Worst company behaviour I've ever came across. No response from agent nor reception to emails, never answering phones, never returning calls. I had a problem which caused me health issue. It took 2 months to sort it.

If I could give a zero star I would. We had an agreement in writing that the house will be professionally cleaned before we moved in. The flat was in an inhabitable condition when we moved in. We sent them photos to show them the state of the flat. I had to take days off work to chase them up to beg to arrange some cleaning because they wouldn't do it. After endless calls and emails they arranged to clean bits and pieces. They are very unhelpful and unprofessional and they just don't do their job. 4 months have passed and I am still waiting for them to send me the updated check-in inventory with all our photos and comments included. I just don't trust them. They are unreliable and they just don't care.
Donna was very helpful in chasing down and resolving a stressful situation regarding a property. The issue was resolved promptly and the solution found was best for all parties involved. Thank you for your professionalism guys.

Extremely incompetent for over 5 years, poor service in every aspect from providing bills, creating legal documents to arranging repairs. Won an independent legal case against them with over 5 points of failures and breaches of tenancy. Do not use if you are a property owner and run away if you are a prospective agent.

Lack of responsibility and respect for customers. Were left for months with property issues, despite the fact that the problems were reported since the 1st day we moved inn, no one gave a s**t about that. Agency manager (Mike) is literally the "man of promises", same as maintenance manager(Robert). Had twice a severe water leak, no electricity, no working heating, no working washing machine, and still no working ventilation.
Nice company. Helpful even when there are maintenance issues. Robert Smith organised and engineer who sorted our washer dryer issue out very quickly.

I've been renting with ezytrac for nearly 2 years. I've only needed two repairs in that time. One was a leak and sorted within 2 days, the other is a fence blown down in the wind, not urgent but reported on a Sunday, had a call on monday, checked Tuesday and arranged to be fixed next week. Brilliant.
Boiler service/gas safety has been done twice, epg up to date, very friendly staff whenever you need to call or email. Lovely house, quiet street, I don't ever want to move.
Yes, the checks when moving in can take a little while but thats a good thing, it proves they are thorough in their checks.

She was very patient with us as we had some minor quibbles with the renewal and we were also traveling at the time it was all taking place making the communication very slow.

I have been a tenant through Ezytrac property management for a year. Right from the beginning of viewing the apartment to signing the contract, the process was good and simple. Later in the year, i moved to a bigger apartment within their company and the process was easy. The Maintenance department is too good and answer your queries in quick time. Robert Smith from Maintenance department was awesome and sorted out a couple of maintenance issues in the apartment by following up with their suppliers. Christina helped in viewing two apartments and was helpful with contract and check-in which was easy and comfortable. I have already recommended Ezytrac to a couple of my friends and will continue to refer in the future.

I have been using Ezytrac to manage my properties for almost 5 years now. After being initially very happy with them, I had some concerns a couple of year back, but obviously action had been taken by Brett, Ryan and the team and I am happy with the level of service once again. Recently a renewal process managed by Helen was smoothly, timely and proactively managed. Before that Aisha took care of dealing with check-out of old and requirements of new tenants and I was very happy with the fact that there was almost 0 void period between the two.
Helen was great from start to finish. Really polite.. helpful and willing to go back and forth with any questions I had to the landlord where necessary. Compared to any estate agents I ve worked with these are by far the most professional.
Selling rental and legal insurance cover at this time! Beware Jaws just beneath the fins.
We have lived in the property for over a year now and whenever there has been an issue they have always tried to rectify it as soon as possible.
If we have been unhappy regarding something, Robert has tried his best to quickly and efficiently solve it, always replying to our emails promptly. I feel like we have built up quite a good rapport now and if I was to ever need anything, he would try his best to accommodate.
We cannot praise the contracting maintenance team, that Ezytrac use enough. Hash and his team from HMC have been absolutely brilliant and I know if there were ever a problem, we could ring directly and Hash would always try his best to help.

5 months and 200+ e-mails to sort out a water leak. Consistently poor communication with an average of 1.5 weeks to respond to an e-mail. Moved out 2 months ago and still not able to get communication around deposit refund. Do not do business with this company.
We have advised our landlord of how poor a service has been provided and he is also highly disappointed. Would not recommend. Poor.
From a tenants side they are shocking and never pay back full deposit. Stay away or regret it.
