I have had a wonderful experience with Constellation. Their great personnel, super rate, and doing what they say they will, are priceless. I hope nothing changes.

They offer a good price for long term contracts compared with other providers.

Constellation has great rates and no hype. We had their services and was convinced by another company to switch, after much dissatisfaction, we switched back. We have been back with Constellation for a year now, as our gas and electric supplier and could not be happier.

So much better than the others. You can pay on the phone and they don't charge extra. Last month I couldn't find my bill. I called and they gave me the info and let me pay. I love them. I want a refund for all the fees I paid other companies for paying by phone and they certainly didn't have the payment info for you. I don't want an online account. I don't want another password. I just want to call and pay my bill for free.

I regularly shop for electricity supply prices to compare those with others and my own Electric Company provider's prices.
I had a two year contract with Constellation at 12.29kWh (which was pretty competitive at the time. Upon receiving advertisement rates for electric fees elsewhere, I checked with Constellation and found 36 month term for 10.39kWh !
That is almost two cents per watt savings, which adds up owning an all electric heat home in New England!!
I was very happy when the Customer Service rep at Constellation offered to switch me to the lower rates immediately, with only the 36 month obligation ,writing me a new agreement.

I was not aware of this company till I ran into all kinds of problems with my previous supplier who cancelled my gas and transferred to another supplier without my knowledge.

I ve been a customer of Constellation since they took over from MX Energy which was many years back. During all that time I have found them to be extremely reliable and extremely responsive to my concerns. Their offerings are aggressively priced and highly competitive. I get great service and I save a great deal of money on my gas. Constellation has earned my highest recommendation!

I pay 6.4 cents per kw,, i think that's good,, i don't know,, i feel like Constellation has my back on trying to give me the best price ever for my electric. I have never had any problems, and they seems to really care about us little people. thanks

Because our savings are substantial. I m amazed every month when I compare my old bill to my new bill with Constellation the savings are huge. We are so glad that we had an opportunity to change. The cost difference was so great that the cost of my old bill was four times higher than my current bill with Constellation per month. It makes me wonder how other companies can get away with charging four times more per month.

Chose Constellation about 3 or 4 years ago. Good rates, and they send you your usage in an email so you can see what is going on. They also make you aware of ways to save money.

Showing up to my mothers house unannounced and trying to trick her to switch companies is an awful way to do business.

I've been with this company for several years now and I feel very safe with them. They have treated me fairly and customer service has always been very helpful. They matched rates with one I got an offer for in the mail to change to also. I feel that this company will be my home for gas as long as they stay with their values and high standards that they practice now...

Our business moved and Constellation's customer service was not able to handle the transition. Instead of moving the contract from one location to another I have decided to pay the $400 termination fees. I cannot spend any more time on the telephone trying to get everything sorted. On the third call and 5th transfer I gave up.

They have the best pricing...I like that I can sign up for two years...easy to use website. Will continue to be a customer. Thank You!

I did my research the energy rate was less than the BGE rate, so I switched, they sent me a letter indicating of a rate change, just like BGE who switches the rate every 6 months and anyhow I checked again, still lower....

The prices that constellation offers are excellent. I don t see anyone else that comes close to matching it and it s great because the rate is locked in. I like their communications through regular mail and email that keep me updated on energy issues in the area. I also like the fact that they don t make annoying phone calls.

Great company helped me lower my rate and secure my cost for the last 3 years. I am on the 5 year plan in MD they lowered my BGE rate by 10% it wasnt a huge savings but they saved me 15% this year since the prices have gone up. I worked with James Faust and he has truely been a blessing for me and my family. He was very professional and honest.

I was able to get a great annual rate and their website is easy to use for paperless billing and paying. I was also able to apply, and receive one of their community grants for our Exchange Club Family Resource Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse.

Found them very easy to deal with when signing up, & so far good prices on saving energy.

We have been customers with Consellation Energy for now going 3 years. We moved to Georgia from Florida. Most new homes built in Florida operate on Electric. So, gas stoves and heaters have become obsolete. When we arrived in GA, we were given a list of names to choose our gas company so naturally we chose the company the former owners' of house used. I was not big on researching companies to find better rates for utilities. Sad to say, I did not know what a therm was. :-( Once we enrolled in our services, our mailbox filled up with flyers and advertisements from different utility companies (i.e. electrical, gas, phone, cable, etc... you get it). I told my husband what the rates where for that therm word and felt we got gypped. We were stuck in that contract and it would have cost us a few hundred dollars to get out of it. So, we waited and in the meantime, I did my homework, which is what I should have done in the first place. The move was so stressful. Since moving to Consellation Energy, we have never been more satisfied. We had a problem with our pilot to our fireplace. A service person helped us and my husband used you tube to help in its maintenance as well. The fireplace has not had a problem since. When it is time to renew our contract, Consellation always calls and sends us a reminder. Now, this allows me to research the competitors to see if there is a better therm rate and terms for gas service which might interest us. Consellation always beat out its competitors. I have offered Consellation to friends and family members and neighbors in our community because I want to give them the opportunity to save money on their utilities. Consellation Energy is a good company to have for your gas utility need. They respond quickly and our concerns are resolved the first time we contact them. My friend jumped from servicer to servicer. She used names like Scana and Georgia Energy. I recently told her to contact Consellation Energy because their therm rates are the lowest I have seen in my research. So, if you are reading this, then you must be looking for a better company to service your gas needs. Stop where you are and give Consellation a try.

Great customer service and rates. Easy to get hold of live person to resolve issues. Autopay is very convenient. However, if you need to change credit card info on autopay, you need to call them to do that; it won't be updated online (that was my experience).

They have very good rates for seniors and their bill is easy to read. Customer service is excellent and if you have any questions the representatives take their time to explain any you have. I guve customer service 5 stars.
