We went for dinner at Fairmont The Palm, my wife left her phone in the taxi and we realised half an hour later. We approached Mary Kay and she went above and beyond to assist and get her phone back. Mary is an epitome of guest relations, patient, smiling and never for a second she showed any signs of frustration. She even came all the way to the restaurant when our phone arrived.
