Fairmont Singapore Review

Dined at Shahi Maharani at Fairmont Singapore. Food was delicious, ambience was cosy & inviting, service was superb as usual.

Nice place for wedding. Had my there 10 years ago. They still remember me.

Great location, near to the shopping mall and connect to the Mrt, which is very convenient for me and my family. The service is also very good.

If the hotel which views Marina Bay is a resort, this is for shopping and business use all over the city. It is also fun that the crowded shopping mall direct.

The hotel is well located and most shopping centers and tourist spots are within walking distance or just a short train ride away. Generally, the staff are friendly. Had our breakfast at Prego and was disappointed by the long queue. The service staffs are also busy and my order of French press coffee and latte took a few reminders before it arrived. We had to stack our plates to make space after a few rounds of exploring the breakfast spread. We chose to go Alligator Pear on the next morning for breakfast and had a better breakfast experience despite the smaller seating capacity. Coffee were served promptly after ordering; and plates cleared promptly. The room we stayed in is clean and the room amenities are slightly aged. We should have chose the renovated rooms. The bar fridge was disappointing, not because of the selection of beverage but for the lack of space for personal stuffs. The hotel is well located within reach to several supermarkets but the fridge doesn't have sufficient space for a bottled wine.

Mikuni is one of the best Japanese restaurants in Singapore. For quality and service are definitely worth the price.

Very accommodating to our two adult, two child arrangement. The gold club breakfast, while not expansive, had good pastry and omelet bar. The pool links with the Swisshotel, and had options for kids and adults. Housekeeping was excellent and the concierge was very helpful in securing us tickets to the night safari

Went to Asian market care for dinner with my colleagues. The spread of food is good. The service is also very good. When curry was spilt on one of my colleagues, the reaction time of the staff was immediate.

Fairmount located at city hall! A central location and a place to many different location. The hotel price is at a higher range as the hotel is really luxurious! First step in to lobby you feel like a king or queen on a vacation. The services are awesome and not to miss out the bar they have and those awesome places you can go for a drinks around the area! If you are staying in the room at high level you can have a very good view at Singapore at night! When you face garden by the bay with super tree lights up awesome it is best with your love one to spend the night with a bottle of wine or champagne.

We were put up in the newly refurbished Executive Club Room in the North Tower. Fairmont has never dissapointed us. Beautiful room. Service at the club lounge was impeccable.

Very good hotel, reasonable price compared with the same area other 5 stars hotel. Convenience location, with MRT around. Clear and big room, I had my kid sleeping on a nice couch, no extra bed needed, just ask for extra bedding.
24 hr room service food, and special soup noddle order for delivery to room in 20min.

Attended company's dinner and dance there. Hall is quite big to accommodate 60+ tables. Food is so so but service is not bad. Toilet is quite far away from the banquet hall though. Overall, not a bad venue to host large events.

Get upgrade if breaking journey in Singapore. Well worth it.
On the downside the Indian restuarant on site needs some work done in customer relations and the chef should change his jacket more regularly if he intends to come out of his kitchen and talk to the customers.

Fairmont Hotel is a very comfortable place to be in. The public toilets in the hotel are very clean and neat. In addition to that, it has a connection with the suntec city mall which adds on to it's great facilities. The staff at the hotel are very friendly to help whenever help is needed

Service more prompt compared to my last visit. Side potato dish was good, Pizza ok, Lagsana disappointing.

Big rooms... loved the balcony... excellent biz service facilities.... good options for food... in heart of city centre

Amazing hotel! Luxurious bedding and fabulous breakfast buffet. I m not normally a buffet fan, but this one has everything you could want and a special gluten-free section, something hard to find in Singapore.

Fantastic location surrounded by restaurants and malls. Hotel provides shuttle service to major tourist attractions. Room was spacious with a good view of Singapore river. Staff is professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast buffet is fantastic and good variety. Highly recommended for those coming to watch F1 race in September.

Central location. Breakfast too expensive. Noisy. Pool does not deserve the name.

They have great fluffy slippers:). I love the interior design of the hotel and the attention for the small details . The personnel is very kind and helpful. It is always a joy to come back at Fairmont.

This was our second hotel and Singapore and we would have loved to stay longer as everything was fantastic except for breakfast. However, Singapore has so much to offer in terms of food that it seem less important but it would have been amazing if the breakfast was up to expectations. Checking in and out so wonderful and easy. No queues. Great service from the doormen to the receptionists. Outstanding. Rooms and beds so comfortable we did not want to leave. Best night sleep in a long time. We would have loved to stay longer and definitely will chose to stay in this hotel again on our next trip back. It s the service that makes all the difference in choosing a good hotel. Visit Fairmont in 2014 with my family. It's a memorable experience even compared with Marina Bay Sands.

It is 5 Star Hotel , the staff is friendly, but the hotel has no flair at all. I booked because we had a conference in center near by that makes it very convenient There is also a big shopping center connected to the hotel. The rooms are big but a bigger refurbish is needed The breakfast is not bad but also not special. The room is more like a school cantina no flair Ok in general for buissines but not for vecation there are much better locations in Singapore
