By far the worst bank in Serbia. I could write a book about what's wrong with them. But the peak of irresponsibility and rudeness is to permanently close the branch, and report this to the clients 3 days later, instead of, say, months earlier. At the same time, clients were sent to a city 45 km away, for example, to close their accounts. Or do any other work.

The waiting times are not long, as before, I do not want to leave out the kindness of the employees, the clerk working at the counter and Ivan, who was very professional in helping us to complete the transaction in the most convenient way, a real example of dedication to our work. It's incredibly slow to come to order. Waiting is from 45min to an hour and you never know why it's waiting so much. Workers at counters are constantly doing some other jobs while clients are waiting and everything seems to be very unprofessional to customers.

It is waiting for you if you do not have a gold card. What is being paid additionally. It is waiting for one hour. Loyal loans are disapproved in time. The call center provides poor and inadequate information to the phone. with false hopes and dishonest answers.
