When you sit in the salon of a new car, it smells like a new car! When you sit in the salon of the new "Bentley", it smells like money! So when entering the Fairmont, it smells like money !!!

I stayed in a 2 bedroom for a night and it was great, room service was always ready to help. The breakfast buffet was amazing and I hope to come back again in the future.

Nice clean hotel ... they are following very strict rules about sanitizing ... you will find a sticker on the door that its already sanatized .. the swimming pools are clean and there are 3 big pools .. i like this hotel and i think i will come back again

Some of the beach staff are pretty unfreindy everyone else I spoke to was excellent.

Try the cigar lounge, cosy, quite and they have an excellent selection.

Excellent hotel. Amazingly friendly staff. Still building work going on around the beach area, so be aware of this. Apparently, work to be completed by the end of the year.

Great place and amazing experience staying at Fairmont. I thought it would be expensive and huge to the pocket, however, it was worth the stay. A good 5 star place with great amenities and superb staff. You have everything under a roof to make your stay memorable, including a small shop, cigar bar etc. Swimming pool is awesome and with suave extends into the private beach. Great place for kids. Few restaurants onsite and options to choose from. Breakfast area is huge and spread is mouthful. The conference area is spacious and the whole experience makes it productive. (We were here for anSr. Management off-site)....loved the place and highly recommended.

Good hotel pool is great rooms are nice,
But it was a bit dirty then they had to change it pillows was dirty tap waters were yellow.

Absolutely high class hotel! The rooms were beautiful and resourceful, the staff was super friendly and helpful, the pool area was divided into family and adult pools which was helpful if you are looking for either. The hotel was beautifully styled and had lots of great restaurants inside. Not a party hotel, even though it's easy to grab a cab anywhere.

I just arrived to the hotel , the kids club not include the staying you have to pay 60 Derham per hour , the swimming pool small and the sand on the beach have a sharp things, I tried to talk with the manager about to the kids club to included or to give me discount at leadt but he was so rood i didn't like the way he talk to me , I don't recommend any one to stay here , there is too many hotels in Dubai nicer and much better and cheaper than fairmont

Honestly what's not to like? Staff are courteous, the rooms are nice and spacious, the restaurants are great (Little Miss India being a highlight in particular). Pretty close to the main malls. Would definitely recommend.

15 mins to mall of Emirates ; 25 to dubai mall of Emirates; 10 mins to dubai marina

Looked decent but was only passing for the indian restaurant located on site.

Reality didn't meet expectation, but the prestigious location, choice of pools, and variety of onsite amenities do indeed verify its reputation.

We ate at Seagrill. The food was very good, staff attentive and courteous, atmosphere great. Will be better once all the building works for the walkway is complete. Would recommend and definitely go again.

Nothing Fancy here, there are lots of other resorts on palm to explore.

I spent almost 5.5 hours at the spa - it was amazingly relaxing. The staff and therapists are very professional and polite and I will def be returning.

Excellent, comfortable place and service and not the coolest

We went for dinner at Fairmont The Palm, my wife left her phone in the taxi and we realised half an hour later. We approached Mary Kay and she went above and beyond to assist and get her phone back. Mary is an epitome of guest relations, patient, smiling and never for a second she showed any signs of frustration. She even came all the way to the restaurant when our phone arrived. Thank you once again.

Large five-star hotel equipped with every comfort and located right on the beach of the artificial island of "the Palm" and facing part of the Dubai skyline.

I wish there was an option to give no stars at all.. booked online, paid for the booking and got the confirmation email. However, when I reached there I was asked to sit for more than two hours before they can check me in to my room.. finally they offered me to wait for more than an hour claiming that the hotel was overbooked (but rooms are still available on booking while he speaks) and they had no other options.. ruined my eid holiday with my kids as my booking was for two days and also staff were unhelpful at all and they did not manage the situation ( the manager was ignorant and not customer service material) not sure if I booked a room in fairmont palm or in dubai fish market?!

The place is not suitable for conservative families because the sea wear everywhere, even in the swimming pool .. The children's club is not free .. There is a beautiful Indian restaurant but expensive .. The sea is not connected to the sea because of maintenance work and after the end of the work will be the beach and not for the hotel .. Construction work on the sides of the hotel and expect to need time to finish (less Shi year)

A great hotel, unfortunately are currently building activities on the beach. The hotel is well maintained and located at the beginning of the palm island, so to speak, on the trunk of the palm tree. Either you can see on the Burj Al Arab or on the new Ferris wheel and the marina. The rooms are big, the mattresses very thick and comfortable and the rooms have bath and separate shower. Whether Nespresso machine, iron or hair dryer, everything is thought of. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everything is perfect there.
