daunting and dangerous, especially as a first-time car buyer, and made sure to reassure me with facts, not blowing hot air just to make a sale. The General Manager, Matt Murphy, even came over to meet me when picking up the vehicle. While I understand that this may be normal with every dealership, Matt seemed to take a genuine interest in how I ended up in his dealership and if there was anything he could do to make it better.

Yes, Toyota has been applauded again and again for making the best cars on the road. The hype is real and Falmouth Toyota hopefully gets the acclaim for being the best face for their brand.

Fast friendly service. Very large comfortable waiting room. The service dept is not like your typical garage it is well lit and very cheerful. The areas where they work on the cars are visible and is probably cleaner than most people's homes. I know that may sound a little hard to believe considered it is a garage after all but you would be hard pressed to find many grease stains on the concrete. I believe what they say and trust there opinions.

This is our second vehicle purchased at Falmouth Toyota and Steve Springer helped us get the vehicle we wanted. We had the luxury of waiting for a brand new car and receiving it right off the boat. We didn't want a vehicle that has sat on a dealer lot. We wanted to purchase a new car. We had other dealerships playing games with the Vin number promising one car and receiving another. After my 1991 Corolla chugged its Last Mile this summer, I was faced with my first car-buying task in 26 years! Of course, I'd long heard wonderful things about Falmouth Toyota, so they were an obvious place to begin my examination of a 2017 Prius.

Steve Springer was tremendously helpful, trusting me with an hour-long, solo test drive that enabled me to get familiar with all the interior controls of the Prius Three Touring. The only snag afterwards was the color of this sole remaining model at the dealership -- that ubiquitous silver/grey which would camouflage the car in any parking lot. Despite it being the end of the model year with scarce inventory throughout New England, Steve was able to track down and obtain a Blue Crush version of the car by the following morning.

I just couldn't be happier with the treatment I received at Falmouth Toyota... and with that terrific new car!

I have purchased quite a few vehicles from Falmouth Toyota over the past 20 years and have always found the sales experience to be exceptional for a car dealership. Unlike most dealers, there is no pressure or attempts to sell you something you do not need or want. I always believe that the key to a good business is the employees. Falmouth Toyota is fairly unique in that the same staff has, for the most part been there for many years. They are all friendly and courteous. I have dealt mostly with Ray Bourgeois over the past 10 plus years and have always found him to be exceedingly honest and fair in all our dealings. My latest purchase of a 2013 Corolla was an exceptionally smooth process and Ray was able to get the exact vehicle I wanted. The sales process was again smooth and totally stress free.

You can probably save a few dollars by going to one of the other dealers but I find that in the long run I am better off. As mentioned, the sales experience and post sales service is just so much better than the average new car dealer. I can be assured that I have purchased the vehicle I want. Additionally, I just purchased a used Corolla for my granddaughter from Falmouth Toyota, something I swore I would never do. My experience with a used car dealer convinced me that paying extra for one of Falmouth Toyota's r used vehicles, will in the long run be cheaper as I can be fairly assured that the car is in good shape mechanically and structurally. If I encounter any problems with the purchased vehicle, they bend over backwards to try to resolve the issue in a speedy and satisfactory manner.

Overall, I would highly recommend Falmouth Toyota to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Just bought our second Toyota from this great company! My salesman was Ron Sjahfiedin whom I had in the past. We had narrowed our choice to a Prius and Ron showed us both new and old ones and explained the differences in them. We finally opted for a 2011 with 150 miles (practically new) but a break on taxes. We had a complete run down on Toyota Care with another great gentlemen who carefully explained all. I can hardly wait to take advantage of the free care for 2 years......

So far we have found this place to be very friendly. We have dealt mostly with Ken who has been both friendly and courteous. My only wish would be that they would have a larger used inventory to choose from. The new cars seem to have a decent amount of variety. The repair shop also has been very helpful. 4/19... They did it again! We purchased another vehicle from them and they were great all around as usual. Even with a follow up phone call from Matt. I had a minor issue that they jumped right on to get it resolved. Thanks to Amy with the help on that. Just a great group of people! That's 4 cars purchased from them. Never going back to that other dealer we used to go to!!

Service is incredible. I was guided, step by step on what my truck needed and what could be postponed.
They assisted me with a vehicle while waiting for parts and service.
I'm in construction, thanks to them, I didn't lose a day's pay plus the expense of repairs.

Another local business that has made a huge improv...

Another local business that has made a huge improvement in their already existing excellent customer service is Falmouth Toyota. They have completely redone their building to accommodate their customers. They now have drive through service for your vehicle to insure less of the customer's time waiting. While customers sit on comfortable couches there are televisions to watch, tea and coffee as well as fresh fruit and cookies offered. The Sales Department is not bombarding you with pressure right as you walk through the door but located around the corner for those interested. Falmouth Toyota has always provided top notch customer service, but the customer based changes they have made in their building layout have created an entirely new comfortable feel.

I tried to buy a vehicle through this dealership when they located a car and brought it there, there appeared to be some sort of damage in the rear of the vehicle. I was apprehensive about purchasing it and they had discounted the vehicle a bit to help me out. I needed a few days to think about it. My Deposit was never refunded. When I called back and told them I wanted to purchase it I was told it was available twice! I went to the bank to get a check. Then I got a call that it was no longer available clearly they wanted to make more money on a vehicle and now I m at a loss as to where to find one. I left two messages for the owner Matt to call me back he has not return my calls!

Needed replacement for 2005 Highlander. which we had purchased new from Falmouth Toyota. Maria O'Neil listened patiently and offered us a 2013 VENZA. Ian Nixon provided financing solutions. Outstanding vehicle, painless process!
We had an issue with the heating system almost immediately. I have always had very good experience with their Technicians and they certainly stood up to this challenge! The issue was resolved totally and a loaner was provided when needed.

I have been dealing with Falmouth Toyota since I bought my 2009 Corolla when it was new.
In the past I have found the service to be exemplary..... the professionalism superb...
BUT now it is even better.
I recently went for a routine service. I was ushered into the garage by valets. They quickly got me ready to move on to Taylor ( who has always gone above and beyond to assist me )
I took a self tour and I am SO IMPRESSED. The waiting area has EVERYTHING you need- private areas, Wi- Fi areas, a room for children to play but also be safely watched.
The areas to wait have comfortable seating,snacks and drinks.
The service people always explain your service in a private setting. I was then escorted to pay for for my service.
Then the valet's were back in service. I love my Toyota and when it is time to buy a new one this is where I will go.

Over the last decade I have purchased numerous vehicles from Falmouth Toyota and I have always been highly impressed with this family owned and operated business. If you are reading this review you probably research a lot before buying a vehicle. So do I. In fact, I pass 3 Toyota dealerships on my way to and from work. Yes, I have visited these dealers and they do not even come close to Falmouth Toyota in terms of pricing, service and no hassles. Look at the documentation fee-$95 you pay Falmouth Toyota. A look at other dealers in say 100 miles ranges from $300-$500. Do you really think you should pay more than a $95 for a processing fee? Go to Falmouth Toyota and get a great product and an excellent price. Don't forget the service here is excellent. The staff are all experts at what they do and this is obvious when you see the same friendly staff for decades.
The next time you are in the market for a Toyota product give serious consideration to this newly renovated facility conveniently located 1.5 miles south of the Bourne bridge. You will probably keep returning for the next 50 years like me.
