Beautiful resort with a wonderful sea view.Staffs here are very polite and cooperative and the service here is excellent.

Wonderful hotel ... It is a shame the area is so boring.

This may be a great hotel for families or groups, but for a business traveller, the Palm is like slow death. There is not much of interest to do here, so for the Fairmont, it is a poor choice of location. If prices were drastically lower, I could recommend it, but it is priced like a 5 star hotel.

Rooms are generous, services are impeccable and staff is friendly. Location is very mediocre.

Great spa and service. Pool is nice but currently there is construction. I recommend the place beat the sea for beverages

Stunning hotel, with great lobby and decor which is befitting of a Fairmont. The rooms are of a good size and very clean and safe. A variety of restaurants and leisure areas all of a high standard. The beach is what lets this property down and that is due to the on going construction of the marina being built closeby.

Didn't have the wow factor I was expecting
The building work between the pool and beach was very off putting. No where to get a drink and relax after dinner. The blowfish should have stayed open but was always closed. Food and drink options were good and helpful, friendly staff.

This place is very clean and comfortable. It has a wide pool and every time I pass their i see cleaners who cleans the garden, pool , lobby ... etc

I like it and I recommending it

We had a very pleasant stay at Fairmont. It has family swimming pool and adult only pool. There are several restaurants there and a delicious Friday brunch at Seagrill restaurant. The hotel is situated opposite Golden Mile Galleria and walking distance to Nakheel Mall.

Lovely hotel on the Palm, located right on the beach. Has a couple of good restaurants and a good cigar bar. If you like meat I would recommend their Frevo restaurant. It's an all you can't eat Brazilian restaurant. Where they keep bringing you various cuts and seasoned meat from the grill. There is also a salad bar buffet and live music on the weekends.
There is alot of construction on the beach currently and I imagine it will continue for months.
The hotel has sectioned off an area with barriers to hide the view, but it's still noisy.

This is an absolute incredible hotel. 5 star hotel with a 5 star service. Every employee deserves praise. They make the hotel. Recommend to anybody looking for Looking for Luxury

Ba restaurant was amazing. The service was impeccable. We had a lovely view over the marina. The option sizes are large and the food is delicious. It is great Asian fusion food. Worth a visit

One of the best hotels withing Accor Group of hotels, located in Palm Jumeirah, has incredible arabic heritage design, quite disappointing is only beach quite small. Hotel enriched with towns the best restaurants like Japanese, seafood and cigar lounge. Highly recommended to visit. Hotel has as well residential apartments.

One of the best I have stayed in. Superb service from front desk staff and waiters. Breakfast is fantastic, as is the pool and beach facilities. In room dining is excellent. Would highly recommend when visiting Dubai.

Superb hotel no complaints top quality service with super pleasant staff, very clean and very well located with access to the beach and a mall just across the street not far from various activities. The restaurants at the hotel are magnificent as much for the decor as for the food. Total satisfaction!
