Excellent hotel with superb amenities and tasteful dining. Ba restaurant is top notch with courteous, insightful staff.

A lot of construction nearby (in front on the beach and on the sides). Inside and the pools are perfect.

Every month Full Moon Yoga on the beach at Fairmont the Palm. There is no better place to pamper your inner zen.

Fantastic, once the construction site on the beach is gone, it is certainly perfect. Fantastic breakfast buffet, great service, nice staff.

Excellent facilities: the gym is full of a variety of equipments - they have multiple treadmills, ellipticals, weight machines for different muscles, a lot of weights, etc. They also offer personal training for a price (not sure how much, I didn't ask). They have a sauna. The pool is great (there are actually two pools, one is more family oriented, one is for adults only). They have a kids water fountain play area as well. The hotel has access to a private beach with a life guard present during the day. They also have a foosball and ping pong table at the beach. The breakfast buffet has a lot of variety: from sweet pastry to pancakes and baked beans, to different kinds of cheese and Indian food, and cold cuts such as smoked salmon to fresh fruits and veggies. They offer fresh juice such as pineapple, watermelon, orange, and my favorite: apple+spinach+celery. The room service is excellent! The only problem is that they are a little bit slow in bringing us things when we call them (for example, when we request more coffee pods for the room, milk, water, or shampoo). Sometimes it takes more than half an hour after our call for them to bring the desired things. There is also a lot of construction going on here during our stay right now, so there's sometimes construction noise and the view is somewhat obstructed, but it is not blocking the access to the beach, which is excellent. The wifi connection is sometimes slow and as I was doing some work with my computer needing internet in my room during my vacation, it became a little bit frustrating sometimes. Showering is also a bit of a challenge: the water changes temperature very quickly in an unpredictable way, one minute you're burning and the next second you'd be freezing cold. The staff are very friendly. They also have a tourism desk. Overall, I am happy to be staying here! Would definitely recommend.

Overall we had a pleasant stay but we beleive the stay could of been a lot better.
* Building works: The Managers letter on the hotel web site does not do the works justice it is MAJOR and if you are at the pool all you hear is heavy machinery all day with the added smell of burning welding burning rubber. You even have to cross the works to get to the now very small beach. You can even hear early in the morning as lorrys reverse beep beep beep beep etc.
**** Pool and attendants: Would of been five star s but sunbeds reserved by towels come on it s a five star hotel not Spain. The attendants are first class very attentive and always on hand great little touches of cleaning your sun glass and cold wet towels. Again major let down as no view and noisey because of building works but that s not the hotels fault but again the Managers letter does not do this justice.
***** Reception and door staff: Brillant nothing to much trouble very informative and very helpful.
*****Room: upgraded us to full sea panoramic view very nice and thanks. Very large room even for four of us, everything you need for your stay.
** House keeping: This was a major letdown for me as I am used to rooms being clean fast and at a descent time. We had the room cleaned at different times of the day even around 5:30pm as we returned from a day trip. One day he came early before we went to breakfast and told him that we would be out the room at 11am he never came back and we had to ask the room to be cleaned during our evening meal. We had knocks on the door as we tried to rest etc very very poor. We had to ask for extra towels a few times as four of us in the room.
*****Facilitys: great every thing you need gyms, pools, games, restaurants.
**** Restaurants: we mostly used the buffet restaurant for both breakfast and evening meal. We would of given 5stars except my wife had a hair in her food, you have to pay for water(bit weird as you get as much as you want in rooms and pools) they gave me the wrong bill a couple of times. But the food was great with fantastic choice. We used the Sea grill for lunch one day and the food was a highlight. I do have a complaint thou we read the dress code for dinner for packing and took the appropriate clothing but we should not of bothered as people wore short shorts flip flops etc feel the hotel should stick to its regulations raise the level.
For our holiday we found it ok value but feel the building works outside on the palm itself was not as described by the web site which sort of spoiled the holiday a little.

I really enjoy visiting the Fairmont. Have had afternoon tea there several times with visiting guests. They have a Fabulous water sports section on their beach. I higy recomend you visit there. We went out with Rhett who is very skilled and knowlegable and will assist you No matter what your skill level. You always feel in safe hands and that you are being given the best service on the water. Try the Paddle boarding at sunset. The views are fabulous back to the mainland towers. So relaxing. When it comes to a water sports provider I will go Nowhere else.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Fairmont. Staff was professional and kind. Looking forward to returning.

This is an amazing location in Dubai, the hotel is located at palm jumerah, Dubai. A nice view from backside of the hotel to city buildings and private pools are provided for guests.

A number of restaurants with choice of food. Bar is available in this hotel.
Overall, a good location and hotel to spend your time during visit. However, this is bit expensive than other locations

Occasion

We visited Dubai for a couple of days on our round-the-world trip in May 2019. We booked the hotel using two free-night certificates from the signup bonus of Veronica s Chase Fairmont credit card, and then applied a suite upgrade (also part of the credit card bonus) to get an even better room. We were very much looking forward to staying at this hotel, as I had heard great things about it.

The hotel is conveniently located at dubai palm Jumeirah , best location dubai ... the vibes of palm i so mesmerizing that you start enjoying each and every moment of your trip

Arrival & Check-in

We took an Uber from Changi Airport, which took about 20 minutes and .As soon as we pulled into the property s driveway (it s right off a busy street), we had the car door opened for us and were warmly greeted and led inside while our bags were retrieved from the trunk. As soon as we passed through the door, another member of the team asked our names and escorted us to the check-in counter (which was only about 50 feet away). While walking, she discreetly whispered our names into her earpiece and by the time we reached the counter the associate already had our reservation pulled up. She quickly confirmed the details, handed us the keys, and notified us that our bags were already in the room waiting. I ve never experienced any check-in that was so smooth. They did an incredible job!

Nice hotel, with a small private beach and pool. Nonetheless requires to take a taxi for each exit of the hotel.
I had a reservation problem and preferred to shorten my stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, I have a rather bitter memory of it.

Visited the kids club as we were invited for the birthday party. The venue is awesome, however I think there should be a limit on number of kids as the venue cannot take child and parents both. The food served was nice, and nice areas to play - but because of the crowd I believe it was too much to take in.

I only came to use the pool area and this is what I noticed. Well the entry price was a little bit expensive for what we got. Two bottles of cold water, two towels and a loud drilling and banging noise coming from construction. The pool was icy cold which was fantastic!!!!! But the prices on the menu were outrageous. I don't know how you can charge 70 aed for mediocre cocktails. If you were making magical cocktails which are memorable. Then sure i dont mind paying 70 but they used cheap spirits, with frozen ingredients. Just slightly disappointed to be honest I know it's the Fairmont but if you are of such a high calibre then make sure your menu is too. You know you can be a high calibre hotel which is known for its luxury and class but still be affordable.

Definitely incredibly pricey, and that should not be ignored, but oh my goodness the views. The beach, it is one of the greatest hotels that I have ever stayed at.
