Ask for Neeraj to help you out. The piece that I had purchased had a defect and Neeraj himself took the initiative to speak to the backend team to raise tickets for replacement and tracked the entire process of replacement. I did not have to bang my head too much with the call centre. After sales support in this regard was very good.
