Anthony, Amy and Townsend went above and beyond to help us purchase this vehicle! Anthony went beyond the scope of Customer Service in taking our many phone calls and tirelessly answering questions and reassuring us. Townsend was so helpful and friendly when we picked up our new Rav4. Answering even more questions and helping sinc my phone right away so I could use the Bluetooth feature. Amy made sure the transaction went as smoothly as possible! Being from out of state, this deal was done almost entirely over the phone until the day we picked up our new Rav4.
