Oh, i can't describe this hotel in word. One of the best. Staffs are very friendly & polite. 4 swimming pools, award winning spa & restaurants. Private beach & residents. One of the best hotel in Palm Jumeirah.

This is a spot to attend the Aqua Spin classes! It's a great work out! After gym, go to the restaurant for breakfast! Must try, delicious and healthy options of everything ! They have few different pools around , all by the beach with the city view.

Really amazing experience, the staff are brilliant beyond words. The service is seriously next level, and the facilities the hotel offers are of the highest standard and very well maintained. Thank you for a great 4 nights!

Hotel of a dazzling lust I loved the panoramic vision

The hotel must be seen and inhabited. It's just beautiful there and the service is unbeatable.
We were there in April 2018. It would even get six stars from us.

For a Fairmont Hotel its ok. Room service is a bit delayed. Otherwise its consistent with other 5 star hotels.

Beautiful hotel, attentive service and available. The buffet and splendid and the view that accompanies it from the terrace too. The rooms are well equipped and spacious, small flat all the same, the wifi is free at the reception.

We were at the hotel from 20 to 26 July. It's not the first time we have a rest in Dubai in a similar hotel and they have always been above praise.
I will list the list of what I did not liked and what I like.

1) On both sides of the beach are building, to get to the beach you need to cross the road that connects these unfinished building. Noise of cars, noise of construction, no one warned us about this. It was an unpleasant surprise.
2) In the hotel is very cold 16-18 degrees. I do not understand such a temperature regime, why the default is not to make 22-24 as usual for public places.
3) Every day a housekeeper came and knocked and rang the doorbell until you opened it to ask: "Do you need smth?". A strange obsession.
4) Problems with plumbing. Broken toilet they were fixed only after a couple of days. When you taking a shower, the temperature changes Constantly .... cold, then immediately hot.
5) There are an American sockets in the room and not a European one.
6) The kitchen as a whole has very much disappointed us, a small choice of dishes on buffet and in restaurants. And a big moment - the food is not tasty. Often, only tasted the dish, we asked the waiter to remove it and no one even asked - why. Probably the waiters already know that the food is not tasty.
7) If you ask for water while lunch or dinner, waiter brings a bottle of water for $ 10. And it's not about price, it's just about adequacy.
8) You should always ask for paper napkins, they are hidden.

1) Convenient location of the hotel and classy appearance.
2) Staff speaks English well.
3) Cleanliness is observed everywhere, in the room, in the hotel, on the beach.
4) Fast Wi-fi

In the evening, when you call to the reception, you can hear "No Russian". I think that staff can make at least a little effort, but try to help.

Great hotel very friendly everyone. Hotel facility top. Unfortunately, the in-house u d neighboring beach facility is still under construction. Faith in 1 or 2 years is then all the best

Great hotel, staff and restaurants. Staff friendly. Location good for the city of you don't mind a 30 mins taxi ride. Uber was 8 quid at the time. Some building work at the time but nothing too distracting and hotel has done it's best to hide it away. Would recommend.

No we pool, and restaurants, specially seagrill, kids play is very descent, specially if you organize your kid birthday party

Hotel is excellent with an unbelievably superior spa experience. I would give 5 stars, if it wasn't for the ongoing construction to left and right of the hotel grounds towards the beach. Lots of noise starting super early in the morning.

Nice hotel, Great service and very friendly staff but dated and needs Improvements.

A great resort for the whole family to have fun. Here everyone finds his fun and boisterous life celebrate. Only the price is not for everyone. You have to let go. But otherwise very good.

Service is unacceptable due to staff reductions they have made. Rest is good.

Tried their Arabic night buffet dinner at Flow Kitchen. The food was good and a great selection of Arabic cuisine. We used entertainer so the value was also great. No reservation needed.

Beautiful hotel and fantastic staff. Kept absolutely spotless by staff and two house keeping visits a day. Food of all varieties available at meal times.

If you can call that a beach, very unfriendly staff. Room not clean. !! Hotel not recommendable !!

A really appealing hotel, but also very many guests, which is noticeable for breakfast. The selection of (international) food is hard to beat, the quality good to very good. The rooms themselves outstanding. The only negative note is that the room service, which controls the mini bar, had to be asked several times to come back later because my wife was currently in the bath (the bathroom has glass panes).

Beautiful hotel with a large variety of activities and facilities. Kids above 3 years old are entitled to 2 hours of free daycare every day, they also get 'Fairmont currency' (fake toy bills) for free during check in which they can use to buy ice cream, fruits or drinks whenever the want to. The hotel gym is one of the best I've ever been to, it is an actual gym and not one of those limited hotel gyms one is usually familiar with. The pools are nice and the bars are good, but I must really underline how amazing the buffet was at the Flow restaurant. The absolute best buffet I've ever had. Me and my company booked the buffet in before hand not having to high expectations, but we were wrong! It features a wide variety of foods which is sure to suit everyone, the menu seems to change everyday as well which keeps the food new and exciting! Would highly recomend Fairmont The Palm!

My first five star experience. Stayed two days and a night here. The gave me an early check in option when I asked them. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food at Flow restaurant was good and to my taste. They have buffet, and a much wider choice of food when compared to other places I've been to. Cocktails and meat unlimited meat skewers at Fervo was excellent.

The hotel has a free underground parking, free Wi-Fi, two big pools, and an amazing spa.
