Fab place to chill..just went for Coffee but everybody was friendly and restaurants looked great

Rooms are spacious and clean but the mattresses are average. Room service food is excellent as was the breakfast; however, dinner at the main restaurant wasn't impressive. Pools are very good but the pool staff weren't attentive or engaging as they spent a lot of their times chatting in their hut. More supervision is needed. Mashrabya lounge has excellent view and comfortable chairs but again staff need more supervision. Mr. Anar of the front desk is outstanding and deserves recognition.

Posizione assai prestigiosa, con vista spettacolare sul canale della palma.
Di sera visione molto suggestiva sull'acqua.
E' possibile assaporare piatti della cucina brasiliana, in modo particolare la carne allo spiedo con successione di girospiedo.

Loved how clean the hotel was.. and honestly speaking, the staff were very friendly and polite... the view of the room was not impressive... food was extremely expensive the pool was cold and clean... the beach was crowded and small...

Now I am here. & no words to explain this place. OMG

First impressions not great, staff indifferent, unhelpful. Management nowhere to be seen to resolve issues.

Simply perfect. There is nothing to complain about here. Food very good. Pool and beach wonderful. Finally a hotel which is worth the price. No cheap tourism office.

Hotel lobby, grounds and restaurants are beautiful. Service is exceptional but rooms are underwhelming . The bed , pillows and towels are very worn. The food at all the restaurants was very good but pricey. I would put this hotel in the 4 star category not 5.

Went for high tea and whilst the place a.d ambience was what you would expect from a 5 star hotel the high tea was a but bland and didn't think it was value for money

I would recommend it despite the high price but the place and location are excellent

The Hotel's really good. And it's got very good restaurants. I was at a restaurant and I liked the atmosphere I side as well as outside.

It was just amazing get away!
We went there for our wedding anniversary and just fall in love with this hotel.
I have never written review before, but I suppose now it is worth it.
We stay at Golden Floor, that includes really fantastic amenities. Tasty breakfast with sea view, worth to remark omelettes and their variety.. It is exactly the thing when you want to eat ALL, but your belly does not allow you. Afternoon tea with freshest and tastiest snacks and of course Golden Hour... It was so amazing, drinks and food that the restaurant on Marina after was just nothingbut a huge disappointment.
Area is wonderful, clean, nice and amazing smell in the air, big territory and so nicely organised... Staff is just wow, smiling, helpful... And of course, worth noted that during our stay we have received many nice small complimentary things such as macaroons, fruit basket, chocolate, muslim champaign. Highly recommended and we wish to come back soon and stay longer than just 2 nights!

Great place to relax. Very quiet, clean and excellent customer care. Staff on the 9th floor is very dedicated, efficient and available 24 hours a day. Big Thank you to Mr. Subash, very polite, and knew all of us in a day, his pleasant attitude made every breakfast enjoyable and filling. Wish we all took that much pride in all of our ventures.

As for hotel, entering gives you an overwhelming clean, fresh and rosewood fragrance is amazing. From the door service to check-in process to settling in your room with city or ocean view, the service is extraordinary.

The only recommendation that I would have is the need for more vegetarian food options.

Great hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Family friendly hotel. 2 hrs of kids club for free every day. Pools are great. Separate adults only pool. Over the road you have the golden mile mall. Restaurants are great but can be expensive if you pay as you go. The beach has plenty of sunbeds with shade. The water was nice and warm like a bath tub. The sand is a bit rocky. The rooms are nice and spacious. We had a king size bed in the room and an extra single bed and there was still plenty of space.

The temperature became warm in the morning the heat of the night I am staying at a hotel called fairmont I recommend

5 star hotel of the finest. The rooms are spacious, the wardrobe walk-in. The breakfast is very rich. Wi-Fi is also included in the room. On the way to the public beach, you have to be at one point on a construction site.

Average facilities. The hotel exterior amenities are in dire need of renovation as it got old. This is dubai and you cant stay behind. Food choices require improvement.

Visiting this hotel with my husband and friends since 2016 on our days off, always doing the same routine-> gym, sauna, beach, lunch, pool.
Now because of the COVID 19 sauna is closed.
Staff are always nice and kind, everything is beyond expectations, I would say that Fairmont the Palm s beach has the best view on Dubai Marina. Highly recommended

Beautiful hotel. Away from the busy mainland. Private beach, lots of lounge chairs available. The pool is the best part. Lots of sitting and lounge chairs to choose from. The lobby smells amazing, lots of shops and restaurants. We also did the high tea and was amazing. Go hungry for sure. The beach is ok. No waves but the water is cool and clear. The sand is also very clean.
Very friendly staff and always willing to assist.
