AKS Porto Heli Hotel Review

The hotel is large and with many rooms. It is quite clean and the staff is more than friendly. My only concern was that it is a little old in terms of decorating the premises but also eating. It remains a very good choice.

Decent hotel that deserves to be renovated. Nice view, ok but repetitive food. Beware, the all inclusive only includes beer and wine in liquor (quite repetitive). Staff little smiling unless we pay something ...

Great food. The sea in front is dirty. The whole hotel desperately needs refurbishment. Almost no Wi-Fi.

Holidays in Greece for 8 days, 20 years ago in this hotel. At the time the hotel was nickel. Any international food. However the situation is very interesting, downtown, not far from the port.

Nice sea, nice view, clean rooms. The only bad thing was that it didn't have a siphon in the toilet and from that you understand this is a big problem. Otherwise everything was very good to me I liked it all, I'll definitely go again.

Typical family friendly hotel. Mini club is nice and cinema for kids is great idea. All rooms (even garden view ones) are in front of pool. Rooms are spacy with very nice view. The sea at front of the hotel is not so clean, but has games for kids. Some times at dinner there is "show cooking" where a chef prepare rhe main dish. That is good addition to the usual hotel dinner. The playground area where the table tennis located needs more light at night. There is only one light. The town of porto heli has nice bars and taverns for a night walk.

A huge hotel but with obvious signs of time ... decent

Suits better to a 4-star hotel, misses the warm hospitality of a 5 star one, although this is not a star issue. Location is great with great views of the gulf and the waters. Great open space for kids with play ground and water sports.

That son is not a huge huge hotel many workers dining is not too big but there is no bug on the beach always literally have a lounge chair I really do not know that people are bathing. The pool super has one half meter special. Every evening, the music sings one of the fathers of beautiful relaxing music while standing by the emergency and waiting to pick it up if this is gone. Also, at night on the pool of a little Russian, they practice swimming (but what makes your stomach go from "twisting") and a young woman who trains them is basically sexy. I'm 140 rooms and I need 3 minutes to get to the dining room if I do not stretch. It was all perfect !!! Accommodation ... food..the staff..The hotel was huge and very clean !!! We had a fantastic time !!! The only minus the sea was not so clean but the inflatables made the difference .. Comfortable to visit you again !!!

Only used the swimming pool. Large, with extra children's pool and a lifeguard. Reasonable prices at the coffee shop (for a pool bar)

Since the 70's it's all in a poor meal menu. The water in the bathroom even in the coffee is salt salty because of the desalination of the water in the area ..

In July 2019, the hotel's swimming pool was closed in order for the Russian children's team to train. For 10 days, there was a resurgence in the rent of the otherwise expensive hotel services, which the person in charge could not manage. At the same time, it hosted a large number of French teenagers, who turned public spaces into landfills. (Indicatively, they knocked on doors early in the morning, stole towels, etc.) We are a family of 4 or whoever chooses all the inclusive holidays, we consider that we scattered the specific money for no reason. A bad summer, with bad services. Never again!

Nice Porto Heli, but not for a swim .... the sea is not so clean ... and also deep for kids !!!

I recommend it the most. Delicious food. Perfect for relaxation.

It's a very nice hotel with an amazing view and the sea is just across the street. It's also got a pool, just in case you don't really fancy the seawater. I'm currently staying here and I'm really enjoying my stay so far.

The hotel is in a very nice location in Porto Heli. High level performance, cleanliness of rooms and toilets without even the slightest remark. Food is diverse, buffet style service. The pool, the park and the hotel beach are clean and neat. The surrounding area of Porto Helia is interesting and challenging to visit.

Very friendly hotel, smiling staff, varied breakfast, very nice sea view from the room with a balcony, large pool, great location. Only one slight negative point: the free wifi works very badly. I recommend especially for families as there are a lot of activities planned for children.

We had a good quiet holiday at our pace. It was great to see something else (Greece) with its islands that we visited. Boat trip to YDRA ISLAND (cat island)

We arrived at the hotel, checked in, were informed about the restaurant, spa etc. No one informed us that the elevator at the back of the building was not working !!! As a result we were locked in, with two young children crying and a mother with a heart problem !!! Worst of all, neither the elevator phone nor the safety light worked. In the dark 20 minutes, with intolerable heat, we expected someone to hear our voices but nothing !!! Fortunately we remembered our cellphone and had a signal and informed the reception that we were locked in the elevator. Our maintainer pulled out after a total of 40 minutes. When we went to the front desk for complaints we were not even offered a glass of water and while we asked six carriers to speak to the manager, an employee called us to tell us that we were having drinks at the bar in the evening paid for the hassle. We didn't even use it because it wasn't our goal but to hear from the manager's mouth why the elevator safety rules were not being adhered to and why, since they know it doesn't work, they don't sign up. Moderate food, no variety, room clean, staff polite, water park suitable for children over eight years old which is not mentioned in the reservations. The spa takes place in a pool tent with a lot of noise and of course no air conditioning. Mr. Jeremiah is doing a very nice program. Toys with strawberries are not suitable for children up to five years old.

Clean rooms, very tasty food, good service, animation on the pool and beach,underground garage, very close to the main street, restaurants and caffe bars...

It is very beautiful and I advise you to bring the cream 50; the staff is welcoming and the food is excellent, I recommend it.

Veliki, lepo odrzavan hotel. Verovatno mu je vreme za renoviranje ali je sve lepo okreceno, uredno i precisto. Osoblje je fenomenalno, ljubazno i trude se da vam se nadju u svakom trenutku. Posteljina i peskiri se menjaju svakodnevno, sef u sobi, peskiri za plazu.

Loved it. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners served a varied and local food, always fresh fruit, pancakes for breakfast and a variety of ice cream were very pleasing. The beach at the hotel is not very big, but there is an opportunity to get to the nearby very beautiful beach in 5 minutes by bus from the hotel. Nearby is a small but cozy village, rental of boats, koyaks, windsurfs. The rooms themselves are not new, but comfortable, cleaning and stuff without comment. Very friendly staff.

In some cases, the employees were rude! Moderate cleanliness!

The hotel is nice, a bit outdated but still nice. It was quite clean and the service was good. We stayed for 15 days in September and the buffet offer declined towards the end of the holiday. The first few days the food was amazing with the variety of dishes. Later the number of dishes lowered.
The beach in front of the hotel is really bad, water was not clear nor clean. But the beach in the second Aks hotel was quite good and only 5 min( by car) away.
The hotel is suitable for kids since they have a lot of activities and facilities for them.
Spetses is a recommendation! A visit to the island is organized by the hotel. Usually the price is 15 eur. A much cheaper way is by the fairy; return ticket 5 eur. Fairy leaves from Kosta village, just a few mins away by car.

Beautiful hotel very close to the porto cheli town and beachfront ( however not the best beach ).
All the restaurants and shops are only minutes away.
The room is very clean , bit dated but still you have everything you need at a good price.
The breakfast was good and had lots to choose.

PAY attention!!! If you are a couple with no kids then dont stay here, honestly the hotel is like a kindergarten! Children crying in the middle of the night , the walls are so thin you get the feeling the the child is in your room!
The breakfast area was again full of kids filling up their plates with staff like there was no tomorrow and then leaving most of half to go to the bin.
The swimming pool full of families with yiayia and papou and the grandchildren running free and swimming disturbing my peace.
We love children to bits but...i dont think we will be returning to the hotel unless we have a child.
