Not a bad hotel. Breakfast is not the greatest really disappointed. Staff is perfect.

Quite a disappointing experience. The sweets were of a very low quality as well as in-door ambiance (not up to the 5 stars hotel). The service and personal is very good.

went for Brazilian Churrascaria experience at Frevo restaurant in Fairmont. Excellent idea if you love meat. Not cheap but the variety, quantity and quality of meat they serve is excellent. Your will enjoy it.

One of our favorite hotel in Dubai for dining. Afternoon tea in the lobby and the Seagrill bistro are absolutely amazing. Food is excellent, service second to none, super friendly. Price is also contained. Overall a must go destination.

Luxury stay, for our new generation this hotel screams luxury and has a priceless environment. From the room to the staff this hotel is a place you will always remember. Any age will enjoy this hotel.

Room: Sleek, Clean, Modern and luxurious 5/5

Room service: Polite, Professional, Smart and finally respectful and enjoyable. They make everyone feel comfortable and also they're amazing with the kids.

Atmosphere: Beautiful atmosphere, everyone respects each other and the vibe is great. The architecture and the design of the hotel are beautiful. Very picturesque perfect for your Instagram photos and also to sit at night on the balcony with some music and look at the stars.

Food: In Dubai you mostly eat out and restaurant food is last call of resort however the food here is worth not going out. If you want to spend a day at the room just in the hotel you should not worry about food because the food here will make you stay longer.

Extra activities in the hotel: These are so versatile, theres things for kids and also adults , Perfect place.

Over all amazing for our generation.

It was a pleasure to stay at Fairmont! Entering the lobby was great and the special scent, which you can buy there, is unforgettable. The pool area(s) are nice and I also love the private beach. I recommend booking a room with a view on the sea, because you will also see the beautiful Dubai Skyline. You may not miss that, it's dreamy! Fairmont the Palm has many restaurants and a nice breakfast buffet which offers a LOT. I recommend booking a table at Little Miss India's. Lovely Indian food and very nice decoration made it a nice eve for us. Fairmont is on the opposite of a nice mall which is very huge, in terms of length, and you can spend some time there, too. Beyond there is some nice park area where you can have a milkshake or just relaxe. In additum Dubai itself is not far from Fairmont so you can easily leave the island for a day in the city.

Unfortunately there were some works when I was at Fairmont [in April]. It was in deed annoying, but it's okay and you will soon get used to it. After an hour I did not reckon the noises anymore. Anyways, it's going to upgrade this gem so we should stand it for a while.

The room was nice, easy access to the beach and pool. It even includes a steam room and sauna !! Staff are just a call away 24/7 and they thrive to help and make the stay as comfortable as possible... I definitely recommend this hotel

Blow fish!! Mind blown. Small corner at the Fairmont the palm. Love the feel. It takes you to a place so relaxing. Food is average but the way its made makes you sit there for longer and enjoy the drink as you watch the pool side. Very nice place to enjoy the weather. The dessert was really good!!

It is an incredible hotel, its rooms are very modern as all the surrounding environment. The pools are very well distributed with their great service that you provide in it. The people who are there are very friendly, they make you feel very comfortable at all times. Much more good of this Hotel !! The food service is very good too

I spent a nice Eid holiday in the hotel. Breakfast and dinner is great. Adult pool is good. Staff are so friendly and helpful.

This was our first time staying at the Fairmont (the palm) Dubai and it was absolutely fantastic. The all round service was magnificent and the staff could not be more helpful. Sandy in the concierge team was amazing, she looked after us our entire trip and made great recommendations. She also made our stay extra special as she became best friends with my 2 year old son Alfie. It added a personal touch to our stay and we will most definitely be back. X

Beautiful condominium Fairmont the Palm North Residence. Nice apartment, pleasantly air conditioned and with great views of the sea and the city. Nice pool area with lifeguard. Nice staff in the lobby.

I wrote a HUGE 5 Star review on TripAdvisor. The service, the food, the location, all 5 Star!! Their staff is attentive, friendly and professional. We had breakfast buffet every morning and the food was fresh and yummy!! The location is AMAZING!!! Great Dubai skyline views off the beach, and it's a BEAUTIFUL BEACH!! On the opposite side, walking distance, you're across from Golden Mile where there are shops, restaurants, and even a little market. And the food in the us tasty! As well, you're just a quick tram ride (walking distance to the hotel entrance- behind Golden Mile Shops) to Atlantis. Spend the day at their water park. Oh and here's where my 5 stars comes in... there is SO MUCH security at Atlantis, they take away from "friendly." The staff is ok, at best. No "wow" service. As well, they're kinda unapproachable. You have to go to them, where in Fairmont, THEY go to you. It's noticeable when you first pull up. Their valets are simply there to open car doors; at Fairmont, they truly greet you!! Fairmont is DEFINITELY THE place to stay!

The hotel interior design is sublime its like a palace
Comforting for the eyes and ears. The food ia delicious. The view of the beach is gorgeous you can see the modern side of dubai on one end as well as the sunset and sunrise on the palms and desert on the other end. The beach is clean. There is international courine here and tastes from all over the world can enjoy

The place is awesome,pools and the beach are just amazing.

Leah at Mashrabiya lounge was excellent in her service and it's always a pleasure going back knowing that the service and food is always going to outstanding. Highly recommended it.

Excellent hotel, great location and the beach is delicious in winter, when the temperature is around 30 degrees.

Beautiful, but the edge of the beach is all under renovation, you can not even get close to the sea

1. Im Zimmer und am Pool gibt es Wasser umsonst und auch soviel man will. Allerdings muss man das Wasser beim Abendessen bezahlen...das ist irgendwie etwas seltsam.



Vielleicht kann man an den zwei Sachen noch arbeiten ;)

Nice hotel in a fancy area. DJed there in one of the ballrooms. Doesn't look that fancy from inside.

We had a terrible room. Shower water kept freezing and burning back and forth. Light lamp broken. Dark rooms. Not the standard for a five star. Won t recommend it.

Lets start with the word MIND BLOWING! Our company organize 2019 year end party in Fairmount Hotel Palm Jumeirah. We had an amazing party over night. Staffs are very helpful. The hotel was extremely luxurious.

It's so impressive and gorgeous place to be there. In all senses.
