Fairmont Singapore Review

Went for hi tea with 2 friends but part of the food was given only 2 portions.

Great location, above City Hall MRT with a shopping mall. Very convenient.

This is a 5 star hotel.
It's expensive, but you can just watch the underground food court or replica city shopping malls.
There are also women and Charles and Kiss ~ ^ ^

Pretty Nice ambience and environment. Accessible. There are quite no.of shops nearby. Good customer services in general near MRT station.

Fairmont is an excellent place to stay in Singapore. If you are visiting the area, remember to go up to the city space bar for a remarkable view of Singapore.

Perfect place for a quiet drink with close friends and family. The service provided is top-notched. The price is reasonable for a 5-star hotel and their drinks (alcoholic) is just spectacular.

Well it's truly 5 stars hotel.Just one thing, temperature is difficult to control in the room. It is quite cold

Very enjoyable stay. Service staff and amenities were top notch. Very good views of the Singapore business district and Marina area. Lovely breakfast buffet. A little high end on the pricing but worth it considering the location and quality of the establishment.

Very nice hotel, ask for a high room overlooking the harbour so you can watch the Marina Bay Sands and it's laser show at night, most rooms have a spacious terrace

I visited there twice because it was a meeting place for a local tour. There is a large lobby and there is also a sofa and it is good for the meeting place

Great location. Rooms are very spacious and the beds are so comfy. Plenty of restaurants, shops, excellent pools and gym. The location easy access to probably the world's cleanest and best underground rail system. Great place to stay! Bonus Accor member discounts and regular perks!

I like this hotel a lot it is always been a central part of my experience in Singapore the location is very good something I like about it the most is how they have Christmas decoration and themes over here which make the experience of staying at the hotel very festive

Had dinner at Asian Market and the sprease was wonderful. Service was good as well. Plates are being cleared almost immediately. Location was convenient too as it is just a few walk away from Cityhall MRT.

Centralised location that easily for a tourist/locals to hop around. Connected to a mall and train stations that benefits me from walking very far to travel to another locations.

Excellent service as soon as we got out the taxi, where our bags were taken from us and taken straight to our room. Check in service was very quick with great information about the hotel facilities and near by attractions.

Overall experience at Fairmont Singapore was pretty good with approachable staff showing us around. However, we do encounter several instances when I feel regrettably disappointed given that the well established 5 stars hotel reputation and i feel that it can be improved. Firstly, one of your unfriendly staff at the Willow Stream Spa does not portray a welcoming attitude. Being our first time staying in the premises, we were unfamiliar with the spa facilities and little did we know that we have to be in our swimsuit to enjoy the facilties. We were hoping that someone can guide us through and such but sadly no one did. We were only told to register at the spa counter in exchange of lockers. However, as we brought only 1 room key along, my the other half register w e rm key and mine, i jot down on the list etc. End up we went back to our rm agn to get e other rm key n change to swimsuit before coming down agn to use the facilities. The tone and attitude of the lady staff at the register counter wasn't welcoming at all but we proceed as planned. Also, when we check out on 20 Oct, the front desk officer does not display a friendly and enthusiastic smile. We were pretty keen to enquire about our planning of our upcoming staycation with your hotel again this year end but we were turn off by the behaviour of the frontline officer. Thought its crucial to display an enthusiasm and welcoming character in the hospitality industry but well, to our disappointment. The management may wish to enroll your staff to more hospitality related courses. Hope that my review and feedback can be taken into serious consideration. Thank you.

Located on the Central Business District. The same building of Raffles city mall & Swissotel hotel.

Awesome view of the Marina Bay from the South Block rooms floor which are higher than 10 or so.

Normal rooms are also huge in size.

Attended an event at the Fairmont Ballroom & I must say it's huge.

Staff is courteous. Both at the reception & house keeping.

Only been to the restaurant, and the food range is awesome!

Room had a great view but fan didn't work in bathroom and there was a damp smell.

Went for the event and find that although the food have turn cold, it still taste not bad

The hotel's best point is its location. at the heart of the city with marina bay area, China town, orchard road and the quays. mrt is just below the vicinity and a shopping mall. one of the most convenient hotel to stay in.

Visited the marche restaurant for some drinks and late night food. Not bad.

Too many great things to say about this jewel. To sum it up, it has been an excellent experience in every way. Right from the moment we check-in till the moment we check out. We would love to come back for another staycation

Wedding banquet hall's aircon is too cold. Food portion is big, rather good quality.

The hotel is well located in the central nexus of the city. I went to Wooloomooloo for Martinis which were great and one for one during happy hour. The free steak sliders we're also very nice.

The staff is amazing, they help me trough a tough health situation and even through changing shift the next person was always asking how i was feeling.
This is the best customer service i ve seen.

We ate at Asian Market Place. Really great food, and good variety. Wait staff are attentive and not intrusive, so that's a plus too.
