This is a world class dealership! I have bought and leased a number of vehicles from Falmouth Toyota over the past 20 years, and my experience from sales to service has been absolutely stellar. They always have been extremely accommodating, to say the least, and in one instance they even picked me up at Logan Airport to deliver me to the Cape to pick up my new vehicle! High praise for this dealership!

We bought a 2011 Toyota Venza from Falmouth Toyota believing it was AWD. The day after we bought it we received a call from the dealership telling us that they had made a mistake. The vehicle was not AWD; it was front-wheel drive. We told them we really wanted AWD so they went to work to find exactly what we wanted, even driving to New Hampshire to get the exact color we wanted. We ended up leasing a gorgeous 2013 Venza for an incredible price. We so appreciated the integrity of this dealership in informing us of their mistake and we have told many people about our experience. We even wrote a letter to the sales department thanking them. We would highly recommend Falmouth Toyota to anyone!

We are very pleased with the experience we had this week at Falmouth Toyota. We traded in the pre-owned Honda Odyssey we purchased there 5 years ago for a pre-owned Toyota Sienna. Peter Cavicchi worked with us on the financial part. He was informative and personable. Ken Collings is always a pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable and attentive. He is honest, trustworthy, and truly cares about his customers. He took the time to show us all of the features of the Sienna before we drove off with it. Thank you!

I was in the market for a new car due to a "minor"...

I was in the market for a new car due to a "minor" accident that my daughter had with my old one. After looking at all of the Camrys available on-line, I chose to go back to Falmouth Toyota, where I have had great service in the past. Maria and Matt found me the car I was looking for within my price range, with only 22,000 miles on it -- this will last me forever!!

The service at Falmouth Toyota is always exceptional. Customer satisfaction is obviously their number one priority and shows in the way they treat their customers. The service is great and the waiting room is well equipped for customer comfort. I have never been less than 100% satisfied with the staff and service. I would never go anywhere else.

The service dept saved me! I (incorrectly!!) was ...

The service dept saved me! I (incorrectly!!) was told by another Toyota dealer that my transmission was shot and needed replacing (for about $5,000!!). I got a second opinion from Falmouth Toyota and they found that my transmission was fine - the fluid was just low! The other dealer never even checked the fluid!! Thank goodness for Falmouth Toyota. I have and my truck serviced At Fal. Toyota many times and they always steer me right and have earned my complete trust over the years.

I was promptly contacted and had all my questions answered in a very professional manner. My in person experiences were very positive and very easy and comfortable. I never felt pressure or hurried. I worked with Brian and he answered questions and explained things very clearly. I chose to finance a portion of the sale and that too was very clearly explained and the process very easy. i highly recommend working with Brian Nascarella and Falmouth Toyota. i feel I got a good deal and I can easy see why they are held in high regards with their service and reputation. My wife and I dropped by Falmouth Toyota one day just to have a look at an FJ Cruiser. Jack Moloney took the time to show us the 2 vehicles he had in stock and let us take one on an extensive test drive. He then did a computer search and found an FJ with the color and accessories we were looking for. He and Mike Conroy also took the time to explain the difference between the AWD system on the FJ and the 4WD on my current 4Runner. We ended up buying the car (negotiation was short and to the point; no BS or excessive dealer fees). They had the car in a couple of days and Fed Ex-ed all the documents to us for an out of state registration. This is our 7th Toyota and all in all was the most pleasant and stress-free car buying experience we've had. I would highly recommend this dealership.

We have had many experiences purchasing cars off-C...

We have had many experiences purchasing cars off-Cape, thinking that the prices around Boston would be a better deal. Our experiences north of the bridge have been consistently horrible, stressful, and dishonest. At Falmouth Toyota, the prices were the same as any dealer in Boston and the deal was transparent from the outset. Our dealer, Maria O'Neil, was wonderful in trying a variety of scenarios for us and put everything in writing so there were no questions. The fact that they actually wanted us to write a review speaks in itself. We are done with off-Cape dealerships and will return here from now on.

The sales people did not pressure me into anything. I made all my own decisions with the knowledge of the products that Ron and Matt presented me. One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had and I have done it several times. I definately will recommend Falmouth Toyota to my friends and family. I was referred by a friend and so glad that I took his advice on which dealer to try.

This is the first review that I have ever posted for anything. I usually don't like doing these types of things but because of the great experience I had at Falmouth Toyota, I had to make an exception. Jack Moloney made me feel like a person and not just a customer that has to sit through the dog and pony show. He didn't pressure me at all. In fact, he stayed late on Christmas Eve so that I could finalize the deal. My family and I love our new Highlander and we plan on stopping by Falmouth Toyota for our next purchase.

We are very pleased with the used Toyota my husband purchased .It is in excellent shape .We appreciate being treated as though we were buying a new car. We always prefer to purchase nice used cars for cash rather than ever having a car payment but had experienced poor treatment at another dealer previous day who acted like they could care less for our business.
We realize it is a minimal commission on a used car but we never felt that way .I also appreciate getting a message from Matt couple days later wanting to make sure everything was ok and thanking us for our business. We will be back when I need to replace my vehicle.

Walked in in the morning to take a look at the new...

Walked in in the morning to take a look at the new CHR and a RAV4. Picked up some information books, looked around the showroom and lot for a good 45 minutes and was never asked if I would like help. Salesmen were all busy with their faces in their cellphones. I guess those were more important than making a sale. Only reason I gave 3 stars is there is a decent selection of cars on the lot and the facility was clean. If I was to rate solely on customer service I'd give them one star. I appreciate a no pressure sales environment as much as the next guy, but I shouldn't have to ask one of the several salespeople if I could get more information and do a test drive when I'm the only customer in the showroom looking around with Toyota pamphlets in hand. Guess I'll head over to Hyannis Toyota.

You can tell that the employees truly enjoyed working there, and I felt this from top management, to the person greeting me when I drove my car in. We experienced a truly wonderful experience when purchasing a 2017 RAV 4 recently (7-2017). From Ken Collings (salesperson) to Amy Killoran (Sales Manager) to Justin White (Business/Finance associate, every single individual was friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and most accommodating.

At no time during our negotiations with Mr. Collings or dealing with Amy did I or my wife sense any "pressure", like we experienced at Balise Nissan in Hyannis, or the Toyota dealership in Hyannis.

If you are seriously considering the acquisition of a Toyota, it is an absolute must to do business with Falmouth Toyota.

I laugh when I hear their radio commercials because they are absolutely not true. I've tried to deal with them twice. they have never been able to come up with a good deal for me. But strange enough hyannis toyota can. I walked out of Hyannis 2 years ago with two brand new cars. When Falmouth said it couldn't be done. So i guess ill just go back to them again.

Falmouth Toyota clearly wants to provide the customer with what she or he wants. I had a couple of minor requests that were a bit out of the ordinary and Falmouth Toyota's attitude was "sure, no problem," or "we'd be happy to do that." Three other dealers rather abruptly refused.

Falmouth Toyota recognizes that we are in the internet age. The basics of my deal were done by instant messaging. The first contact was Shallana Medina, who was very careful
to clarify exactly what I wanted, and she did not attempt to lead me in any other directions.
This first contact was important; I knew what I wanted. Later, it took five or ten minutes to work out the deal with Keith Stanger--again by instant messaging. A few days later I needed a ride to the dealership by the very pleasant Rihanna. The friendly and upbeat Coby Signs handed the final details efficiently and before long I was on my way. To top it off, a couple of days later I even received a phone call from ownership (Matt Murphy) to ask how things were going.

May 22, 2018. Just purchased my second 4 Runner from Falmouth Toyota. This is most likely the best car dealer you'll ever meet and perhaps the best retail experience you'll have anywhere. Shallana Medina
handled the deal from beginning to end and I could not have been more pleased.
She not only does a great job, but she does it with vibrant enthusiasm. She and her boss went out of their way to add something to the Limited which they thought I should have.

Because of my own foolish impatience, I drove my 2...

Because of my own foolish impatience, I drove my 2016 Toyota Corolla off the side of a road in an attempt to go around a stopped vehicle. This caused the right front tire to leave the road and the body of the car to slam down onto the pavement in a violent manner.

Once back on the road, the vehicle appeared to be operating properly, however, upon arriving home I discovered a substantial leak behind the tire where the car hit the pavement. Taking no chances, I had the vehicle towed to Falmouth Toyota on the Saturday before Memorial Day.
I feared the worst and believed I had done significant damage to the vehicle.

On Tuesday morning, I spoke with Taylor (an exceptional service advisor BTW) who told me that, after a full inspection, the vehicle was fine. The leak turned out to be nothing more than the normal operation of the Air Conditioning Condensation Release Valve and the car was good to go.

Here's where honesty and integrity come in. Had Falmouth Toyota been unscrupulous they could have easily told me anything and I would have believed them (I had no other frame of reference and believed I had damaged the car). They could easily have charged me hundreds and hundreds of dollars to complete a mythical repair, I would have paid and never known the difference.

In a business where honesty and integrity are many times in short supply, Falmouth Toyota stands far above the rest.

In addition to my recommending them to others, they have my business now and will continue to be my dealer of choice for any car purchases I will make in the future.

Thank you Matt Murphy and the Falmouth Toyota Team for a job well done, everyday.

I went in with a check engine light on in a 2007 Prius with 100,000 miles from Texas. Falmouth Toyota did not owe me a thing, and yet they treated me well each and every time I went in with various problems, and charged me nominally each time. Did not try to sell me unnecessary services, or beat me around. A genuine, honest dealership with a great facility and friendly staff. I am completely sold on these folks, and cannot say enough good things about them.

I purchased a used car from Falmouth Toyota for basicly one reason and that was the fantastic treatment I got with working with the sales manager Anthony, sorry forgot his last name, when I sold my Tacoma to Falmouth Toyota. I was so impressed by his professionalism that I said to myself when I need another car I would go back to Falmouth Toyota and I did just that last week. I had the pleasure of working with salesman Nick Smidt and received the same professionalism from him to make the whole encounter most pleasant, I was totally satisfied when I drove the car off the lot. My family have been buying used and new Toyotas and getting service from Falmouth Toyota for 25 years. My daughter used to bring her car home from college for its maintenance (and fifteen years after graduation, she still has her third Toyota). Once we had an emergency situation where we had to be towed to another dealer who gave us a $1200 estimate; Falmouth Toyota sent a tow truck at no cost to us to retrieve it from there, found the needed repair would be $50 (that's "fifty dollars"), and didn't even charge us for the labor because we were out of there in fifteen minutes.

Our last new car was a 2004 Prius. At nearly 220K miles, it didn't owe us a dime when it was close to death, but as older people with most of our working days behind us we were daunted by the idea of buying a new car, with payments stretching into an uncertain future. Saving an aging car with an uncertain life expectancy wasn't appealing either, though. The service department told us about leasing, but we were worried about balloon payments...until they told us there weren't any, and for the cost of fixing the old one we could have a year of a brand new Prius 3-year lease.

We asked them to run the numbers for us, for several different scenarios and vehicles; we spent hours with the sales guy looking at cars and spreadsheets. And then, we were done, and without ever feeling one moment of pressure or even hurry-up, we made our decision. The next morning we took our old baby in, said goodbye to it, and drove off the lot with a new one by 10:30, with the registry all set with our old plates (yes, even though it's a lease, we could keep our "vanity" plates), our insurance agent all covered, and a smile.

The car is awesome, with enough bells and whistles to tell us it's 12 years newer, and enough like the old one to feel perfectly comfortable from the git-go. But it's the people there who made all the difference. John O'Keefe, the sales guy, Justin White, the business manager who stayed late, Jared the repair guy (sorry I've lost your last name, but great job all around), your competence and effortless customer service means more to us than you can know. "Thank you" seems so inadequate. And... well, we'll see you in 5000 miles!

Could not be happier with Falmouth Toyota!! I bought a 2002 Tacoma in February of this year (yes, i know its 2016, but it only had 42,000 miles on it and had a brand new frame and components). I love this truck. The first hot day i discovered the a/c was not working. I assumed that i would have to pay for this, given the vehicles age i just assumed there was no warranty after 90 days (like most used cars, especially used cars over 10 years old). I called and spoke with Matt, the owner, and when i asked how to go about scheduling a service appointment to get a quote to fix the a/c, i was told "just schedule a service appointment to have it fixed. Its under warranty and we'll be happy to take care of it. Do you have any other issues you'd like us to check out when you bring it in?" And here we are, almost EXACTLY 24 hours later, and I'm now driving around with a/c again.

Purchased a 2014 Toyota Tundra and had another great experience at Falmouth Toyota. This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased from them and for me there is no other dealership to even consider. They are fair, honest, and professional. There is no pressure, they provide you with everything you need to know to make your decision and then let you take your time to do it. They don't try to sell you something you don't want just because it's what they have on the lot. They don't play games with price on your trade in or on the new vehicle. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

The work done on my late model Toyota in the service department was exceptional! The rude sales manager who felt my vehicle was in the way and thought he could touch my car without my permission left me never wanting to come back. What a rude man!

Albeit the Service department was 6 out of 5 stars, the sales manager left me looking at different places to buy my next Toyota.

My visit to Falmouth Toyota on 2/2/2012 was one of my best experiences ever at that location. I was pressed for time and within 2 hours I was able to express my needs to the sales representative, test drive the new 2013 Venza and get final pricing on a new car which lead me to my new purchase. David Digravio was amazing in getting me exactly what I wanted within a quick timeframe while multitaking between me and another customer. He was sincere in ensuring that he answered all my questions and got me to my goal price and new vehicle within a short timeframe knowing that I needed to pick up my child and had another appointment to go to.
I was completely impressed with the excellent service from the General Manager and Sales Representative at this dealership.

I have been going to Falmouth Toyota for over 12 years now. I have bought 3 new vehicles from them and have had nothing but GREAT service! The service department has been nothing less than OUTSTANDING over the years. They have always worked with my schedule, helped with transportation and minimized the amount of time I had to physically wait for my car. Last month I purchased another new vehicle and the salesman, Anthony Spagone was incredible. He explained everything about the sale and tried to get me every credit available. He is an OUTSTANDING salesman! Amy Killoran did a superb job at explaining all the financing information and didn't let me sign anything until I fully understood it all. Brought our Highlander in for oil change two weeks...

Brought our Highlander in for oil change two weeks ago. I had an appointment....took over 1-1/2 hrs for just an oil change. I'm old school so check the oil level every couple weeks or so. Checked oil today and was down just a bit so went to top off and the filler cap was never tightened down. It was just resting in place on top of the valve cover ! Also found a black plastic shield under the car by front bumper hanging down not put back up correctly I guess. Had to find a plastic plug at hardware store to secure it back up. Its was just a simple oil change folks !!!

After completing my 60000 maintenance checkup at my Boston area Dealership I left the following Sunday for Cape Cod. Half way down I experienced a total breakdown of my hybrid sytem on my 2010 Toyota Prius III and found that I had no acceleration. The dashboard was lit up with all sorts of warnings and I was left wondering whether or not to pull over and call AAA. It was raining and getting late so I chose to keep going until the car gave up. Somehow I managed to go the next 40 miles to my house on the Cape by driving very carefully and slowly. Thank heavens there were not that many cars on the road.

I called Falmouth Toyota the next day and they said it was OK to bring the car in. Once you enter the team goes to work to get the car inspected and diagnosed while you wait in a nicely appointed waiting room complete with snacks, TV, and magazines. They told me that I had a problem and would need new parts that they had to order. I had to leave my car there until the car was fixed. They gave a Prius V loaner to use in the interiem which I loved because I have been debating about getting a new car and I have loved the fact that I was able to test drive a 2018 Prius. Five days later the dealership called me and to my complete surprise, they did not charge me a cent!!! Who does that lately??? The entire Falmouth Toyota team was professional and coordinated and I highly recommend Falmouth Toyota no matter what type of car you drive.

I can't tell you how many of my friends I have told this story to. A couple of them own Lexus cars and in the past have had poor experiences with another Toyota Dealership on the Cape. Because there is no 'Lexus' Dealership on the entire Cape, Falmouth Toyota ought to use the good will derived from its satisfied Toyota owners to promote its Lexus service.

Because my experience was so very good I will always go the distance to return to Falmouth Toyota for service and/or for a new car when I am ready.

I spent a lot of time shopping and comparing every last aspect of the car of my needs via the internet and covering all over New England. I found what I wanted at Falmouth Toyota...and after that it was all personal!!

Caleb Weglarz get a great job at moving me from the internet to the front seat of a lovely, used Prius. He answered my questions; fielded financial arrangements; had the car ready to test drive the moment I walked in...and then the car and I left within three hours of arriving.

Was welcomed as soon as I arrived. I knew what I wanted and knew the price I wanted to pay. We quickly closed the deal and financing was a breeze. I picked up my vehicle 2 days later. I have NEVER had a more positive experience at a dealership before. I had visited 3-4 others before settling on this vehicle at this dealership. Some others were ok some less so. Falmouth Toyota was superb.
Received a follow-up letter and also received a follow-up phone call from Matt Murphy suggesting they were there for whatever else I might need even offering to assist me in selling my used truck that this purchase was replacing.
Couldn't be happier!
