Rooms are clean and tidy. Noise cancelling windows. The friendliest staff, always ready to help. Warm and welcoming people.

Good views . Staff is eager to help . Seating in Indian restuarant is limited so book in advance, food is great .

Perfect service, staff very accommodating, breakfast buffet was amazing, there was nothing to be desired. If the opportunity arises, we will gladly come back

Well located in Palm Jumeirah. Nice views. They have really great restaurants. Nice rooms and suites. Their spa is a must try.

Beautiful view from balcony with "partial sea view room". I would like to say thank you to receptionist Olena, she was so polite and professional, check-in was quick.

Not enough sun beds near family pool,on Friday.
Bath slippers and bathrobe not available at the room,but you can get it as per request from room service.
Same about cattle and glasses for water... as per request.
No more free tea and coffe in the room. You can order it from menu...
So weird new rules....In other hotel we had this everything in the room available.

If you can then go there, excellent 5 star all the way

Stay at Fairmont Gold. The room is large and clean. I also enjoyed the time in the lounge.
The staff were all smiling, kind and responsive.

A wonderful place for family and recreation in all his appliances and spacious apartments and overlooking the sea and Vick you sit down on the beach and swim in the sea very comfortable place close to Marina Mall

You can feel the resort on the beach. There is always a watchman in the pool, too.
The lounge available for staying in the club room may have happened, but it seemed to be worthless for what you paid.

Beautiful beach resort , very good food . The beach is Crystal clear and you can spend some quality time here.

Good place but the weather was so hot and the offer at corona time was not good as there were very limited item in food restaurant with no taste

Been here with the family. Lovely resort, good for 2 to 3 days. Services are excellent and rooms are comfortable. Views of JLT and JBR are great. The beach is nice but the sand really doesn't do justice to the resort. Breakfast is good and the pools are really nice. Good family resort.

Unfortunately, not like it used to.
The beach became small, always works in progress. Noisy and a lot of dust and sand in the air, the sea became dirty. I'm sorry, because hotel was my favorite.

Really enjoy this hotel. It is very comfortable. The rooms were well appointed. The beds are comfortable. Room service were great. Try the breakfast buffet. It has quite a lot of variety. It's centrally located in The Palm Jumeriah, so it is very easy to access. Some of the other hotels at the ends of the "fronds" are a little harder to access, especially in busier times. I recommend this hotel when staying in Dubai!
