Nice place, we had Eid here for work. Rather fancy for the price we paid. Food was good, despite a rather long walk from our table. Buffet style dinning is a bit chaotic, but after a hour or so becomes free

Lovely place amazing staff.. brilliant huge rooms... only let down was the the morning breakfast buffet we had the same menu on all the 3 days.....

A beautiful hotel and surroundings. We have stayed in the residencies twice and the apartments / balconies are spacious with good views. Service and contact to fix problems has let this place down slightly.

Wonderful hotel in Dubai Marina with beach view and private beach. I visited here in evening and from the Delicacy restaurant enjoyed coffee with cakes and snacks. Chocolate cake was super delicious as well Danish fruit tart was also yummy. The sunset view from the hotel balcony was beautiful with beach view. Customer service was really great.

Dissatisfied with the level of service ! Had it not been for the fitness summit , would ve chosen to stay at one of the Jumeira hotels instead !

I booked at this hotel using my Fairmont Platinum voucher and on the day of arrival I was told that the hotel cancelled my booking. No explanation was given after hours I found out its because I had complained to Fairmont Hotels and Resorts about an incident I had with another Fairmont that had shut the water on the whole building without any warning. This dictatorial hotel which has no respect to its guests just cancelled my reservation with no warning. I am in the industry and I will tell everyone in the industry about the disrespectful and unacceptable way this hotel treats its guests. On my discussion with them I told them This is unacceptable and that I would warn potential hotel guests on TripAdvisor and Google about the disrespectful way the hotel operates to which the hotel said that they would black list me if I was to report what had happened to me on Trip Advisor! I now question the authenticity of most of the positive reports about this hotel as this hotel wont allow guests at its hotel who are not happy about anything to do with this hotel or any other Fairmont property. I went to the Sofitel around the corner and stayed there, the service, and quality is better and the rates are better. AVOID THE FAIRMONT THE PALM

Beautiful place. Have been to this place twice and would definitely recommend to others. Food, staff and atmosphere is faultless. Can t wait to see you guys again.

One mega nice hotel. Unfortunately, there is still a drawback there are still construction sites around. These are not particularly annoying but worth mentioning. But service, location and cleanliness are one A.

The hotel is nice nothing to say regarding the facility. The restaurant service leaves something to be desired. If you sit down at the table it is because you want to be comfortable and well served. After ordering a hambuger and salad that doesn't had no taste, prepared a few days before and put in the fridge confirmed by themselves, we are brought in plastic boxes and disposable cutlery. We had to ask for napkins and various seasonings. Absurd! We are talking about the famous hotel. In the small restaurants at least the basic service offers it to you.

It s a very good hotel.. but if there was a list of the 10 best hotels on the palm. I would rank it number 5.

Nice hotel but i expected more from the Fairmont. Abu Dhabi property is better in terms of room amenities & staff being accommodating to guests needs. Several problems in room which were fixed quickly, but prices are high, outsanding staff few and construction work / hoarding between pool & beach totally ruined one of the reasons i picked this hotel. I have stayed in better for less!

Absolutely first class in every respect. Exceptionally well kept, staff incredibly attentive and service fantastic. A wonderful place to stay.

Its quiet location is excellent because it is opposite the Golden Miles

Sincerely loved the property and the amenities their.
Right from the welcome one can feel the hospitality of the hotel.
Despite weekend the checkin was pretty swift. The reception staff was very helpful.
In these covid times hotels have to ensure guests that they are safe and Fairmont The Palm does that.
Breakfast spread is really great and chef there makes really good Eggs Benedict.

My kids really had a good time there at the kids friendly pool.
However i would request the management to not allow people to smoke around kids pool.

Almost forgot if you are going there or even in that area you must try LITTLE MISS INDIA restaurant.
It is just amazing. Great food and good ambiance can t compliment enough about the chef.

Overall we would be looking forward to visiting them again soon.

Great Hotel. Possibly one of the best gyms on the palm as well, the trainers are excellent and very professional. My rating is a 3 star today because I had an incident on Friday 5/4/2019 with the cleaner inside the gym s changing room and to my shock this person was rude, and lacks basic understanding of etiquette and how a sauna/steam room functions and for what purpose it is used for. This person does not belong in a guest-facing role in a 5 star hotel. I really hope that the management re-trains or moves this person to another role because this reflects poorly on the hotel.

I was lodged 6 days in this hotel and the treatment was exquisite. Rooms very comfortable and spacious, with unique and exclusive details. The customer service is unbeatable.

Beautiful place!! We went one night to have some smoothies and smoke shisha. Amazing everything. You can access some of the bars without being a guest and it is worth doing.

Wonderful service and food. Beach is nice but it will be gone soon with all the building around. With constant construction going on, this is why I slipped to a 4.

Yet again a fantastic stay. On this occasion the hotel had somehow established it was our anniversary. On arrival, we were told our room wasn't quite ready. We were taken to one of their lively balconies and given complementary drinks. Unknown to us, they were preparing a lovely surprise in our room involving rose petals, balloons and an ice bucket with drinks. It was a lovely gesture and contributed to a great experience. The food is of restaurant quality, delicious and varied. The service provided by staff is outstanding, you are made to feel special. We will definitely return.

Used the fairmont for a conference and the service was excellent. They went above and beyond to make it a memorable experience for us.

Fairmont Gold room and lounge are very comfortable with warm welcome. We had great time with staff there during our stay.

Construction on the beach a big issue 09/2017. Left my sun glasses in the men's shower door 15 minutes and it was gone! Good on the pool was average and very expensive.

The place was good.Buffet had fewer options for Indian though.

A real dream hotel with several restaurants and good food. Inside and outside landscaped beautifully and everything was very fine and well maintained. Dedicated staff, very helpful and very friendly contribute to a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

I only used the swimming pools and the sea. Clean and well organized pools. Greenish sea, still water, multitude of algae. It is certainly not a sea that I consider 'bathable'

What a gem on the trunk of the palm. Wonderful resort feel. Beach and pool make this ac great daycation. Look forward to the renovations on the pool being done.

Fairmont The Palm is an excellent hotel. The ambience is good , the food is of such high quality and everyone is so friendly and hospitable. For me it always feels like home away from home.
