Restaurants and food quality is excellent, lots to do for kids and plenty of fun for the whole family!

Really well located and a good range of shuttle services to various landmarks, plus the metro is near by...

Entrance hall very nice. Staff very friendly. For people who do not speak English, but not an advantage. No one can speak German.
Room very large, extremely large bathroom. Always neat. Very friendly staff. Several pools to relax or play.
The food was in my opinion not the best for a five star hotel but we were always full.
Have no problems at all.
The only drawback a lift was only sporadic. Partly he came partly did not come and just had to go a little further to the next.

The place is crowded and you can't feel the relaxation you seek.

Breakfast buffet is worth 5 stars, the outdoor facilities, pool areas, as well as the restaurants, service in the hotel very, very good every time again!

I m very disappointed regarding construction on the beach can you imagine your coming to holiday and every single day you can hear bep bep from excavator and you need to pass by between two construction area to rech the beach I hope they will finish soon Hotel like Hotel is Amazing

Great value for money. At the moment there is construction going on the beach so access is limited. However beach construction is not controlled by the resort. However the staff are doing all they can to provide excellent service. There is choices for different cuisine with a Brazilian, Mediterranean and Indian and Chinese speciality restaurants.

We stayed at Fairmont the Palm with our 11 and 4 year old in a double Queen partial sea view room for 5 nights this July. Suffice to say our stay was one of the most comfortable experiences we have had on our vacations. The quality was top class, the warmth and care beyond expectations, and wholesome fun for the entire family. I would highly recommend booking with breakfast option (or even half board) because their Flow Kitchen is out of this world. The hotel caters superbly to families with kids so definitely give it a shot.
Also about the ongoing construction on the beach, I had my reservations about it too before I got here but rest assured you hardly feel a thing when you have a gorgeous view and clear waters in front of you. No regrets whatsoever.
Thank you Fairmont for an amazing experience. My kids are beyond sad to leave but no question about it that we are coming back, and soon!

Amazing food by Candian chefs! Great service! Lovely hotel!

Sincerely loved the property and the amenities their. Right from the welcome one can feel the hospitality of the hotel. Despite weekend the checkin was pretty swift. The reception staff was very helpful. In these covid times hotels have to ensure guests that they are safe and Fairmont The Palm does that. Breakfast spread is really great and chef there makes really good Eggs Benedict. My kids really had a good time there at the kids friendly pool. However i would request the management to not allow people to smoke around kids pool. Almost forgot if you are going there or even in that area you must try LITTLE MISS INDIA restaurant. It is just amazing. Great food and good ambiance can t compliment enough about the chef. Overall we would be looking forward to visiting them again soon.

Views from that end of Palm are just amazingly awesome.. words can't make justice

Food in the buffet was not at the correct temperature on most days.

Our card to enter the floor lift and choose the floor we were staying on constantly failed to work. We spent approximately 2 hours over the week queuing up to have our cars reset or card changed. Many guests we spoke to had experienced the same.

There is no footpath for pedestrians wanting to walk out of the hotel. You have to share a very steep road with all traffic entering and leaving the hotel. Wr have a young child that made this dangerous and not child friendly.

Having a small child and with the heat, we returned to our room at 4.30pm to find the room had not been cleaned. When I reported this to reception I was advised that the cleaning time is between 9 and 5pm and that u need to request a cleaning time is this is not convenient, this should have been mentioned on us checking in as well ad taking monies for taxes etc as the hotel was aware that we have a small child...

Traveco- tramsfer company and nothing to do with hotel failed to collect us from Dubai airport on arrival. We had no I information ad to where to meet them other than turn right when you have collected our luggage...o tried to phone number that was provided but there was no answer (1.30am). They did not phone us ad to where they were waiting or contact the hotel to enquire if we had arrived safely. It cost us 110 Diram To catch a taxi to the hotel. On complaining to Travco, they refused to refund our taxi fare and said that they did not have our number to contact us. I asked if they had requested it from the travel agency to which they replied "no" to. I asked why did they nor contact the hotel to ask if we had arrived safely, again I got a blank look..

Destination 2 were the travel company. I will not he booking with them again.

It's really good and secure place it's just that the North and the wing beside it doesn't have private beach in front of it... I'm stating in the North wing and I have to walk about 500m to get to the beach.. And the beach time is also limited to sunrise to sunset.. I wish timings we're more flexible..

Classy hotel, quiet, two sperate swimming pools (one for the noisy kids and another one for the adults). Beach is very big where you may enjoy long walks.

Volleyball, ping pong, and all your sports activities are available

The color and architecture is so dubai style. Very relaxing and luxurious rich in space and comfort
