I've been a tenant for almost 1 year and all I have to say about Ezytrac is good things. They are efficient and deal with everything with professionalism. I've been mostly dealing with Helen Wiseman and Holly Johnson and I'm very happy with the service provided so far.

I can see that most reviews are pretty bad however Sandie did her best to help out and also sent me follow up emails to check that everything was fixed. The worst of the worst: highly unprofessional, late and untesponsive in every regard. Had to deal with them for moving in and out of a rented apartment. One employee who was absolutely reluctant to respond to e-mails and took care of the process had been fired (for a good reason). Unfortunately, every other employee who followed behaved similarly to the first one. Couldn t recommend this agency any less. Still waiting to get my deposit back (after almost one month into the deposit request).

My experience with Ezytrac over the past year and half has been great. I am in contact with Helen and she has been great in understanding our circumstances and passing this over to our landlord. Helen was very helpful during our agreement renewal. After an initial rather rough experience last year with the company (different agent), this time we were impressed with the quality of services.
Helen was great from start to finish. Really polite.. helpful and willing to go back and forth with any questions I had to the landlord where necessary. Compared to any estate agents I ve worked with these are by far the most professional.

I had been struggling with a worn out faux leather peeling, broken down sofa in my apartment for the last few months. We were in the middle of lockdown 1.0 of the pandemic and it was almost impossible to get any furniture deliveries. Enter the absolute legend Rob! He was so prompt and efficient at responding to my queries and went through all possible avenues to get a replacement sofa sorted out for me! Although he was working with a reduced team, he went all out to ensure he found the perfect replacement sofa. As a tenant, I am quite satisfied with Ezytrac agency, so far for the last two years never had any issues with them or with the apartment. My tenancy was easily setup and maintained online.
When asked, feedback was provided in timely and accurate manner. Staff is very polite.
What I would suggest as an improvement is to provide some background evidence when requesting the rent increase.
I've been renting with ezytrac for nearly 2 years. I've only needed two repairs in that time. One was a leak and sorted within 2 days, the other is a fence blown down in the wind, not urgent but reported on a Sunday, had a call on monday, checked Tuesday and arranged to be fixed next week. Brilliant.
Boiler service/gas safety has been done twice, epg up to date, very friendly staff whenever you need to call or email. Lovely house, quiet street, I don't ever want to move.
Yes, the checks when moving in can take a little while but thats a good thing, it proves they are thorough in their checks.
