Good rooms very well located.. Restaurant and amenities are very accessible

Hotel layout is nice. And location is easy to nearby shopping and place of interest.

This is a nicely appointed hotel with good door service. However be warned that if you want to take a sweet or savory tea during the week they only take reservations and only make enough food for the reservations they have in the bucket. Therefore there is no such thing as dropping in for a spur of the moment tea unless your whims come 24 hours in advance.

The networking event that I attended was well executed by the dedicated MICE team. They were observant to the needs of guests and delivered impeccable service.

Conveniently located near City Hall MRT station and Raffles City shopping centre. Hotel guests or conference attendees will be spoilt for choice with a variety of food. The anchor tenant is Robinsons.

Not only sightseeing but also shopping is convenient. The underground raffles mall is also convenient, and there are many brand shops nearby.

Located within minutes from City Hall MRT, it is easily accessible. There are many tourist attractions in the area as well. Hotel is quite well maintained and there is ample car parking lots.

Supreme location and facilities, though the building feels a bit older now. Love everything, except, maybe, the service organization could be improved. We stayed under State Quarantine. Sometimes the meals didn't come as we had to chase for them, sometimes meals were duplicate, lastly the meal selections were so limited that we had to order extra (paid) items/drinks. Overall, we loved the experience staying here.

Fairmount is located at a very central area in Singapore with quick access to trains and shopping centre.

Met in the cafe/bar. Good meeting venue for small groups. Good snacks.

Worst experience and didn t expect from fairmont group hotel for such a pathetic quality of service, I am travelling with my child and was very inconvenient to stay at this hotel. I wouldn t recommend any family with kids to stay at this hotel. Rooms are not given as per preference.

Warm n helpful staffs whom make special arrangement to ensure that our hotel booking to celebrate our parents Golden Jubilee marriage on 13th Apr a very pleasent n comfortable one. Our parents had an amazing stay indeed ! Job well done n thank you !

Attended a Dnd there. The service is abit slow. Took more than 30 mins to get a drink.

Toilet ceiling leaked a little but they got it fixed immediately. Overall, great customer service!

This hotel is a rip of it's more about making money from quest I stay at many 4 and 5 star hotels around the world...this o would not come to again first our aircon was not cold enough...3 times in 5 days they had to fix it...we had a choice of 2 restaurant for the full buffer breakfast first morning the first morning was great but the resturaunt was only open for that morning as it was clidunv for renovations..so next morning went to the other resturaunt which is only serves halal..we had another choice the 3rd morning at there other hotel swissotel hotel next door..it was terrible no one offered tea or coffee had to que up at 1 coffee machine ...it was like a shopping center food court crowded noisy food was overcooked or dry etc.. so the other mornings we used the halal resturaunt...the other problems we had was we asked for some extra sugar as there are only 4 satches they have us a extra 2...I forgot my laptop so I went to the business center..they had 3 desk top pc to use at a cost of 5 dollars every 30 minutes..other hotels wheb your paying nearly 500 dollars night thus is complimentary..then I needed 2 pieces of paper printed cost 2 dollars for each page black and white ink and 6 dollars a page for colour ink..ask for some fresh milk instead the long life milk..they gave us a small Tony jug that held approximately 60 ml ..so we brought some milk and sugar..the other problem we had is we had a late international flight..ask for a late check out willing to pay but could only off 2 hours extension..please be careful the north tower is under renovations it is closed and all day you will hear nothing but Jack hamers etc.. went to the pool twice both times naked to come back at 3.30pm as there was work being done..there is no compensation from thus hotel..also be careful as the refrigerator has sensor so when we moved the xsbs to the bottom of it to place our milk in the middle it changes to your account..but this was fixed on departure...friends of ours stayed at hotel 11 minute walk from thus 1..on the same street there room was bigger they had club lounge access and free mini bar soft drinks..2 pieces of clothing each day cleaned and presses for free everyday..2 toilets with a bidet and seat warmer air con was nice and cold and nany more extras 12p dollars cgeaoed than our room..this hotel you are paying for the name only the brand..but for us never again there are so many more problems we experience but I have to write a book..lighting in bathroom television small the reception on television was very poor could not see the movies or news grainy.. so much more to share but please look at other hotels save your money..the only good I can say is the staff are friendly and helpful and the foyer as you walk in looks grear but that is it

I dined its heritage lunch. Wonderful selection of foods.

We were entertaining an overseas family friend who loves the food from Prego. It's a must come to place for him whenever he's in Singapore. This particular visit, we were attended by Roy who is super Attentive to our huge group of guest. And everyone was happy with this meal which is important to me as a host. Love this place so much.

Counter service are good and nice room are big and spacious , with nice coffee , location are accessible with 5min walk to city hall mrt to many area like orchard

Very nice hotel, big rooms, very clean, would recommend again. MRT and bus can be reached very quickly via the Raffles Center.

Was there to have a nice meal at the Asian Market Kitchen. Hotel has a nice ambience! Service staff polite.
