But the peak of irresponsibility and rudeness is to permanently close the branch, and report this to the clients 3 days later, instead of, say, months earlier. At the same time, clients were sent to a city 45 km away, for example, to close their accounts. Or do any other work.
There is chaos here, payments do not work ... you have to wait over an hour ... change something urgently
