Ask for Neeraj to help you out. The piece that I had purchased had a defect and Neeraj himself took the initiative to speak to the backend team to raise tickets for replacement and tracked the entire process of replacement. I did not have to bang my head too much with the call centre. After sales support in this regard was very good.

Nice store with pocket friendly decor artefacts for your home and office. The sales person Mukesh was very helpful in saving my time and getting all my items sorted at the counter on priority. He is polite and understood my taste in picking right artefact as well. I highly recommend this store for a good decor of all your spaces.
