Went to Fairouz iftar tent; wonderful quality of food, indeed one of the best I have are in during Ramadan; Italian dishes along with traditional Arabic ones, the lamb is to die for and the risotto is amazing, it is small in size which makes it cosy, blue light makes it a but dim light but indeed overall you would love eating there.... right next to it is the shisha and suhoor tent a la carte ... not bad at all as well

Awesome gym ficilities with some intense workout classes. Also beautiful interiors and views.

Hotel great, only exists a construction site on the beach, but is usable!

You feel very well. The only drawback is the construction site to the beach. Beach very narrow.

What they offer is good, but you have to provide for your own entertainment, because the hotel does not shine with rich facets.

The great place to stay! Cosy, stylish, well maintained, located on The Palm. Got free upgrade. The property has 2 pools: 1 is family and one is for adults only. Private beach. There is construction going on the beach. So partly it is closed, but it did not affect my stay at all. Had dinner at Flow Kitchen restaurant (arabic food). Great place to have a buffet dinner. A lot of varieties, food is delicious. I tried all presented little by little))) the hotel has many other places to eat and relax. I like the hotel. And will be back again!

Had afternoon tea which was a great experience on a Monday. Quiet with no kids running and screaming around. Staff was very attentive and great service. Will definitely go again and recommend to others.

The hotel is wonderful. Cleaned twice a day. It was after the arrival we were fed on dinner, although in all the hotels where other guests were brought, they paid extra. The staff is friendly. On the way to the beach 10m we pass through the construction site a bit strained but then we got used to it. The sand is imported, but on the whole palm it is like that and they warned us about it. In general, the hotel is wonderful

International Hotel but good pools. Position for the next 24 months is disadvantaged by adjacent construction work if you have to go negotiate the price or look for another one.

My first time at the Fairmont The Palm and I was blown away by the friendliness of all the staff from the time you pull up the driveway to getting settled in your room. You will have all the luxuries you can ask for and service with a smile. Highly recommended to all who visits Dubai.

I'd expect more from the 5 star hotel and from the gold membership, but the level of service is strongly underperforming in comparison with European 5* hotels.

Room was okay. I think a bit pricey for w
the room "look". I like that is by the metro, and had a good restaurant s a sushi belt! KFC nearby, and other fast food.

Nice location and the hotel has nice facilities for kids, warm shallow pool, water sprinklers and kids club. Kitchen staff have also been very helpful with our indian vegetarian options and cooking things off the menu.
The reason I have not given it 5 stars is because there is no evening entertainment and the beach is man made and not sandy as I would have hoped.

Definitely not a Fairmont experience... Rooms are ok but a bit old. Lightning in the room was the worst... Adult pool was separated from the children zone which was very comfortable.

Accommodating and friendly staff, the rooms are also big.

A great hotel, ok not cheap but great! You do not have to stay two weeks! But it is great and very central !!!

Good for relaxing and one night as most of the key landmark are on walking distance...but there is no nothing entertainment in hotel and everything is paid

A great location for relaxation, high congestion and maintenance work in the beach next to it is not suitable for conservative families for the large number of foreigners

Amonsgt the best Palm Jumeirah hotel. All the hotel staff are very friendly and attentive. I recommend the Fairmont Gold room for the access the lounge . The room is spacious and equip with Expresso machine and fast WiFi. Bed are very comfortable. A truly enjoyable stay.

Recreation staff around the children's pool were incredibly friendly and helpful.
Our room felt a little tired and that is the reason I haven't given the hotel 5 stars.
Flow Restaurant was great for buffet. Frevo was nice aswell.

First time in a luxury hotel and was not disappointed. I've never felt so comfortable asking receptionists for help as every question no matter how seemingly trivial was taken seriously yet in such a friendly manner. Would definitely recommend the sea/city skyline view rooms.

Food was delicious, swimming pools were clean, rooms were nice, but the service was slow. In-Room Dining and Luggage -Carrying services were extra slow.
